WALTHAM, Mass. (WHDH) — Waltham Police Officer Paul Manganelli, 48, appeared in federal court Tuesday afternoon on charges of receiving child pornography.

Waltham police said the officer was arrested after an investigation by the FBI.

“The alleged off-duty conduct of one employee is not a reflection of the Waltham police department as a whole,” said Keith MacPherson, the acting chief of the Waltham police department, said in a statement Tuesday.

In a nine-page federal complaint, an FBI special agent writes, “The case began in February of 2012 when police in Australia busted a suspect for child porn.”

The FBI claims his email accounts led to many suspects including an active duty officer with the Waltham Police Department.

In the complaint, Special Agent Eric Slaton of the FBI writes, “Five of the images that Manganelli acknowledged having received are of a naked prepubescent female, restrained by ropes around her legs and/or wrists.”

Manganelli’s neighbors are shocked.

“He’s always been super friendly and waving. I feel safer in the neighborhood because he seems like a strong presence. Never suspected a thing,” said Kerri Hark.

Manganelli had a winning smile two years ago when he won the Massachusetts State Lottery; which pays him $100,000 dollars a year for life.

But Manganelli’s luck ran out on Monday when FBI agents and local police showed up at his home and placed him under arrest.

  1. As with other uncovered corruption, we can all bet our asses that this is going on at least ten times more but those committing the crimes (for the most part) won’t be caught by the current “justice” system.

    Good fucking times.

Who wants to bet this pig will get less than 10 years in prison? Whereas someone being super awesome (minding their own business, not supporting or contributing to the child sex trade) with some weed and a gun would receive a mandatory minimum of 10 years…

    • “Whereas someone being super awesome (minding their own business, not supporting or contributing to the child sex trade) with some weed and a gun would receive a mandatory minimum of 10 years…”

      Abso-fucking-lootely.

I know this all too well.

At age 19, I faced exactly that – 10 years in prison – for the “crime” of growing pot plants. I only escaped because at the time, the “war” on (some) drugs was only just getting rolling and things hadn’t spun completely out of control. A degree of sanity prevailed and my “crime” was reduced from a serious felony to a misdemeanor that went away after a year of “good behavior.”

But the reality that I came this close to having my lifer destroyed because I grew some plants is something that forever changed my perspective and caused me to hate the system – any system – that punishes people who haven’t harmed anyone but who have transgressed against some arbitrary edict defining “x” as a “crime.”

      • Yeah that’s totally fucked.

Cheers to you not getting screwed at that time, and another glass clinking “cheers” for you using your spare time to maintain a website where you publicize the douche-baggery of government. I don’t have the patience to be able to write about the subjects you touch on without vehemently swearing and/or name calling, please continue using your gift well.

        • Thanks, Jacob!

I actually have a lot of fun writing – and also, interacting with the many very smart/well-spoken people who are regulars here. It gives me hope when I’m down – which is no small thing these days.

          • Excellente. (spanish for “excellent”)

Know this: There is someone in Arizona who, if confronted by the Boston style raids, would not answer the door, and if “they” forced their way inside this person would finally get to use the guns he keeps loaded to good use.

Fuck this bullshit “we” are dealing with. A completely bought and paid for media supporting the obviously corrupt government with a whole herd of sheep going along with them. I work an honest life, live by the golden rule some call the NAP (if you don’t fuck with me, I don’t fuck with you), and have to watch my taxes go to fund the whole charade. It’s not going to end pretty but holy shit is it interesting. (Chinese curse, “may you live in interesting times”….I just wonder what the hell I did in a past life to get the “honor” of living amongst these interesting times haha)

          • Jacob, there are two places the rubber meets the road for me–

            1) they come for my kids. Dead meat.
            2) they come for my guns. Dead meat.

Those are the “rather die standing than live kneeling” moments.

            I. Could. Not. Believe. Boston.

And the fucktards chanting “USA! USA! USA!” after they’ve been though martial law??

I’m pretty optimistic…but seeing that really set me back; the Elites are cackling in their castles, the “education” system, Tavistock, TV “programming” have obviously done their job very, very well.

I’d like to think it wouldn’t go that well for them in Texas.

Either way, it was a real showpiece; a beta-test of martial law, and indoctrination material for the sheeple to see and remember how to act when Dear Leader comes to their town.

      • I’ve never heckled porky – but I have escaped his porcine clutches on several occasions. Once, I was headed home in a very fast car – make/model withheld to protect the innocent. I’m headed south – well into the triple digits. Porky is coming at me from the north. I saw his face as we passed – his jaw was clenched so tight I’m surprised he didn’t spit teeth. In my rearview, I saw the Crown Vic come to a shuddering halt in preparation for his U-turn and pursuit. But by the time he got the Vic pointed in the right direction, the nearly 600 supercharged horsepower under the hood of my Press Car Friend had already determined the outcome. I put two or three miles between him and me before exiting, stage left, onto a windy country road that, in its turn, had countless windy roads turning off of it. I made my home – and cackled for the next 12 hours imagining the road-ragin’ fury of that oinker.

I did feel bad, though, when I thought about that oinker’s next victim.

  3. “God I’d love to have been interviewed about a cop in my neighborhood”

Me too. I would pay a silver dollar for the chance:

“‘Bout time they busted that creep. He’s been wagging his little pink weenie at the Jr. High girls around here for years. The chief of police kept defending him, too. Perverts, all of them”

    Or maybe:

“You don’t understand. This is the most normal thing he’s ever done around here. Usually he tries to grope the kids on their way to school.”

Aaaaahhhh, dreams of change. Where do they come from? 😉

    • Dude, you need to make your own blog or something. At the very least keep on commenting here. No offense to everyone else but your comments are, hands down, my favorite.

      • Thanks, Jacob. I’m just amusing myself. Sometimes I get too far out and they have to put me in the quiet room for awhile. 😉

  4. “The alleged off-duty conduct of one employee is not a reflection of the Waltham police department as a whole,”

Yes it is, most assuredly. WPD hiring practices resulted in the hiring of this chubby little perv. He’s more likely to be a typical example of the department’s goon squad than an aberration.

Now that one kiddie porn addict has been uncovered, we can safely assume that all of the WPD’s personnel are downloading kiddie porn and flogging their little pink puds to said porn.

“He’s always been super friendly and waving. I feel safer in the neighborhood because he seems like a strong presence. Never suspected a thing,” said Kerri Hark…..

Typical fabricated comment from a typically non-existent ‘member of the community’. Mainstream media always includes a bogus quote like this in their deliberately understated reporting of porcine wrongdoing.

    • “Typical fabricated comment from a typically non-existent ‘member of the community’.”

      Exactly right Ed.

Where do they find the mealy-mouthed boot-licking dick-sucking shill “public” they get these comments from?

80% of the man-on-the-street interviews after their false flag attacks are crisis actors. It started in earnest with 9/11; the word “pancake” was inserted into their scripts so frequently it sounded like they were skipping a groove on the record.

God I’d love to have been interviewed about a cop in my neighborhood–“Yeah, I always thought he was up to no good. That fake smile–it gave me the creeps.”
