Here’s a Classic Clover:
I followed this one for about 10 miles as he gimped along at between 36 and 41 on a road with a PSL of 55. Eventually, the road widens to two lanes. No cars in the right lane. What does Clover do?
Squats like a turd in the left lane, still doing several MPH below the PSL.
