Body cam video has surfaced of a traffic stop gone horribly wrong. A man was pulled over and the situation went from calm conversation to the driver shot in the head. Here’s the video:

Just like flipping a switch, that man is dead. I am startled by how quickly this went from a relatively calm conversation to this man being shot dead.
Are there still any LEOs wondering why many people are nervous when pulled over? People intuitively know how quickly things can go wrong, even if they can not articulate how or why.
