Here’s a video of a she-hog harassing a man legally filming on a public sidewalk. The man stands his ground and the clearly annoyed hungry, hungry hippo leaves in a huff – running a stop sign on her way out.
No ticket for her, of course!

Police departments HAVE to know they cannot stop people from videotaping in public. Even the Supreme Court says so. But yet, they run over that right all the time.
