Tom asks: I may have asked you this before, and, if so, I apologize. Police cruisers have multiple electronic devices emitting/receiving radiation, so can’t a tech-savvy person devise a detector that will pick up these frequencies, so that we could know when a cruiser is nearby?
My reply: Well, you could probably build such a device, if you had the tech savvy. But, it’d be easier – and probably a lot cheaper – to just buy a good radar detector, such as the V1. It will alert you to the presence of a “hero” on the prowl!
