At about 8 minutes in, a whole gang of armed government workers erupts from a taxpayer-extorted car and attempts to intimidate the man, who does not back down. The armed government workers – flustered, perhaps, by a citizen who won’t genuflect and who is not awed by their Praetorian Presence – actually back off and go away.
