Here’s video from Roanoke, TX of a pair of AGWs apparently harassing a girl for playing soccer in a public park without a permit:
Luckily, other people were present and began to film the encounter. The woman shows the written “warning” she received, though it’s hard to understand what law was broken.
However, this sort of thing isn’t unheard of. AGWs sometimes stalk people just like BTK did. Back around 2000, when I still lived in the DC area, I was out jogging after a snowstorm in a public park. An AGW in his car followed me as I did laps. He never lit me up or got out of his car; he just followed me for the lap-equivalent of three miles.
