Just a quick note to let everyone why I’ve been a little scarce – we had a big ice storm roll through the area and it knocked down a lot of trees… which knocked out the power for the past two-plus days.
Which had me running the gennie to keep the lights on but Internet was iffy and so I had to do without for chunks of time and wasn’t able to be my usual OCD presence here.
But – like Nixon in ’68 – I’m back!
Power’s back on and everything should be back to normal again.

Hi Eric, probably the same storm that gave us a few inches of snow and damn cold temperatures! Still have leaves to rake under that snow and some on top of it too; could really use some of that “global warming” about now ?
