It’s a work in progress… no plumbing, yet. It used to be a kennel … which also housed carpenter ants. I had to replace the entire far wall. Used my HD floor jacks and 4x4s to support the structure while I reframed the wall. I haven’t been able to do much to it since the divorce, though. Sigh…
If we still had access to DDT, we’d never have to worry about termites and carpenter ants again. I’m still reluctant to build anything new after my shed/future grooming shop was totally destroyed by termites. I really need to diversify my home business, though.
