Well, the Chinese aren’t just coming. They’re here. The problem is what they’re not bringing – which isn’t the sub-$10,000 cars you could be in China, if you lived there. Instead, the first two Chinese car companies – GAC and Zotye, both awful names that sound like tech companies – will be bringing … crossover SUVs to the United States.
Because that’s just what the U.S. car market hasn’t got enough of already.
