Here’s the latest reader question, along with my reply!
Bill asks: Why don’t you have a direct download? I can listen four times faster than I can read so I burn podcasts to CD and listen while driving. I understand reading is frowned on then.
My reply: It’s an excellent idea and something I have been thinking about adding to the site. The hangup is time. I spend most of each day writing – and researching the material I write about. Then there’s answering people’s questions and responding to comments. Then radio shows, including prepping for them. In between and after (or before) I have to take care of my animals and do all the various chores around the house – a perk of being single again. My main indulgence is to cut out for an hour or two during the day to go for a run or hit the gym, which is my health insurance since I haven’t got any.
There are so many things that need to get done that just don’t because of limited time and one guy. But I am trying.
And – who knows? At some point I might find a woman to help take the load off some. And maybe win the lottery, too!
