For having the effrontery to not answer questions – a basic legal right which is being routinely trampled by AGWs, who like to style themselves “law enforcement” even though they often either don’t know the law or simply make it up – and enforce it – as they go.
Some kids apparently witnessed a fight. AGW appears to “investigate.” The kid in the video is assaulted with questions and declines to answer – as is his legal and moral right. AGWs have the legal right to ask whatever they like; but we are not required to answer.
And declining to answer isn’t a criminal act, at least not yet.
But it is treated as such by lawless, frustrated, power-tripping AGWs, as here. His Authority affronted, the AGW decided to ignore the kid’s legal rights and proceeded to Hut! Hut! Hut! him.
Not that the coward is all Batman’d up in his armored costume – necessary, apparently, to bully kids. He grabs the kid’s camera; threatens the kid with jail.
