Here’s dashcam video of an Arkansas armed government worker torturing a scrawny little dude half his size, for no obvious reason other than Just Because.
The motorist has handcuffs – which aren’t weapons – but this incites the AGW to dislocate the little guy’s shoulders, while screaming orders at him. The AGW fractured some of the little guy’s bones in the process of this Hut! Hut Hutting!
The badged psychopath has, at least, reportedly been charged with third-degree battery. And Arkansas taxpayers will probably have to pay the victim for the AGW’s brutality.
Perhaps the bloated, shaved-head bully will one day reap the whirlwind he has so richly sowed.
