Here’s video of an armed government worker harassing and intimidating a woman while denying he’s doing either thing. The AGW pulls up and starts demanding ID, for no apparent (legal) reason – as the woman points out.
“I don’t know you,” the AGW says.
So what? As the woman observes, that isn’t any of his business. The AGW then has the effrontery to claim the woman isn’t being blocked/detained… by a man with a gun and a badge.
The AGW prattles on about it being “perfectly legal” to ask her questions, which of course it is. But as we all know, when an armed goon asks questions, we are under duress to answer them.
It is very risky to tell an armed goon to piss off and keep on walking. It is very likely the armed goon will seize upon this as “obstructing” or “resisting” and then begin the Hut! Hut! Hutting!
More evidence that AGWs are not “officer friendly” – and haven’t been that for a very long time.
