2020 Mercedes GLC 300 Walk-Around

Here’s a quick look at the Mercedes GLC “coupe” – which isn’t – but (as it turns out) has almost as much room (for your head) as the more squared-off GLC SUV. You do lose some cargo room – but the thing still has more 3-4 times as much space for your stuff as a sedan (and 5-6 times as much as a coupe (one with two doors and a trunk).

Also, an unrelated, I’m finally getting around to some wrenching. My ’03 ZRX is in need of fork seals. It really needs a new front end – an Ohlins front end – but I’m too cheap and too broke so it’ll just be seals (and fresh fluid). Which will enable me to safely hit 170 on the long straightaway that’s down the road from me – much to the irritation of AGWs!

  1. Eric,

When you change the seals, you could either go with a heavier weight fork oil, or go with progressive rate springs. That would be a cheap upgrade for your front end!
