Been meaning to axk you; how’s your shoulder doing lately? Hey, my friend, don’t skimp on the sleep! It makes such a big difference on your overall health and well-being. I’ve been making an effort to get a little more than I used to, and I’ll tell ya, it makes a huge difference in my energy level and ability to concentrate, etc. It turns the clock back!
Like my 95 year-old mother: She’s had insomnia for half her life…but even today, on the rare night she gets some good sleep, she’s like a 40 year-old! (Often for several days, just on one good sleep)

Thats really, really true. I can always tell when I short myself on sleep, which is why I really try not to.
