Rand Paul has been defending free speech again – the bastard.
He says Americans – everyone – ought to be worried about their freedom to speak (more finely, to read and hear about things the government and corporations don’t want them to read and hear about) being arbitrated by government – and corporations.
But, the Chinese!
They own Tik Tok! Even though – as the senator has had to explain to those who already know better – the “Chinese” do not own Tik Tok. There are Chinese people who own part of it. As well as Americans. All of which is completely beside the point that Paul has been trying to make. Which is that it ought not to matter who owns Tik Tok if you are opposed to the government and corporations owning what you are allowed to read and hear and also to where and how you’re allowed to say what you think.
That is the danger. This “bipartisan” (naturally; when it comes to important things, the Uniparty is always bipartisan) effort to ban Tik Tok or place Tik Tok under a regime of official supervision has nothing to do with protecting Americans from the wily Chinese. It has everything to do with placing what Americans are allowed to say and read and hear under the supervision of the corrupt authorities in Washington. The same horrible people who framed people who questioned whether a “pandemic” was afoot when the facts (such as case fatality rates) indicated otherwise as “superspreaders” of “misinformation” are itching to frame anyone who disagrees with any of their narratives as even worse than that.
This talk of “threats to our democracy” being no small threat to those who resent being told what they must pretend to believe and what they are allowed and not allowed to say, hear or read.
Make no mistake, they are going for broke. Because they have no choice. Free speech and authoritarianism cannot co-exist. You can have one – or the other. You cannot have both at the same time – and the authoritarians know it.
It’s why they began – decades ago – to frame obviously odious speech as a threat, implicitly (and, inevitably, explicitly) warranting that it be suppressed. So as to set the precedent for general suppression of speech the authorities find odious.
For example, it is already a criminal act in several Western (sic) countries to “question” what the official history narratives say the National Socialist regime that ruled Germany in the ’30s and early ’40s of the last century did to Jews and other unfavored people in what was then the Reich.
Obviously, the National Socialist were horrible people.
Authoritarian socialism is always horrible because authoritarianism is always horrible. What was done to the Jews and other unfavorable people – including people the National Socialists interestingly referred to as “asocial” people, by which was meant people who resented the regimentation of authoritarian socialism – was horrible. But it is horrible to adopt the tactics of the National Socialists to suppress the speech of those whose speech makes some uncomfortable.
However in error – or obnoxious – a person’s speech may be, it is a much greater error (and far worse than merely obnoxious) to tell a person he is not free to speak; that others are not free to hear or read. Indeed, the doing so makes people suspect there may be something to what is being said; else why the heavy-handed efforts to suppress it?
See that business about “misinformation” regarding what wasn’t a “pandemic.” Keep in mind the dirty business – regarding the regime’s collusion with corporate media to keep people in the dark about the truth. Think about how eager they are to criminalize the telling of it – as has already undergone Beta Testing in California, where doctors who spoke freely – and honestly – with their patients about the drugs that were neither necessary nor “safe and effective” were subject to punishment for so doing.
The truth being no defense.
Is it offensive to “deny” the Holocaust? Many think so. Many also think it is offensive – and ought to be a punishable offense – to “deny” that the “climate” is “changing” and that a man who dresses like and pretends he is a woman actually is one.
This “China” thing is just another ought-to-be-obvious excuse, like the one about “terrorism” that was used as the excuse to terrorize Americans, who after nearly a quarter-century of it have mostly gotten used to it.
Which, of course, was always the point of it.
Just as the point of this effort to place Tik Tok under government-corporate supervision has never been about who owns Tik Tok nor what is beign purveyed by Tik Tok – which people aren’t being forced to view or listen to, it bears pointing out. It is about owning what Americans are allowed to think and say by turning over to government arbitrage what they are allowed to hear and see.
The fact that some of the very worst people – e.g., Nancy Pelosi – are the people most strenuously in favor while some of the best – e.g., Rand Paul – are opposed ought to tell you everything you need to know.

That may well be true. It probably is true. And yet, it might still be possible to disappear into the vastness that still exists. Remember Eric Rudolph (I think that was his name). He was able to hide out for a long time. If a man is equipped and knows how to handle himself out there, I think he could manage – or at least, have a shot.

Most “Holocaust deniers” — by which I mean not Internet shitposters but historians and intellectuals like David Irving — do not deny that Jews suffered on the Eastern Front. They do not deny that many of them died of things like typhus and starvation. They do not deny that the Einsatzgruppen shot thousands.
Simply, they question the propaganda narrative that the camps existed for the sole purpose of gassing and cremating six million Jews. Irving, for instance, asked where and how the Reich got, during wartime, the substantial amount of fuel — and time — necessary to cremate six million corpses.
It’s a legitimate question. We know, as a matter of science, how many Btus of energy are required, and how much time is required, to cremate human remains. Multiply that by six million. Was if actually possible for the Reich to do this in maybe two or three years’ time as it was losing the war and needed as much camp labor it could get as manpower losses mounted? For asking the question, Irving was criminally prosecuted.
There is also the not-so-small matter that no gas chambers were found in any of the camps liberated by the U.S. or Britain, and all of the alleged “death camps” were in the Soviet zone. And all were razed after the war. So we have to take the word of the Soviets as to what they claim to have found. No evidence exists.
The phrase “Holocaust denier” is in and of itself a regime-created propaganda slur akin to “Trotskyite traitor to the Revolution” or “Kulak enemies of the proletariat.” No serious historical revisionist claims that the camps were Cub Med. Of course many Jews died in World War II, just as many Poles, Russians, Germans, British, French, Slovaks, Italians, Romanians, Hungarians, and Americans died. But it is necessary for the Regime to sensationalize the suffering of the Jews for the purpose of justifying (and paying for) the crimes that Israel is perpetrating at this very moment.
From an engineering and logistical standpoint, NONE of the claims made by holocaust™ “survivors” and promoters is possible.
–Killing jews with “bug spray” (Zyklon B) is not only impossible, but is laughable on its face.
–Transporting jews to “camps”, utilizing scarce energy sources, transportation and logistical difficulties only to kill them is not only problematic but impossible as well.
–Tattooing camp inmates only to kill them is also problematic.
–If the “camps” were truly “death camps” why would medical facilities, recreational facilities, brothels, movie theaters, and other amenities be needed?
–“Gas chambers” with non-sealed wooden doors and the lack of ventilation systems for such facilities, once again, disproves the claims made by holocaust™ promoters. Doors that “swing the wrong way” would make retrieval of the bodies impossible. Ordinary light fixtures, rather than explosion proof lighting fixtures are claimed to have been the norm.
–Claims by holocaust™ promoters that gassed bodies were blue or green (rather than bright red) from poisoning are totally false.
–Claims that the inmates could tell when jews were being cremated by the color of smoke emitted from the crematoria chimneys are patently foolish and false.
–Claims that “gassed” bodies were handled without decontamination procedures that would have killed the operators of the supposed “gas chambers” is problematic.
–Let’s not forget “lampshades, wallets, soap and shrunken heads” made from jews is also laughable,
–Crematoria running 24 hours a day, without “downtime” for maintenance on the muffles and flames “visible out of the crematoria stacks” are also impossibilities. Crematoria are designed to burn “clean” with no visible smoke and definitely no flames outside the stacks would be possible. Not only that, the claims that thousands of bodies were cremated daily are a statistical impossibility as it takes approximately 1.5 hours to cremate a human body. If cremation were used on “6 million” jews, the cremation process would have been operating into the 1950s.
–The lack of depositories for bodies and ashes is more proof that the “camps” were not “death camps” but rather “work camps” for the German war effort.
–Anne Frank’s “diary” partially written with a ball-point pen which was not invented till the 1950s. Time travel, anyone? Lol
–Anne Frank’s father, Otto Frank was treated in a camp hospital and survived the war. What the hell is a hospital for residents doing in a “death camp”?
Germans were (and still are) excellent engineers and would not have engineered the grievous errors that are claimed by holocaust promoters.

I don’t know about any of that. I’m not an expert on the subject. But Wikipedia (for what it’s worth) says there were 350,000-500,000 German civilian casualties from the 24-7 bombing of Germany by the Allies for 2 1/2 years, 43,000 British civilian casualties from the Blitz, and 120,000-220,000 Japanese civilian casualties from the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
And we’re supposed to believe that the Germans gassed and cremated SIX-MILLION people in the camps?

For the record, I’m not an apologist for the National Socialists. I think they probably DID euthanize a number of camp Jews who were unable to work. They had a euthanasia program in the 1930s for “defective” Aryans that was shut down due to political pressure from religious groups, so it stands to reason they would be willing to eliminate “defective” Jews in the camps during wartime.
How did they do that? I don’t know. Did they “gas” some of them? Perhaps. But they sure as hell did not gas six million, it would take gas chambers and crematoria the size of the freaking pyramids to do that.

Somewhat aged (about 60) and ill with TB, he was sent to Thiereisenstadt, near Prague, Czech Republic. If it was German policy as part of “Operation Reinhard ” to execute prisoners incapable of useful labor ie “useless eaters”, how did Otto Frank escape being gassed, hanged, or shot? There’s no evidence he was employed, say. As a bookkeeper, and neither was he politically valuable. In fact, Frank was wanted on a pre-war warrant for embezzlement, which was the reason the Frank family fled Germany for Holland in 1938!

My family is not Jewish, but my grandpa ended up in the concentration camp named Treblinka, which was closest to our city. He was arrested and placed there because the Nazis, in their “Generalplan Ost”, decided to wipe out the Polish culture. He was a school teacher, and refused to teach German. He survived the camp when it was “liberated” by the Soviets, because the killing chambers were too busy to deal with all the Jews, so he was towards the back of the line, being put to use in the work camp.
My area of Poland was absolutely decimated by the Nazis, a huge percentage of people were killed in the streets or in the camps. I’m not Jewish, but I harbor a grudge against the Germans for what they did, and I find it stunning that someone could reject something for which we still have evidence via living survivor testimony and photos. The Soviet “liberators” also documented this horror.
The Germans didn’t gas six million people, they also shot, stabbed, starved and beat them to death, and burned them for energy in furnaces. They composted their bodies in giant tanks, and used the resulting methane to power generators to power the camps. They were enterprising evil bastards.

Disagree. There were no plans for “extermination”…not one plan was ever seen. In fact, during the Ernst Zundel “holocaust show trials” in Canada, not one “holocaust expert” could come up with any proof of any extermination campaign. The court was forced to agree that n extermination campaign took place.
My relatives were in a European country during the entirety of WW2 and spoke highly of the Germans. When there were troop movements, a German officer would request that they stay indoors while the troop movements were taking place. When the Russians came through, they were downright brutal, abusing the population as they saw fit.

As to the “camps”, they were work camps for the German war effort, nothing more. Almost every camp was directly adjacent to a war munitions or other implement factory, not out in the middle of nowhere (where one would expect a “death camp” to be located).
In fact, any brutality directed towards the workers (who were not only jews but many others) was severely punished. In fact a number of camp “commandants” lost their positions and were severely punished. Workers were needed for the “war effort” and were treated decently.
As to the jews, their main complaint was having to perform manual labor–something most jews had never experienced. In the camps, the “kapos” were more feared than the German military. These “kapos” were primarily of jewish extraction and were mean as hell towards their subordinates…woe to you f you were not a jewish “worker”…

I agree with what you’ve written. The facts are what they are – and they are horrible. That said, I also say a person has the right to “deny” them. If he doesn’t, then he isn’t free. And – by implication – neither are we. The truth can stand being accused of falsehood so long as people are free to question falsehoods. But when questioning anything is forbidden then falsehoods gain traction over truths, which are not allowed to be spoken.
Truth can easily withstand any scrutiny, criticism, or argument. It neither needs, desires nor requires protection by censorship.

The problem is that “the facts” need to be proven and it is illegal to ask for proof. There have, over the years, been some serious inconsistencies and questions about what aspects of the Holocaust narrative are factual and what are not. In both the Eichmann and the Demjanjuk trials there were supposed “eyewitnesses” who were proven to be incorrect in court — that they could not have been where they claimed to be, etc.

Your description of the ease of killing people was realized with Eisenhower’s “Reheinwiesenlager” death camps (yes, real death camps unlike the phony contrived “death camps” that were claimed to have existed by so-called “holocaust” survivors).
These were open-air prison camps without sanitary facilities or even buildings where “disarmed enemy combatants” were interned. Food, although available was denied to these “inmates”. This “in your face” flouting of laws is supremely evident in jews-only communities such as Kiryas Joel, New York.
If you are not jewish, you cannot own property, operate a business, send your children to the “public schools”, and are generally prohibited from participating in its jewish “community life”. They flout every fair housing and civil-rights law with impunity and “get away with it”.
The other side of the coin is that residents of Kiryas Joel receive “public benefits” (assistance) to a much greater degree than that of “non-jewish” communities. Almost every Kiryas Joel resident is receiving some kind of “public assistance” (welfare). Many criminal scams are run out of that “jews-only” community.
