I have thought a bit about the masking thing and people like me were treated during the COVID period lately. I don’t know why, but Eric touched on something. It is unresolved. There have been no apologies. No admissions. The latest liberal snark is “you do you,” whatever that means. They certainly wouldn’t let “me do me” during the COVID period. There was demoralization, coercion, unhealthy compliance, and demonization of freedom and basic liberties taking place. There was denial of basic service if you weren’t wearing a mask. After the Biden thing got in, there was a push to make everyone get a vaccine or they couldn’t keep their job (without being nose fucked by a q-tip).
During that period, my views demonized, far worse than the usual marginilization that took place. Shoppers and workers worldwide were forced to face the fangs of hostile corporate and government entities eyeball to eyeball for the first time in my lifetime.
So, when I see some ass say “you do you” it brings it all back, including the anger.
I hope that no one decides to cross the line. They may get their head bitten.
