The Sicilian Message . . . Meant for Us

Will Trump become even stronger now that he’s been created a “felon” – 34 times! – by a “court” (and jury) that everyone understands was convened to convict him? That is the belief asserted by Devolutionists – the people who believe that this is all a show and part of an elaborate operation to expose the corruption of the system so that it can be un-corrupted.

Of course, such a thing has never before happened in the history of government-gone-bad (which of course is all governments, which are necessarily bad; the difference being a matter of degree only). Once government goes really bad – as the one that controls this country manifestly has – there is but one way to un-corrupt it and that is to rid ourselves of it.

What happened to Trump is not about Trump.

It is about what is going to happen to us – now that the precedent has been set that anyone can be created a “felon” anytime the government decides to create any of us as one. You may recall the book, Three Felonies a Day. The gist of it being that there are so many laws that it is effectively impossible to avoid committing “crimes.” This endows the government with the power to prosecute us for these “crimes” whenever it likes – which amounts to whenever it decides it does not like us. This endows the government with the greatest power there is: The power to make us afraid.

When a person knows he is vulnerable to the exercise of arbitrary power – when he knows that he cannot rely on due process, rules of evidence or even the slightest pretext of fairness – that he can pursued by Inspector Javert at any time and that his consignment to prison is an inevitability once the gaze of Javert is fixed upon him – then he lives in fear and that fear serves to keep his head down and his mouth shut.

Trump wasn’t so much taught a lesson as we were sent a message.

How will he – how will we – respond?

The Devolutionist say – rightly – that is no longer possible to pretend the system isn’t malicious and so illegitimate. Implicit in this is the duty to reject it as illegitimate. Trump – himself – is irrelevant except in the human sense that irrespective of what one thinks of him personally, what has been done to him must not be countenanced for the same reason that a wrong done to anyone must never be countenanced.

Wrong is now official.

It is policy.

There has always been the tendency but it was restrained to some extent by the necessity of at least pretending to not be overtly wrong. There were rules that had to be followed – at least to some degree – that restrained what could be done by the law. But – as we have just seen – the law is now become (openly, right in our faces) whatever the law decides it will be.

All we can do now is come to terms with the fact of the thing – and decide whether we’ll continue to pretend and play along with it. Or decide the time has come to repudiate it and act accordingly, by denying it our consent for openers. By regarding it as we would the “laws” of a common street criminal or gang of them. It may be prudent in the moment to pretend to play along but in our hearts we know the deal and as soon as the opportunity arises to not play along, we ought to take it.

Whatever form that takes.

One form that is very effective – because it very healthy – is making it plain we know who they are. That they are not “public servants” but thugs with official titles. That they are sons-of-bitches, every one of them – by definition (or at least until they prove themselves not to be).

We can “shrug” – by working less (or even mot at all)  so as to be taxed less (or even not at all). We can lie and “cheat” – because it is absurd to characterize lying to a “public servant” – or “cheating” them – as immoral. That would be like faulting a rape victim for avoiding rape by telling her rapist she has Herpes – so as to avoid being raped.

Anything goes to get Trump? Then anything goes – to protect ourselves from those who just got Trump and who have made it plain they mean to get us, too.

Ich scheisse uber alles.

And all of them, too.

  1. A bit late to the game…..the U.S.A. is in terminal state, stage four with no hope of reform…really, we are not going back to the nineties or the eighties…..Auron MacIntyre probably has the most salient observation in that we just have to go through the process….think of Russia in the nineties after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. It was a very hard time to be Russian…..look at Russia now….they are ascendant whilst the corrupt war mongering “West” is being rapidly flushed down the toilet of history. I don’t like this, but I don’t have a say in the situation. If the loons in power don’t spark a nuclear war, which Russia will decisively win by the way, we may have a chance, or at least some of the children and grandchildren of liberty oriented people might.

  2. Hi Eric,

    quote:
The gist of it being that there are so many laws that it is effectively impossible to avoid committing “crimes.” This endows the government with the power to prosecute us for these “crimes” whenever it likes

This is what I mentioned already. Evil goverment coorporations and parasitic lawyers like this system of laws that can selectively be applied “acording to the experts aka lawyers and judges”.

Laws need to be written in computer language and each person should be able to have running program describing whats ilegal. And then retarded laws that everyone breaks every day will be patched and removed like a real code base by voting. Whats best about this is that all laws will be applied always not pulled out of legal attic when it suits someone.

    • Amen, Pupet –

This whole business of “needing” lawyers to parse laws is absurd. The common law ought to be intelligible to any person of average-normal intelligence. Example: If you take something that does not belong to you, that is theft. And criminal laws ought to be far fewer – and correlate with harms caused. It is unintelligible to speak of a “crime” lacking a victim. And it is absurd to say the state can be a victim.

      • Whats also a tell something is rotten is when a proffesion keeps secret what it does. Ask a phisicsist how black holes work he will explain it to you , ask mehanical engineer how his 100 ton crane works he will explain it to you, ask an ai developer how his model works he will explain at least roughly like everyone else here.
Ask a lawyer anything he will tell you you are a stupid pleb that shouldnt even be asking anything because “You dont understand the law”. He will purposely use jargon that bears no logic outside his guild and try to make things seem as difficult as possible.
To make things even more bizzare the best lawyers are ones that golf with judges and are openly allowed to do more in chort room than others.

  3. I don’t see the problem. The corrupt system over which this prick used to preside, and may preside over again, has given him a little taste of what it usually gives us. If there’s anything to be sad about it’s that the prick will likely suffer no real consequences, unlike us.

Trump deserves much worse. The man who made it possible for the ruining of our economy; who redistributed more of our money to the war hawks (so that we would be able to interfere in the Ukraine and “support Israel”s latest terrorism campaign) than anyone else in history; The man who empowered Fauci; the man who brought us “those wonderful drugs”; The man who sought to execute the hero Julian Assange; the man who until more recently had been a DEMOCRAT RE developer entrenched in the corrupt NY system The man, who after promising to “clean up the Swamp” pardoned some of the worst most corrupt criminals; …[I could go on and on, but you get the idea]

I’m supposed to feel sorry even IF this POS was “wrongfully convicted”, when the corruption of the system in which he is entrenched backfires on him, and when he likely suffer no consequences and in-fact be rewarded by becoming president again?

You or I if convicted of A felony could never so much as purchase a gun or work at certain blue-collar government jobs, but yet under this perverted government, a criminal who deserves to be executed and who has participated in the committing of genocide at home and abroad can still become president and command the most powerful military in the world?

Will I shed a tear when the corrupt system inflicts a little grief on one of their own? NO! Would that he could be prosecuted for all of the crimes and shitty things he’s done both as a businessman and politician! The cheating of small-businessmen out of hundreds of thousands of dollars a piece via the states bankruptcy laws; the taking of private property via the state’s eminent domain laws; the deals he cut with the corrupt NY political machine to do business there, and ditto the deals one has to cut with the Mafia to do business there; His many rides on Epstein’s plane…

I don’t know if his “conviction” was just or unjust, but I do not care because he deserves so so much more, and could easily be convicted for a million other things that he will never be prosecuted for because to do so would expose the corruption and true agenda of the whole system; the system which he is a part of and has been for all of his adult life.

That POS had no problem living among those libtard NYers and doing business with them and their corrupt government, and being enriched by their tax money his whole life, and now we’re supposed to feel bad for the prick and believe that his peers are somehow out to get some innocent rube because he upholds some supposed higher moral standard?

He should have just grabbed some of the jurors by the pussy!

  4. First the dunking pole for a day, then to a stockade for another day, the Rack next, then to the Iron Maiden, then to a well-padded cell for some rest.

Have a guillotine on the ready right outside the cell window, the fear factor works then.

    Kathy Griffin would be happy.

Come on, you clueless fools, give the poor soul a break.

It will do more good than harm.

  5. I wouldn’t mind seeing the prosecutor and judge get a little lawfare retaliation themselves. That would at least make others think twice about doing this again knowing they also could end up being subject to criminal charges (al la Beria’s “show me the man and I’ll show you the crime”). This is a very dangerous game they’re playing, especially if Trump gets elected.

I say let’s have all the politicians prosecute each other. Most deserve it.

      • Gil,

If you select a jury from a pool of people known to be hostile toward the defendant (or friendly, per OJ) you do not get a fair trail. That was the reason for having this trial in a city where most people dislike Trump and for that reason are inclined to want to see him found guilty of something. The underlying problem – which goes far beyond this trial – is that it is no longer a reasonable expectation to believe that most of the time, juries will fairly hear the evidence and decide according to the facts. Everything has become politicized, including above all the courts. This is self evident.

        • ‘it is no longer reasonable to believe that most of the time, juries will fairly hear the evidence and decide according to the facts.’ — eric

In the Jim Crow era, all-white juries were notorious for convicting accused black rapists on slender evidence.

In what author Michelle Alexander called The New Jim Crow, ‘diverse’ (but all-Democrat) juries felonize the Orange [White] Man on similarly bogus evidence, and for the same prejudicial reasons.

Jim Snow is the new Jim Crow. Don’t let the sun set on your alabaster ass in New York City, ofay joker.

        • Eric, did Trump’s defense lawyers not do their job to help ensure the picking of an impartial jury? I’ve seen Legal Aid welfare lawyers be very vigilant about jury selection. You mean to tell me The Best Friend Israel Ever Had&reg and billionaire’s team of most-expensive lawyers were deficient on jury selection, in the place where Trump lived and did business for most of his life?

C’mon; You KNOW this guy is a crook, and regardless of the motive for finally charging him for just one of his lesser crimes (for purely theatrical effect), he’ll never suffer any consequences, unfortunately.

I don’t care if one of the ruiners of this country and committer of genocide, and usurper of more of our liberties than anyone else in our lifetime WERE prosecuted and convicted unjustly (which I don’t believe he was). I’m just disappointed that he’ll never get the punishments he deserves for all that he’s done, just like all the other political scum (like Biden and Obama and Bush) whom you voters keep voting for.

        • but both the prosecution and defense had some chances to disqualify jurors that they thought would be biased. on the fact, dont you think he got a reasonably fair trial?

          • Hi Maup,

No, I don’t. In the first place because this ought never to have been brought to trial in the first place. Trump’s lawyer paid a woman a sum of money to sign an NDA. She was not a “victim” of anything. Where – how – is this “criminal”? The “case” was more a persecution – brought by a malicious DA out to find a “crime” to indict him for. It was tried before a Leftist judge who clearly showed bias before jurors selected from a pool of Leftists – who were instructed (wink, wink) that they need not be unanimous on the charges; any four being sufficient to convict.

The whole things stinks. Orange Man being incidental.

            • Eric, C’mon. They have the proof of Cohen’s HELOC and Trump’s payment to him, which Trump classified as legal expenses, breaking both tax laws and campaign laws, etc. Why do you think Trump wouldn’t testify? Because he’d either have to incriminate himself or perjure himself.
Not that I consider all of those laws valid, but considering that you or I have to abide carefully by those laws, why shouldn’t someone who was entrusted with the ultimate position of power over the crappy system which rules us have to be at least as accountable?
It’s meaningless though. He’ll appeal it, and even if he loses, I would be willing to be substantial money that he will not be sentenced to jail, -and in-fact receive no real consequences.
If only he would truly face some consequences for ALL he’s done! As I ask everyone IRL who complains that “Trump is being persecuted”: Is Biden’s spawn being persecuted too? It’s sad that everyone believes in the phony D’s vs. R’s paradigm, when in reality the D’s and R’s are sipping drinks together and boning each other’s wives and houseboys.

                • All he was charged with was falsification of business records, which he was blatantly guilty of. Just as if you or I “lied” on our tax return or cooked the books for our business.
They could easily also charge him with tax evasion and breaking federal election law, but a state court does not have the jurisdiction to do that.
He IS guilty of violating NY election laws by the falsification of those business records, since his motive for doing so was conspiring to promote his election.(Somehow he seems to have evaded conviction of that, despite being convicted of the mechanism for committing it).
I don’t understand why people here seem to be defending this genocidal lying maniac’s breaking of the laws of the country over which he presided in an attempt to cover his sorry ass and ultimately defraud the public…

                  • What business records did he falsify? The most you can claim honestly is that he signed checks. If you’ve ever held a position of responsibility, you will know that you sign, pre-sign, auto pen, or delegate signing of thousands of checks. He did not falsify business records, that is a GD lie and Arthur is a GD liar.

                  • “ultimately defraud the public…” Not that I’m defending the guy but what is it that he defrauded the public of?

                  • Arthur: Your TDS is so strong you see our defense of the rule of law as defending Trump. I frankly don’t give a rat’s ass about Trump, but I can recognize a show trial and sham of a conviction when I see it.

Do you really think Trump was the one to do the books and classify expenses for his NY company while he was the sitting POTUS and residing in DC at the White House? By the way, his company’s bookkeeper would have likely used Quickbooks which has a drop-down menu of limited expense categories. I’m going to guess there’s no category of “NDA Payment.” The bookkeeper likely saw the invoice from the law firm and appropriately categorized it a a “legal” expense. Am I to understand you wouldn’t have done the same?

In Arthur’s world that’s a felony which Trump is “blatantly guilty of.” Of course, “not that [you] consider all of those laws valid.”

                    Good grief.

                    • “The bookkeeper likely saw the invoice from the law firm and appropriately categorized it a a “legal” expense.”

Then the bookkeeper stinks and should be fired. I realize I am crying over split milk, but ALL legal fee payments should be recorded to “Legal Retainer” a current asset account. Once, the work has been completed by the law firm (total of hours x hourly pay) an adjusting journal entry then should be made to credit the billable work performed from the law firm from Legal Retainer and allocate that amount to Legal Expenses.

My guess is the paperwork between Cohen and Trump was pretty shoddy, if existent at all. I am guessing Trump didn’t send Cohen a 1099 reporting the amount that he paid him?

Is Trump being politically prosecuted? Yes. If all was fair in the Court of Law both Hill and Bill would be behind bars for embezzlement from the Haitian Earthquake fund and Hunter and his accountants would be right next to them in matching orange jumpsuits.

But, Trump isn’t innocent either. I have no doubt that personal expenses have been written off as business expenses. He has been audited every year by the IRS since 2002. If the IRS is visiting you each year there is some shady shit going down.

      • It does not appear that this was an “impartial jury.” I doubt there could have possibly been an impartial jury in this particular venue. I believe Trump sought to change the venue where an impartial jury was more likely, but his request was both opposed by the prosecutor and denied by the judge.

        • It is likely the jurors were paid off…or threatened. That it wasn’t a hung jury makes me believe they got to each and every one of them.

  6. I don’t think this matters much at all. No opinions are likely to be changed by this.

The most likely outcome is the idea that the justice system is just as corrupt as the rest of government will be solidified in the back the blue crowd.

Maybe some independents will be pushed by the obvious scam of it all to vote for Trump.

If he is sentenced to prison, we may see something more interesting, but the judge has probably already received the phone call telling him what to do.

In the end, Trump will probably win on appeal. All the other cases will drop away if he wins the election.

    • Hi Dan,

I expect – predict – the judge will sentence Trump to a cage. And if that does not work – in terms of cratering his support, politically – they will have him killed. Wait and see. They are already lining up Nimarata to resume control of the McGOP.

      • Eric,
I grant that is a possibility. The permanent damage done from such a scenario would be delicious to me, but will result in even tighter crackdown on anyone not on board. History says that will hasten the demise.

No matter what is written in the final chapter of this story, if the end result is diminished faith in government and the realization this entire system is a scam to keep us slaves, then it is a net positive.

      • Eric! You’re living in fantasy land. Even IF the prick were sentenced to “jail”, it would be at a minimum-security country club where he could play golf and drink champagne. But that will never happen. The verdict will be appealed; or he will be pardoned (Under this crazy system, he could likely be elected president again and then pardon himself!).

If you think they’re going to do anything to The Best Friend Israel Ever Had&reg, well that would be akin to a libtard worrying that DJT was going to clean up their Swamp.

This is THEATER; WWE. When have ANY of “them” ever suffered any consequences? WE’re the ones suffering the consequences of what he inflicted on us (Economic destruction started by CARES; people dropping dead via the clot-shot; an unprecedented taking of our liberties via way of the enabling of Fauce, etc. et.c).

I’m just surprised that the show is working on you of all people. This is exactly what *they* want. It’s a way of controlling thought and generating a desired reaction.

        • Hi Arthur,

I hear you with regard to Trump. That said, the precedents being set are not theater; they are very real. And they will be normalized. That is the gist I was trying to get at with this article.

          • Eric, they already are normalized. The OJ Simpson “trial” was what, 30 years ago? All of our lives judges have been giving ludicrous instructions to juries; people are being wrongly convicted; cops lie and get away with it scot-free even when caught; cops kill people and get off scot-free; the worst criminals get declared innocent (Including by Trump who pardoned so much scum).

This whole system is and has been very corrupt for a LONG time. But in this case it just worked out so that a bad guy actually got a little ding, and I’m certainly not even going to waste a yawn over it.

Now just watch as half of the country vote for a felon to rule them, and see how he pardons himself once (s)elected.

I think of it like this: Trump pardoned a “troop” who was convicted of murdering one of his fellow “troops”. It is very hard to successfully prosecute a government boot-licker, because normally their fellow “troops” will not testify against them. But this guy was so bad and killed an innocent man in cold blood; and the state spent many millions of dollars to try him and get him convicted, which has heralded as a legal triumph.

Trump pardoned that murderer. With the stroke of a pen, he just undid a very just conviction (I believe the “troop” committed another serious crime within months of being pardoned, IIRC) and perverted justice -justice that is so accurately meted out in this system. So how fitting is it that that orange man should be the victim of a system which he perverted even when it actually had done the right thing?

Not to mention that said orange man IS a crook, and IS likely guilty of the things of which he was convicted for.

But wait and see how it plays out. They never eat their own. Just as Trump never touched The Clintons nor any of the other Swamp-dwellers among whom he associates.

I would have thought that you and many others here would have been savvy enough not to take this BS at face value.

      • Eric,

I think that’s what they want. The Secret Service thing is a complicating factor, though. No one will buy the Epstein story, even if they can get past the detail (everyone has a price).

There is a bill getting kicked around that would take away the Secret Service detail, but can they get it passed?

If so, well, we’ll know exactly what’s up.

And if Haley takes over the GOP the party is done. Over.

The “problem” for the elites is not Trump, it’s the people who support him. They don’t seem to have figured this out. (The utter stupidity of the “elites” in this country never ceases to amaze me.) Get rid of The McDonald, and there will be another. Probably much more ruthless. No idea who it will be, but there are probably at least 100 million (highly pissed-off) people to choose from.

They are exactly like Aesop’s greedy boy with his hand stuck in the hazelnut jar: The only way to maintain power, is to relinquish it. Just because they don’t like the answer, doesn’t mean it’s not true.

        • Just one more comment,

When Trump was elected in 2016, his ideological opponents vowed to take him out of power By Any Means Necessary. Like Alex Jones has maintained all along, the evil actors don’t hide their intentions…..just the hoi polloi sit stuck to their televisions and cell phones and have no clue to the machinations going on in the centers of power…as my brother says “Mordor on the Potomac”.

P.S. – hopefully the world will go on long enough for my planned trip to Porcfest. Lots of interesting speakers there.

  7. I don’t believe any of us can be surprised by yesterday’s verdict. We should also not be surprised that the judicial system is corrupt. The African American community has been stating this for over 200 years.

Yesterday proved that Trump will not make it to office. The Republicans and conservatives constant bellowing that yesterday’s conviction just gave Trump the election is wishful thinking. Why would TPTB allow the man that they have put through the wringer to access the most powerful position in the world? They will not.

What will the average American do? Not a damn thing. Let’s be honest, the average person is not going to protest in the streets or lay down their lives for someone/something that does not concern them. TPTB made sure their January 6th insurrection was a playbook on what would happen when Americans believe they have a say on how their country operates. That is the day justice and the republic died. Everything else…just aftershocks of the Big One.

I have never been a particularly religious person although I have tremendous respect for Mother Nature. Without divine intervention I think we are powerless to stop what is coming. Heaven and Hell is found on Earth. We have been experiencing Hell for four years already. I don’t see how paradise makes an appearance in the years to come.

    • ‘Yesterday proved that Trump will not make it to office.’ — Raider Girl

If you mean that the Deep State / Intel Community axis will do anything necessary to exclude Trump — ranging from stealing the election [again] to the JFK option — I certainly wouldn’t discount it.

Still, I’d give even odds that he does prevail in the election … but to take charge of what? World War III started by ‘Joe Biden’ before leaving office? Mass secession by blue states? Domestic chaos sparked by Antifa and its FBI handlers? All of the above?

Economically, an inverted Treasury yield curve (a recession precursor) has prevailed for a year and a half. GDP printed at a feeble 1.3% annualized in the second estimate for 1Q 2024. U of Michigan consumer sentiment is at recessionary levels [chart]:

      https://tinyurl.com/4wdt3zte

Social chaos is poised to tank confidence and send the economy sprawling, just as it did during the infamous Bush v Gore debacle in late 2000. America is headed for a world of hurt, as the Everything Bubble (stocks, crypto, real estate) recedes in the rearview mirror like Mt. Shasta does when you’re fleeing Commiefornia with the hammer down.

If this is Hell now, just wait till the main burners light up.

“This must not be planet earth,” Cone told his partner. “This must be hell.” But it wasn’t. It was just Washington DC. — H.G. Bissinger, Friday Night Lights [tampered with]

      • You know what Jim?

I hope the blue states *do* secede. Because if they don’t, there are a few of them I’d like to eject. We can start with California and New York, then work our way around to a few others (Massachusetts? Connecticut? Minnesota? New Jersey?) if they don’t want to fall into line.

    • The day Xiden was selected I said “we have that m’fer for eight years.” Four more years to go. Enjoy everyone. Not that I want Trump for four years either. They are all the same. Worthless.

    • ‘We should also not be surprised that the judicial system is corrupt. The African American community has been stating this for over 200 years.”

Yeah well… spare us the gratutous sympathic nod to the “African American communiity.”

The corrupt system has favored them as a protected victim class above all other groups, except Jews, for many decades. On a percapita basis they commit about 18 times as many violent crimes, especailly inter-racial, as White European Americans, and all too often are given free legal rein to do so. Negrophilia now pervades our degenerate popular culture so pervasively that an outside observor of media commericals would lead him to believe that Blacks comprise 80 percent of the popuation. A billionaire Black rapper is free to publically say “nigger” as often and in as many contexts as he wants. But a skinny White kid who utters the same word when singing along with same lyrics is immediately shamed or outright punished.

      • The “African American community” where I live is responsible for about 90% of violent crime even though they are only about 33% of the city population. We have a black mayor, a black police chief, a black fire chief, a black county president, a black clerk of the circuit court, a black district attorney, a black states attorney, a black Lt governor etc etc. The blacks literally control this city and are always crying “Racism”. WTF! Last year there were about 650 homicides. Want to guess who was responsible for 90% of those? Hint, it isn’t the Amish. Itz about time people found out about this criminal group of people. Yes there are some nice ones but not enough to create a functional civilization. Every White person needs to familiar with the “Derbyshire rules”.

  8. “The power to make us afraid.”

Nothing has changed, except more evidence of what we have always known or suspected. I am not afraid. Not one bit. They can exercise their evil power over me at any time they wish. I will not be taken alive. I will never be placed into bondage by these demons or their henchmen. When they try, I only hope I can muster the will and strength to fight with all of my resources and die an honorable death.

I know what awaits me in the afterlife, I’ve seen it. I am not afraid.

  9. To those that are celebrating the conviction of The Donald and praising the “court system” that railroaded him, what will you say when this is overturned on appeal? Will you say, “justice was done”? Or will you take to the streets a la Rodney King, St. George of Floyd and others?

I think we know what your reaction will be. Perhaps this time the gloves will come off the other side.

    • Hi Mark,

People who are celebrating that sham verdict against Trump need to be careful, because the establishment could one day go after THEM as well, be it for criticizing the Biden Thing’s foreign policy re Ukraine & Israel or something else. Just look at the way they’ve been treating RFK Jr, who is running for President himself and also deemed an “unauthorized political candidate” by the establishment.

  10. I’m writing this from a gate overlooking Moscow on the Potomac. It is the closest airport with regular service anywhere near my birthplace. Celebrating the nephew’s high school graduation, one of 4 tied for valedictorian, because I guess Highlander rules no longer apply. My take every time I “experience” the DC metro is that is it very nice, very busy and completely unworkable. Perfect location for pretending to work and live. As I drove through the concrete canyon of Pentagon City I thought of the promise that he would cut (as in eliminate) programs, two for one. Well, that’s not ever going to happen. Not with all those people scurrying about, doing the “work of the people” for a meager wage.

The thing is, this verdict opens the doors for anyone to be kicked out for anything now. Sure, if there was a jerk that got in the way in congress it was pretty easy to get him out of the way, either by setup (AB-SCAM) or by giving him enough rope and just waiting. Absolute power corrupts, absolutely, and no one is more powerful than the DC insiders. They’re all dirty, they all know it, and the fact they had to go to nuclear just says to me that all bets are off.

    Shame that.

But you know, maybe in the long run it will be a good thing. There’s no reason for the narcissist psychopath class to be in charge. They are just the ones who are willing to take over and bring their friends. Every single one of them is a cheat and liar, guilty of some illegal activity that’s been hiding in plain sight. Time to open the shades and let the sunshine in. All sin is sin, whether it be paying off a pr0n star or laundering checks through the Post Office. Let it all be known, and tried, and justice be handed out.

How many people, normal citizens I mean, even try to do half the stuff the powerful people do? How many people would even ever consider such foolish behavior? How many of us require an ethics committee in our workplace? Sure, we might be a little lead footed, but we never “accidentally” killed a young lady by crashing the car on a bridge we were too drunk to navigate. And if we have an affair most of us won’t pretend we are better than you when you got caught.

  11. So when are people going to find out if the 2nd Amendment is worth the paper it’s printed on and execute the traitors?

  12. The trump card the state holds is its assumption of “authority” to kill you if you disobey. All governments have assumed it. They cannot function without it. After all, they are psychopaths. Each and every one.

  13. In today’s America, and in many other parts of the world, the process is the punishment. Selective prosecution is a major problem in this country. BLM and Antifa types who have committed crimes are ignored while innocents who defend themselves (but are of the wrong political persuasion) are charged with crimes.
Being charged with a crime, the indictment, the arraignment and trial are all a part of the punishment. Even if the case is dismissed, the damage, the difficult days, the threat of fines, incarceration and legal bills, and the uncertainty of what comes next are all punishments.
Observe those who were arrested after the January 6, 2020 demonstrations—those who were purposely let in to the capitol and then arrested, days, weeks, and months after the event.
Those who are presently incarcerated for the January 6, demonstrations are “special cases”–”political prisoners” who have been identified by their political enemies and prison staff and have been selected for “special treatment”.
Even if their cases are dismissed, the damage has already been done. The time served, the harassment and brutality can never be “taken back”.
This also extends to the likes of Kyle Rittenhouse, who is clearly observed on video defending his own life against rioters, who was “put through the legal wringer”–once again, the process being the punishment. Thankfully, in his case, he was acquitted by a competently-run legal system.
The St. Louis couple who were charged with “brandishing weapons” against the BLM and Antifa criminals who broke down a barrier and were trespassing on private property is but another example of selective prosecution. They were indicted on “weapons charges” for merely defending themselves.
My third and final example of this is the “Satilla Three” who are languishing in prison for defending their lives and neighborhood against Ahmad Arbery, a career criminal who was “casing” construction sites for materials and tools that he could steal. In this case, the “powers that be” went “prosecutor shopping” when the initial prosecutor refused to indict. It took “three tries” before they found a prosecutor who would indict. If this isn’t prosecutorial “double jeopardy” I don’t know what is. When the original prosecutor made his decision, future attempts at prosecution should have been prohibited.
It turns out that Arbery had “doubled back” and threatened the man with the shotgun, pulling on it causing it to fire. You see, Arbery had felt “disrespected”, and in his feral way had to confront the man who had “disrespected” him. Arbery could have run off in any direction and would have not been pursued, but chose to confront the man with the shotgun. This was a clear case of self-defense, having been video taped as well. The trial was a fiasco, with a weak, incompetent judge, civil-rights hustlers and Arbery family members in the courtroom threatening riots if the “correct” verdict was not rendered. Requests for a change of venue and a sequestered jury were denied. Evidence showing Arbery’s previous criminal activity in the Satilla Shores neighborhood was also suppressed. It would seem that, with all of the legal and procedural misconduct, these three men should have good grounds for a successful appeal.
Of course, additional charges (civil-rights) were added by the feds.
Once again, the process is the punishment…something democRATs have been using to their advantage.

    • A lawyer friend once told me that defending yourself in both criminal and civil court cases is so costly and time consuming that it often makes more sense to plead guilty/settle the case even if you really are innocent than to fight it, perhaps lose anyway, and be out a fortune in legal fees and months, if not years, in court.

One particular case in which this applies is if the Feds charge you with something that doesn’t involve actual jail time—The Feds can wait you out and spend you into submission.

So yes, the process is a punishment in itself.

  14. Trump ordered the murder of General Soleimani – an Iranian head of state invited by the USA to fly to Bagdad airport, which he did, he boarded a Mercedes and while driving across the tarmac was assassinated by a drone missile.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Qasem_Soleimani

So the USAF assassinated a non-combatant in the most cowardly way. A Predator drone firing a Hellfire missile. Interesting names for our weapons – by our Satanic overlords.

Trump admits he gave the order. That is a heinous war crime and IMO DJT should be sent to Theran and stand trial for murder.

No one cares he gave hush money to some porn star, nor is that any of our business.

Trump was not tried for his real real crimes. Trump is also a dangerous lunatic – Trump tells donors at ritzy fundraising event that he ‘would have bombed’ China and Russia.

Bombing Russia or China would cause nuclear war and billions of dead. Trump is a big mouthed orange ape clown – that if locked away would be a very good thing.

Of course Biden, Blinken, Nuland, Yellen should also be locked away. In fact virtually everyone in DC the District of Criminals should be locked up in an insane asylum.

    • @ Y.J.

“. . .virtually everyone in DC should be locked up. . .”
Now we’re getting somewhere. You score big points for that one.

I can only tacitly agree with you about cheeto-man being locked away. Setting aside all his other crimes, errors and miscues, this pos deserves to swing from the highest telephone pole for his deadly pandemic fraud which easily qualifies as a crime against humanity. . .imo of course.

Oh BTW, what in the name of all that is holy was the Liber(tard)arian Party doing even thinking about inviting that tyrant to their convention, along with Bobby Jr,? I guess I gave too much credit to Angela McCardle. My bad.

Note to LP party members: your party now is dead as a duck. But give it a few decades or so, maybe then people will stop calling you the libertine party.

    • Both Biden and Trump should be locked up for GENOCIDE! From what? The COVID “vaccine”, that’s what. Trump brought it to life, while Biden forced it everyone. That makes them complicit in genocide.

  15. I’ve been up and down about this since yesterday. Outraged at the obvious and arrogant affront to Justice, even though I knew it was coming.

I had really hoped the country could peacefully fall apart like the Soviet Union. I had hoped that the communist takeover could be turned back without civil war. It no longer can.

It is great that so many decent conservatives are having their world shattered. The damned fools supported the system and the cops and the judges and the wicked, evil prison system. Yesterday the mask was ripped off and they can no longer pretend the system is good, or fair, or impartial. They’ve been Christian hypocrites, failing to practice forgiveness and failing to leave vengeance to the Lord.

Yes, we watched the mass murder and prosecution of the survivors at Waco, and Ruby Ridge, and dozens of other places, but they could pretend that these were aberrations, and the world moved on and people forgot, or were too busy surviving to make a fuss.

This is different. The system has held together for so long after it should have because Americans believed they were free, and that their public servants were either not all bad, or even mostly good.

Most of the regulars here hate Trump for his failings. I do not, I have supported him publicly and vocally, not because he is perfect, or a choir boy, but because for all his many failings, he is a leader, independent of the machinations of the hidden powers in this country.

The man put his life, fortune, and sacred honor on the line when he had a very posh existence of high class hookers, supermodel wives, really nice cars, planes, and properties world wide. He gave it all up to stand for a land of opportunity and freedom, jumped into the open sewer of politics, and played the game and won, shocking the system which had planned on shoving Hitlery Clinton’s nasty wrinkled ass into power.

Right now on talk radio they are saying that he’s now a lock to win the election. When they shove him into a cell and kill him, it will no longer be possible to pretend.

As the nation dissolves into civil war, there will be a power vacuum. As bad as the American empire has been both domestically and abroad, when the Chinese Communists step in it will be infinitely worse. Or perhaps it will be those lovelies in the EU, with their own brand of authoritarianism? I seriously doubt it will be the Russians as they aren’t aggressive enough. They have lots of natural wealth and not enough people, and have tried so hard to be civilized even when forced into a just war in Ukraine. Nekulturny, being uncultured, has ever been the greatest insult to a Russian.

I’ve ranted enough. I probably won’t be back to comment, the time for talk is now past. I will quietly wait for what’s coming, and hope to acquit myself with honor when it does. God bless and keep you all.

    • You left out the JEWS who are still manipulating the situation behind the scenes.
Yes, I know that Trump gave jews everything they wanted, the Golan Heights, an embassy in Jerusalem among other things, but (and that’s a big BUT) in Trump’s second term he was going to demand a real resolution to the illegal jewish settlements in the West Bank–something that the jews were not willing to complete. The shoe was supposed to drop in Trump’s second term which never materialized due to vote fraud and theft.
Every one knows that Trump is a deal-maker and would have been able to get things done.
This also goes for the other wars that the USA is presently involved in. Both the war mongers and the military industrial complex do not want to see peaceful resolutions to the world’s conflicts.

      • One has to give Netanyahu credit, he is getting Jews killed by the day.

A stupid prize, but that’s okay too.

The Israeli embassy in Mexico City was firebombed here the other day.

Not a Sicilian message, but close enough.

A direct message that can’t be ignored.

Heckuva job, Satanyahoo deserves all of the credit.

    • ‘I had really hoped the country could peacefully fall apart like the Soviet Union.’ — Ernie

My sentiments exactly. It’s 9 November 1989 on America’s Soviet analog timescale. The Brandenburg gate has just been thrown open, as we stare goggle-eyed at the end of an era.

The Soviet Union broke into fifteen internally contiguous pieces. Unfortunately, that is not possible in the US. Unlike small-town America, its cities are bastions of leftism, where ordinary laws against theft and street crime are not enforced, but partisan show trials thrive. Two mutually-exclusive cultures are fatally intertwined.

I see no way this ends without Bosnian-style (circa 1992-1995) ultraviolence, as described by survivor Selco:

‘After three months rumors started about first deaths from starvation, deaths from low temperatures, we stripped every door, window frame from abandoned houses for heating, i burned all my own furniture for heating, lot of people died from diseases, mostly from bad water (two of my family members), we used rain water for drink, several times i ate pigeons, once i ate rat.

‘Money was not worth shit. We traded things, black market worked, few examples: for 1 corned beef can you could have woman for couple of hours (sounds bad, but it was reality)’

      https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-LCz2Gy4UCCH44P_DgxJna_jwTEwmmur/view

      Now we got problems
And I don’t think we can solve ’em
You made a really deep cut
And baby, now we got bad blood (hey!)

      — Taylor Swift, Bad Blood

  16. The illegal we do immediately. The impossible takes a little longer.

Hank Kissenger reworded the Seabees motto.

Just a better world now that Old Henry has bit the dust. Happens to us all.

Don’t have to assassinate Trump when can rake him over the coals by any means possible.

The wheels of justice grind slow, but grind a very fine grist.

Israelis are exiting Israel faster than a bat out of hell.

  17. Sad to say…. It’s over folks!

There is zero chance Americans coming together to fight tyranny like they did in the early 1700s. The military has been purged of those that would say “Not on my Watch! The girly males produced by the women of this nation will never stand up. Give the evil ones credit,,, they have done something many said could not be done one step at a time. The millions of illegals the evil ones have allowed in will join with the Left and will join the military to eliminate any patriot that thinks of resisting.

  18. Perspective:

    @Geiger_Capital

The first felony conviction of a former US President wasn’t for the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, illegal CIA coups, drone-striking weddings, or spying on Americans …

It was because Trump misclassified a $130,000 payment for a porn star’s NDA.

Tells you everything you need to know.

    • >The first felony conviction of a former US President wasn’t for the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, illegal CIA coups, drone-striking weddings, or spying on Americans …

Nor was it for complicity in a genocide currently in progress, being funded by U.S. taxpayers.
For that, we shall have to wait for some type of international tribunal. The mill wheels of justice do grind slowly… It may become extremely dangerous to travel internationally on a U.S. passport before too long, at least in some parts of the world.

      • ‘Nor was it for complicity in a genocide currently in progress’ — Adi Heidler

Nor for deliberately escalating a war, by authorizing the Ukies to hit Russia with US missiles. Russia has responded that these missiles and their NATO crews are fair game for attack.

It is criminal for ‘Biden’ to suck the US into a land war with Russia over Ukraine, a former Soviet province. I am beyond appalled. WW III is likelier now than ever before in our lifetimes.

  19. Trump is a threat to “our democracy”, and must be destroyed.

USA 2024, land of the fake, home of the gay. Everything is Fake and Gay.

    • I would say, if Trump is a threat to our “Democracy”, then more power to him. This country started off as a “Republic”. A “Democracy” is nothing more than mob rule, and only ends up destroying itself. The stupid talking heads who shill and whine about our “Democracy” just sound stupid. It would be nice to go back to a Republic, but I think we are going to end up as a Communist nation, because the stupid people think it means getting everything for free. And hey, trials where you are already guilty (like with Trump, like him or hate him) is a part of it, and is coming to the rest of us.

    • “Trump is a threat to “our democracy”, and must be destroyed.”

I remember that Biden said that “White supremacists” were a threat to our democracy.

Well which is it “White supremacists” or “Trump”? Any White man that votes for Biden and his coalition of minorities is a traitor to White people.

  20. The BATF murdered a man who had no criminal record, had committed no crime, and was one of the highest paid executives of a major airport in AK. This was intentional and done for the same reason as the Waco & Ruby Ridge murders; to declare its tyranny as unassailable and beyond the law, and to intimidate any and all U.S. subjects that wish to own firearms and exercise their rights. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0iEGUDxr2w
Don’t expect the charade in Congress to result in any actions against the BATF, either.
If none of these domestic terrorists has been arrested yet, they never will be.
When it is my turn to be summarily executed without trial for attempting to behave as a citizen with rights, I can only hope I accomplish more than Mr Malinowski.

    • Remember Lon Horiuchi, the “sniper” that took out Vicki Weaver at Ruby Ridge? I wonder what he is up to these days. I wonder if is conscience caught up with him or if he even has a conscience…
      That being said…
“At what point, then, should one resist? When one’s belt is taken away? When one is ordered to face into a corner? When one crosses the threshold of one’s home? An arrest consists of a series of incidental irrelevancies, of a multitude of things that do not matter, and there seems no point in arguing about one of them individually…and yet all these incidental irrelevancies taken together implacably constitute the arrest. ”
― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago: 1918-1956
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
      ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

  21. No doubt the blessed respite we’ve all enjoyed this year from the constant aggressions of the psychopaths in charge is due to the upcoming election. The incumbent Party at least has to “be nice” to us and pretend the economy is “strong” to make things look good for November. But here’s a troubling thought: If Trump is disqualified from the ballot, wouldn’t that mean the psychos could start another psy-op on us before November (since Biden’s “re-election” would be assured)?

  22. A couple of comments….

I think another item the Demo-Marxist’s are hoping for is someone from the MAGA movement to behave really bad and use it that to enforce a complete outlawing of Trump and his followers and confiscation of guns. Or a false flag opportunity.

We should consider sending a message ourselves that the Demo-Marxists and the cowardly Uni-Party do not run this country, by calling for a *national strike* once the Orangeman is in handcuffs and wearing an orange suit. I think it is safe to think that a little over half the airline pilots are sympathetic to Trump’s plight and shut down all air travel, truck deliveries would stop, etc. Those who have to work or get fired, can do what the unions have done…work a little slower and or in lieu of putting things together, take them apart. Let’s see them throw people in prison for not going to working or working hard enough….then we’ll know we are the new Soviet Union.

    • LOL!!!

The wage slaves in this country are so broke and so deep in debt they couldn’t be bothered to strike, protest, or simply refuse a toxic jab they didn’t want to protect themselves.

And you think they are going to go without a paycheck on behalf of orange man?

      ROTFL

      • You nailed it. Every working person is becoming more broke by the day. I wish I could find my way out of here as well.

    • Perhaps another option is a national “sick out.” Ya know, use that whole Covfefe virus thing to your advantage. Imagine enough people calling in sick and saying, “I can’t come to work today; I have COVID.”

And when you do, stay at home and buy nothing. And if you can’t stay home, just work slower.

    • Actually BLM and Antifa types were recorded, caught changing into MAGA-themed attire during the J6 “demonstrations”. This is a favorite tactic of the left–identifying with your enemy in order to demonize them. Of course, deep state types and federal “letter agencies” were in on the scheme as well, being successful in demonizing and attempting to destroy true MAGA types beyond their wildest dreams.

      • >Antifa types
Think the Antifa logo is original? Wrong.
The exact same logo was used by the German Communist Party (KPD) in the 1930s. Except of course, the text was in German.
Check out the Zoomer Historian channel on U Tube.

    • I like your idea of a “national strike”. Thank you…
May I suggest another real “choice”
The genocide that the JEWS are committing in Gaza and in the West Bank (yes, genocide of Palestinians is going on in the West Bank as well, as jewish “settlers” have been emboldened by the Gaza genocide to (finally) clear the West Bank of “undesirables”) is not only an “in your face” rebuff of basic decency but is PROOF that evil, demonic jewish talmudic forces are in play.
Anyone with just a bit of humanity can easily observe what is going on and should be livid about the loss of innocent life, men women and children. What the JEWS are doing is not only inhuman but demonic. They are following their talmudic beliefs by destroying not only human life, but everything that moves or doesn’t move—total destruction demanded as outlined in their talmud.
I will not vote for any candidate that shows any kind of support for israel. I will not vote for any candidate that holds citizenship with that sh!tty little country. I will not vote for any candidate that is jewish. JEWS cannot be trusted.
I hold ALL JEWS WORLDWIDE to the “collective responsibility” and “collective punishment” concepts that they espouse for the rest of us.
There are those who state that “not all jews are bad” and they are correct, BUT (and that’s a very big “BUT”), jewish beliefs reinforce “collective responsibility” and “collective punishment” but only for gentiles, not for themselves, something that no other belief system espouses. The Germany of today is still “paying” for (supposed) excesses during WW2, the “sins of the father” being visited on children and grandchildren who had no part or say-so in previous actions.
I plan on voting for HAMAS in all political races as “write-in” candidates. Imagine 100 million voters doing the same.
Such a move could not be ignored. Send (((them))) a message…

  23. Trump’s campaign donation website crashed due to overwhelming demand (of course the bolshevik’s claim it was a DoS attack). I’m inclined to donate out of spite.

    • Suppose that Trump’s kangaroo court conviction only makes him stronger and results in his election.

One could foresee a leftist riot on January 7, 2025 — fully supported by the Capitol Police and the FBI — to stop the certification of Trump’s electoral votes. (This sort of hypocritical volte face troubles the Left not in the least.)

If the marauding leftists (probably heavily armed) fail to incapacitate enough Congress Clowns to defeat certification, the logical next step is for about 15 blue states to secede — on the grounds that a convicted felon in the White House deprives them of their Article IV, Section 4 guarantee of ‘a republican form of government … and protect[ion] against domestic violence.’

That would be the ultimate leftist duplicity: seceding themselves, after spending 160 years condemning the South as insurrectionists and dismantling its culture. I believe this because it is exactly what they would do — precisely in character; yea, demanded by fickle fate.

  24. How to get a fair hearing in a court of law and a trial by jury.

Trial by jury…by your peers….this used to be your right……..the law and the defendant are on trial…can’t get one now…it has been replaced by jury trial….

Trial by judge….the reasonable doubt level is a lot lower then in a trial by jury….you get screwed…..courts run on emotion anyways…not facts…which aren’t allowed….

Jury trial…the French system……replaces Trial by jury by your peers……..they just make it up as they go along….and the law is not on trial…plus…the jury is hand picked…you don’t get a trial by jury by your peers today….

Trial by jury…by your peers….the law and the defendant are on trial…the slave owners don’t like this because….the law is on trial too….too many of their 5 million laws would be cancelled…..lol

5 million laws…what’s with that?….must be a revenue thing….there is only one law…do no harm…period…..but then slaves would have too much freedom…..

    • Jury nullification involves “judging the law” itself in determining whether to convict or acquit a defendant. Jury nulification is legal in all 50 states, but will not be disclosed to you. In fact, it you bring up jury nullification during voir dire (jury selection) you will be dismissed. If you bring it up as a reason for acquittal, depending on the court, you may be charged with contempt for refusing to base your decision on the defendant’s actions. Although jury nullification is legal, many jurisdictions will attempt to make it “illegal”.

The key to successful jury nullification is to “keep your mouth shut” and tell NO ONE of your intent, especially other jurors.
As firearms, environmental and civil-rights laws are technically unconstitutional and illegal, I would be reluctant to convict someone for merely “not having a piece of paper”, “digging a ditch on one’s own land” or “refusing to bake a cake for a homosexual wedding”.

These are but three examples of when (b)”jury nullification” MUST be used. It only takes ONE juror who refuses to convict to either declare a “mistrial” or “acquittal”.

The one holdout juror (you) will probably be lectured by the “judge” who wants to dispose of the case, but you must stand your ground. The “judge” may threaten you with “contempt of court” but that is also highly illegal. You do not have to explain yourself beyond stating that “reasonable doubt” exists in your mind and that you cannot convict. In every case, do not mention jury nullification.

  25. The truth is probably worse than this…move beyond the devolution theory…
Trump has been co-opted, and is perhaps already dead. Look closely at the at least 2 body doubles he has in his place at many of his appearances. Ones bigger bellied than him, but looks a great deal like trump, and the other is significantly slimmer, but not as much facially alike as the other. All done in order to control both sides of an equation, the D vs. R races, and to get not only Trump reelected. And to create another 9/11 event with Russia or China, or both as the fall guy, and bring about a catastrophic war, which the public will support because of the “trump love”, and then the nukes will fly, and perhaps, millions or billions may die. (((They’re))) trying it now, but no one likes/respects/believes Biden, so no one is going for it, but imagine if Trump was president again and we had a 9/11??? Remember all the love, affection and support Bushie, Jr got after 9/11??? And we all saw what a disaster he was and what that became, invasions of Afghanistan, Iraq, talk of Iran, Libya, Syria, the entire middle east of fire and destabilized. Be careful what you wish for my fellow Americans, you will get it, good and hard, as HL Mencken said….YMMV

    • I must respectfully disagree with your assertion that Trump is “itching for war”. I think just the opposite.
The war-mongers HATE Trump as he would demand that all sides to a conflict sit down in one room and hammer out an agreement that is somewhat fair to all.
Trump has been making deals all of his life–something that the war mongers do not like.

  26. Good article.

The problem is that this issue of lawlessness and selective prosecution is nothing new.

What’s new is that it is now out in the open and in your face. It was always understood that the rich and powerful would be able to buy their justice.

As you state, the new message is that if we can do this to an ex-president, we can certainly do it to you. The message not being aimed at a little guy, but at the likes of Gates, Sorros, Bezos, all the scumbags in Congress, etc. Do as you’re told . . . Or else.

Strangely this will encourage many to vote for Trump.

Sadly, if Trump is/was powerless to avoid this fate; how is he fit to lead?

I have to admit though, it is awesome to see the vulgarity of clown world on pubic display for all to see.

You would think this would be enough to wake the masses, alas, that isn’t the case since roughly 50% of the population will cheer as if they just had a victory. Not at all bright enough to realize their side is next.

    Welcome to Amerikanistan 2024!

    • If we are lucky enough to have Trump return to power, I believe that retribution of some kind would take place. I honestly don’t know or care at this point.

    • Law and legal definitions…

The difference between law and legal..

@ 2:10 in video…. law applies to people who are alive….the legal system applies to corporations that are not alive….in the legal system the law is in legalese language….in law the language is english….

@ 9:45 in the law people get a trial by jury by their peers…..in the legal system you might get a jury trial which is a different animal….

@ 12:33 in law everyone has the following inalienable, inherent rights and freedoms….right to life (which includes bodily integrity), right to travel, right to speech, right to privacy and private property,

@ 13:38 in law…anyone administering an injection to someone is personally responsible for any injury/negative effect of it…

@ 15:00…the law is very simple….act in honor and do no harm…this is 100’s of thousands of years old…all the indigenous practiced these laws…physicians and pharmacists have an obligation to know the law…

@ 15:50 in the law a physician is operating as a physician….in the legal they are called a doctor which is a corporation….

@17:06 the simple rule for everyone is don’t harm anyone, you can’t go around murdering people….

      @ 1:04:00 right to travel

@ 1:13:00 people 100,000 years ago knew more about the law

@ 1:23:05 Cahill threatened to charge the police with malfeasance for interfering with people’s right to travel

Malfeasance…… is a wrongful or criminal act perpetrated by a public official or other person of authority. An act of malfeasance is done intentionally, disregarding the fact that the action is morally or legally wrong and will cause someone harm

In a trial by jury there is two steps…
1st step.. determine if the law is legal, if it is not the case is dismissed and the law nullified…
2nd step.. if the law is legal then the jury judges whether the accused is guilty……
