If He Can’t be the Nominee…

The man who insisted – as recently as yesterday – that he was not going to step down as the nominee of the Left (there are no “Democrats” anymore) just decided to step down. This could be the best example yet of the Left’s bipolarity. Or its cynicism. Take your pick.

Biden – or whomever composed the letter published above his signature – did not say why he’s suddenly decided to do exactly what he insisted a mere 24 hours ago he would never do.

But everyone knows why.

It is because he can no longer pretend he’s physically and mentally up to the job. Well, he can pretend  – and is probably fuming like Vesuvius right about now at being forced out of the race he insisted he was going to win, just 24 hours ago. But it is no longer possible for anyone else to pretend to believe it. This raises a question that is certain to be asked: If Joe Biden is too diminished by age to seek another term as president, then how can he remain president?

The question answers itself.

Joe must go, like Nixon in ’74 – but for different reasons. Nixon was a political invalid by 1974, having been abandoned to the wolves of the Left by the members of his own party. Biden has also been abandoned by the wolves of his own party – sweet justice and a delicious moment of schandenfreude to think of the spittle-spewing fury of the old crook ranting at Dr. Jill about the old stab stab-in-the-back. There’s no honor among thieves, Joe – and now it’s your turn to discover just who your friends weren’t.

These same friends are now likely planning your departure from the White House, the sooner the better. Kamala must be president – but not because an invalid cannot be allowed to remain president. That will be the reason they give for using the 25th Amendment – or some other tool – to force you to give up the office just as they forced you to give up your campaign for another term in office. And it’s a good reason, because it’s a valid one. In that you can’t coherently argue you’ve got what it takes to be president (even for another six months) if you have conceded you do not have what it takes to run for president.

The long knives are out, Joe. But not for “the good of the country.” The only operative consideration is whether it’s good for the party. Nothing else matters. Not your “legacy” – much less your dignity. If the latter mattered, the party would never have allowed you to pretend you were going to run again because it was obvious you were having trouble walking.

But, the party hoped that – just maybe – they could manage the show for a little while longer. And then the debate happened and pretending was no longer possible. The decision was made that very evening, even before you shuffled feebly off the stage. You fought it; you probably though you could count on your friends – and see what that got you. Piranhas have no concept of friendship. They have the predator’s instinct for sussing out weakness and tearing into it when they sense it.

You’ve just been publicly humiliated once. Number two is coming – this time, not the kind you probably have in your pants.

You will be forced out of the office you have just conceded you’re not fit to run for again. It may take a while for this inevitability to make its way through the ossifying ruin that was once your brain. But whether you understand the inevitability is an irrelevance as regards the inevitability.

Kamela is going to be what you shortly won’t be any longer; i.e., the president. Not merely the nominee. Because she must be, in order to no longer be the vice president. In order to be able to put someone else into what is for the moment still her position. That person will be both the nominee for vice president and the sitting vice president. And that’s the person who will be next in line for the office of president, if you catch the drift of that.

You may have just heard the sound of Hillary Clinton’s leathery wings (as James Kunstler styles them) beating against the wind; or maybe Big Mike, exhaling after finishing that last rep on the bench. It would be so much easier to appoint either than to elect them. And once appointed, what if Kamala decides to leave the office she’s about to inherit?

Or – rather – is forced to withdraw from it (and the election) for reasons we’ll probably soon be informed of.

Big Mike (or Hillary) may be coming even sooner than some of us thought.

      I don’t think he is dead and he hasn’t had the ability to communicate since 2020. Is it a coup when it is your wife making the decisions? Jill wasn’t leaving without an acceptable offer and an appeasing one was made sometime over the weekend….probably around 20% of the Presidential election war chest. Jill probably put Joe down for his afternoon nap and typed up the letter and signed it before he even woke.

Now – next – he’ll be forced to resign. He must resign. How can it be accepted that he’s too enfeebled to run for president but can be president? It’s unsupportable. He will have to go. Then it’s President Kamala.

          I agree with you that Biden will be forced to step down, because the Asses are too focused on “history” rather than survivability. They know Kamala will not win the Presidency. She is much too progressive and will lose PA, MI, and WI by a landslide. In the meantime, they may make a donation to Jill and Family and have the old guy step down. If he feels the need to pick a fight…doubtful, then the 25th Amendment will be used. This allows the Asses to boast that they had the first black/Asian female President. They then hand over the keys to Trump so he can preside over the last laboring breaths of America before she whimpers into a long comatose.

              We bought a used Suburban with a little over 100k miles on it. It is almost 20 years old, but was impeccably well maintained, one owner, no accidents, and (my personal fav) has an emergency brake! We’ve had it for six months and so far so good.

      NFW will Hillary be the nominee! Yes, she’s a woman, but that only checks one intersectional box of the woke left; she is white, after all. Today, merely being a woman isn’t enough. The same applies to Gretchen Whitmer, who’s only a younger, less ugly version of Hillary. Governors Gavin Newsom, Andy Beshear, and Josh Shapiro can’t step in; they’re white men who don’t have the name recognition.

      The nominee will be Mooshelle. Think about it: who else checks all the same intersectional boxes that Kamala does? Who is liked by the American public, particularly American women? Who will get FAWNING media coverage? Mooshelle is the only acceptable nominee who will pass muster with the woke, left base of the Dem Party. She’s also the only one who can beat Donald Trump.   18. Interesting that the “sacred democracy” process stuff seems to be being skipped here by the Dems. From what I understand, “delegates and superdelegates” will make the choice of Kamala. She was dead last in the ‘20 primaries, lotsa gaffes and skeletons. Most Dem citizens disliked her, for many reasons. Yet, here she is, being DEI’d into position in the top spot by the DNC honchos.

    I think OF was not meant to still be in the race at this point, either, if you know what I mean. His choice of the Vance character as Veep is interesting as well. His Obama like background, of course, but OF normally eschews those who talked badly about him previously, like Vance, yet he gets the nod.

      • Thing is, the nations you mention are probably standing down their military, knowing that the Commander in Chief can’t tie his shoes without help. Why bother saber rattling now, when all the countries we’re “defending” are sitting ducks? If Putin had any sense he’d just go into a defense mode, having taken most of the land he was complaining about anyway, and bringing the Russian enclave into the motherland.

        But Zelensky? Can’t stand for that. On the hook for too much “foreign aid” and all those defense contracts. He’s bankrupted the country over Neocon dreams. That sort of thing gets you a life sentence in front of the firing squad. So he’s going to keep going until Trump gets in and then sit down at the table, only to get some debt relief and maybe a few NATO bases. In exchange his small drone industry gets a kickstart and he becomes a big player in small aerospace.

        Israel though. They might just see the same vacuum of power in the US and decide to proactively attack some of their neighbors. Maybe under false flag pretense, maybe just by making up a reason. Either way, if they’re going to do something it better be before January 2025.

        Personally, I think Putin, Xi, and Company would foolish not to make moves right now. I would…especially if my competitor/enemy was down, out, and confused. Seems to be the most logical time to strike and take what I wanted. Why wait for the enemy to reorganize and potentially become stronger?

        Right now, it is likely The Donald will win in November, short of another JFK try on his life. He will not take office until January 2025. If I am China I have six months to go after what I want with very little difficulty. By the time Trump gets into office he will likely shrug his shoulders and say, “It didn’t happen under my watch.”

        Beginning today, the Chines military is playing war games in Taiwanese airspace. These are supposed to last until Friday. Yes, these are something they do annually, but China has clearly stated that they will invade Taiwan by 2027…why wait? The Chinese has become emboldened under the weakness of the Biden Administration. In June 2024, China invaded Taiwanese airspace 325 times. One of these days it won’t be a “test”.

        I am not banging the drums of war, nor am I a mouth piece for the NWO, just a girl who reads a lot and likes to look at the potential psychological impact of weak leadership.

      Hold on there. Both Putin and Xi have been rather busy of late with creating BRICS, the SCO, the international north/south corridor, the Belt Road Initiative and more. All are directed toward trade with mutual benefit while allowing national sovereignty among the member nations. The Global Majority is clamoring to get on board with these promising programs to bring wealth to their nations.

      It’s only The Collective West, led by the U.S., that is seeking more military conquest via Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. All we have as choices for Prez are War Monger D vs. War Monger R. RFK, Jr. has bent the knee toward Tel Aviv and there ain’t no other candidate with a remote chance of [s]election. This country is debating about making it mandatory for women to sign up for The Draft. How about we quit the militarism, bring home the troops and defend against that Southern Invasion? Do you honestly think anyone in Rome on the Potomac would go for that?

      The rest of the world would be just as glad if the U.S. faded into the background for a few centuries. If they want to have wars, so be it. I don’t see how I should be trying to run the planet via an American Ballot Box. (or Battle Box, if that’s your preference)

        I am all for the USSA quitting being the police department of the world. You will hear no arguments from me. As a mother with two young adults, both who would likely be singled out in a draft, especially if the Democrats get their wish of forcing the registration of women, I am as anti war as they come. I am all for other countries having to defend themselves.

        The point of my post was not to engage in the promotion of war, but the USSA is at her weakest point ever. Right now would be viewed as a valuable time (with very little push back) where other countries, militaries, etc. could advance and complete their missions, objectives, and desires.

    In fact, I think it’s more likely they’ll leave him installed because otherwise people will start to openly speculate about *when* he was unfit (e.g., before he started, etc.). No, no, they want him to gloriously cross the finish line as a lionized hero.

    That way they don’t ever really have to admit that he wasn’t — at any point — unfit for the job.

The Usual Suspects desperately need/want a civil war inside the Empire and or WWIII. Xi has no reason to force the issue with Taiwan. It will return to the main land in due time. Again, neither Putin or Xi want to give their enemies what they want. In point of fact, given history and demographics, today’s Russia should be our close ally. The reason its not is because of the influence of the Usual Suspects who control so much of the west from the shadows. Have you read a book titled Confessions of an economic hitman?           Because Putin has stated that his hope is to rebuild the USSR. He has stated this for decades. I am not saying I disagree with him or that it is a bad thing. I understand where he is coming from. If somebody came onto my family’s compound and stated, “You have sixteen acres and river access. We believe this needs to be broken up and given to others otherwise you hold too much power.” Would I be angry? Damn straight. Would I want it back? Yes.

          Putin has a history of advancing when he smells weakness…he did it under Bush, Obama, and Biden. Russia holds significant influence with Crimea, Georgia, Belarus, and now, the Donbas region of Ukraine. An attempt on Poland may be bold, but Putin has befriended and surrounded himself with pro-Russian leaders (Belarus and Slovakia). If he was to invade Poland now his only opposition would be Germany and the Czech Republic. China would look the other way and the USSA is disorganized and incapable of sending anything, but bounced checks.

            I’m aware of such remarks. But on research they are the typical mistranslation/miscommunication that is all too typical in our current age. Putin has expressed his sadness for the collapse of the USSR. He considered it tragic. But he as far as I’m aware (after researching it) has not stated that he wants to rebuild the USSR. What he has said is that Russia needs to be respected as a regional power in its own right. It has legitimate security concerns about being encircled by NATO. The idea of Putin rebuilding the USSR ranks right up there with the so called domino theory, which was used to drag us into the Vietnam war(after yet another false flag). Both Xi and Putin are nationalists. They love their countries. Neither wants to be provoked into a war that could damage or destroy their countries. The Empire simply can not win a conventional war against either. Let alone both. That is why it would quickly escalate to thermonuclear war. In the process, billions would die. If you understood the history of both countries you would know their motivations. They used (and still do) the British Empire for the same purposes. Then they switched to the American Empire. It will end just as badly for us. Look at who is behind the origins of the Neocons. Look at their leading founders. Then trace that back to their opposite numbers in the British empire. Start with the original central bank, and move forward from there. It took them four tries to force a central bank on to the US. But its been all down hill since then. That’s why I totally agree with Ron Paul. Our first step should be to audit and then end the Fed.

        The thing that worries me most is that the forces that just removed Biden need a war or something on par with one. I agree with others here who say that neither Putin nor even X1 want war. Certainly not Putin, who has been provoked egregiously yet acted with restraint. A war – here I mean a real one, not this business in Keeeeeeeeeeeeevvvvv (or Gaza for that matter) – would create all the circumstances necessary to get under control (so they probably think) the out-of-control forces unleashed by Orange Man. I maintain it’s no longer about him; that even if he were gone, the movement he ignited will continue to wax rather than wane.

        In any event, we’ll soon see.

          Does anyone want war? Okay, other than the US military industrial complex? I think we can all agree it is much easier when we can take what we want with very little fanfare. China and Russia do not want a World War, which is why, I believe, now is the best position for them to take what they want. Europe and the USSA are too weak to fight… especially on both fronts.

            You do remember that the Empire has lost every war its been in since WWII? That being the case, what has kept the Forces of Evil™ in check in all the time since then? Its that the major players know that there is only ONE country in all of human history that has ever used nuclear weapons in war. That is also why most sane people do not threaten the existence of Israel. Because they are also crazy enough to use nukes if it looks like they are losing. That is one of the reasons that Putin and Xi refuse to be provoked. As for Taiwan, its not only none of our business, its another potential trigger for thermonuclear war. Taiwan will no doubt return to the main land in the fullness of time. Most of then consider themselves Chinese in first place. Its just a matter of how and under what context. Keep in mind that the US government has killed many more people over its history, than either Xi or Putin combined. The real threat to our people isn’t in Russia or China. Its right here in Mordor on the Potomac.

    • I’m here to tell you, those leathery wings are never flapped without a piercing ‘CAW! CAW!’ that temporarily silences the other forest animals, as they contemplate getting shredded limb from limb while Hillary’s massive mandible crushes bones like breadsticks.
