AGW Attacks Jaywalker

In the military – in basic training – a recruit may find himself being berated by a drill sergeant for being untidy or some other triviality, because the point of the berating is to instill discipline and obedience to authority.

Citizens just walking down the street are not supposed to be subjected to  Obedience Training – because they are citizens (rather than recruits) and civilian cops are not supposed to be be drill sergeants.

Some like to think of them as peace keepers. A quaint ideal never lived up to. What they are in fact is armed government workers. It is a fair way to describe what they are because it is an accurate way to describe what they are. They are armed – and they work for the government.

This idea that they are “public servants” who “work for us” is pathetically risible. If someone works  for you, they are obliged to defer to you. Because you are their boss. Do you feel like a boss when you are “pulled over” by an armed government worker?

How about when you get a beat down in the street for not using a marked crosswalk. This is styled “jaywalking” – as if the act were somehow criminal. It does not matter that there isn’t any vehicle traffic present – and that you didn’t walk in front of it. All that matters is that you “jaywalked.”

Even if that isn’t illegal.

This happened to a man – not so much for “jaywalking.” That was merely the excuse for the beatdown that he got – but rather because he failed Obedience Training 101.

The man was walking down a side street in St. Johnsbury, VT where there was no traffic – other than the vehicle driven by an armed government worker named George Johnson who identifies as a “sergeant.” The “sergeant” follows the man and begins to berate and badger him to stop and identify himself. The man insolently keeps walking, affronting the Authority of the “sergeant.” The AGW gets out of his car and pursues the man – as if he had done something criminal.

Which – in the mind (such as it is) of an AGW – it was. The “perp” walked the other way – to avoid dealing with the AGW. An entirely reasonable thing, given who AGWs work for and that they do not work for us.

But avoidance invited retaliation. You do not ignore the commands of a “sergeant.”

The AGW proceeds to Hut! Hut! Hut! the man. “You’re being detained!” “You’re gonna get Tased!”

And he does.

Why? Not because he didn’t use the crosswalk. As it turns out, that’s not even a ticketable offense in this case. Not because the AGW had any reason to suspect he’d committed a crime.

10-30-24_WEDNESDAY_EPonKMED

His “crime” was disobedience.

“Why are you doing this?” the man asks. We already know why. He begins to scream for help – understandable given the situation and the fact this beat-down occurred on an untraveled side street, with no witnesses other than the man and the “sergeant.”

Luckily, there was one witness. The body cam worn by the “sergeant.” If he had not been wearing it, the “sergeant” could have told a very different story about what this interaction – and whose word would be taken as gospel?

“I’m not doing anything!”

As it turns out, the man was literally not doing nothing. Illegal, that is.  Not even “jaywalking” – as per the applicable laws, which only require that people walking across the street defer to vehicular traffic. There was no traffic. The man did nothing illegal. Not even the petty, confected “offense” of “jaywalking.” He had every right to try to walk away from the AGW.

But that is a violation – of Obedience Training.

A struggle ensues over the Agonizer – whoops, the Taser – that is used as part of Obedience Training; the man being Tased manages to Tase the AGW and that amps things up considerably.

A second AGW arrives to assist the beatdown.

The tatted-up thug in blue begins to beat the disobedient man with the butt of his Agonizer/Taser. Basically a pistol-whipping with the Taser/Agonizer serving as the pistol – and serving the same purpose. The man is beaten bloody. Then placed in manacles. More AGWs arrive. The AGW who administered the pistol-whipping attempts to establish that he acted in self-defense.

“He shot me with a Taser!”

Never mind who got shot first – and for what (that is, for nothing).

“Don’t you fucking move,” snarls one of the AGWs.

After lounging around gloating for awhile, the man lying in the street as they do, he is taken off to jail and arraigned for a variety of crimes associated with his disobedience. These were eventually dropped by the prosector – probably because of what was on the body can video, which showed that the disobedient man had done nothing  illegal to justify the “contact” initiated by the AGW.

Astoundingly – because this sort of thing rarely happens – the AGW was eventually charged with aggravated assault and use of excessive force.

Whether he will be convicted of anything remains to be seen.

What’s certain is that even if he is, the victim of his crime will be compensated by other victims – the tax sheep of the locality – who will be shorn to settle any civil judgment that ensues.

This is why – if there is to ever be any hope of curtailing the Hut! Hut! Hutting! – AGWs must be held personally liable for any crimes they commit, including civilly. A beat-down in the street over “jaywalking” is far less likely to happen if the AGW knows he may end up walking to the poorhouse – bankrupt and his family living in a van down the river.

That’s part of what restrains us “civilians.” And also the fact that most of us aren’t steroid-addled psychopaths who are armed by and work for the government.

  1. Saw this yesterday on John H Bryan’s TCRL YT channel. Disturbing. That “buck Sergeant” was RIDICULOUS over this “Jay walking”, and don’t the cops in West Bumfuck, New England, have anything BETTER to do?

Still, and kudos to the DA for not only dropping the bullshit charges, which added insult to injury, but pressing charges against the one that unnecessarily started it. But her case will go NOWHERE. I can already see the “Copaganda” YT channels like “Midwest Safety” and THEIR take on this incident. They’ll point out that the victim in this case has six felony convictions and thirty misdemeanors, although the “Sarge” didn’t know that when he commenced the “Hut-hutting!”. I can well suppose that any felon “at large” in any jerk water ‘burg should be considered “fair game” for a beat down by the Blue Gang in the view of these psychotic AGWs. Certainly whatever jury is convened, on the small chance this will actually go to trial, will be fully informed of that, if not allowed in Court, at least “On the Grapevine”. Certainly the jurors will be intimidated by uniformed officers in the gallery, with the spectre of retaliation.

  2. Don’t cops take an oath to obey the constitution and laws?

Guess oaths don’t mean anything, else these cops would be immediately arrested for perjury and prosecuted any time they violate rights.

  3. Our old school resource officer was a nice guy. He was in no way a high-speed techno/tactical cop type. We had an understanding that in case of a school shooting I would go to my car and return with my revolver. That way he would have some help.

The new resource officer this year is a former student of mine. He’s nice enough but all decked out in tactical gear. I have yet to approach the school shooting matter with him. I will eventually as I believe he will be fine with it as we know each other and I was his sixth grade teacher. But I do enjoy breaking his balls about all the tactical toys he sports.

The cops in this country are out of control. Here in this rural Appalachian county they are not as bad but as the older ones retire the younger ones are not as good.

    • “School Resource Officer” This is a loathsome term and practice. It amounts to a prison guard intended to inculcate the expectation that the students’ conduct is always and everywhere subject to the immediate deadly force of the state.

Child Compliance Enforcer would be a more appropriate term.

      • Amen, Mister –

“School Resource Officer”? Really? What “resources”does this office bring to the school? He’s a prison guard. But of course, that’s too honest a term to use.

        • Compulsory school really is like prison. The architecture of modern schools even resembles modern prisons except for the razor wire.

When this country was founded, if you wanted your kids to be educated, you hired a tutor or pooled your resources and hired a schoolteacher.

          Completely voluntary.

Here is a guest article that deserves the light of day:

No One Cares If You Go Home Safe At The End Of Your Shift
    Jan 02, 201812:50AM
    Category: Politics
    Posted by: Michael Z. Williamson

Here at the house, I have a couple of decades plus of military experience. I have tools to dig in or out of natural disasters. I have extinguishers and hoses. I have a field trauma kit and bandages. I have weapons both melee and firearm. I know how to use them. I know how to trench, support and revet. I understand the fire triangle and appropriate approaches. I understand breathing, bleeding and shock. I know how to detain, restrain and control. I have done all of these at least occasionally, professionally. I’ve stood on top of a collapsing levee in a flood. I’ve fought a structure fire from inside so we could get everyone out before the fire department showed up, which only took two minutes, but people can die that fast. I’ve had structures collapse while I was working on them. I’ve been in an aircraft that had a “mechanical” on approach and had to be repaired in-flight before landing. I’ve helped control a brush fire. I’ve hauled disabled vehicles out of ditches in sub-zero weather.

My ex wife has over a decade of service and some of the same training.

We have trained our young adult children.

My wife is a rancher who knows her way around a shotgun, livestock, sutures and tools, hurricanes and floods, and works in investigations professionally.

Our current house guest is another veteran.

This means if anything happens at the house, and last year we had a lightning strike, a tornado and a flood within 10 days’ we’re pretty well prepared.

Now, we’re probably better off than 95% of the households out there. The level of disaster that necessitates backup varies.

If we find it necessary to call 911, it means the party is in progress and it’s bad.

You will probably not be going home safe at the end of your shift.

And you know what? If it gets to that point, I really don’t give a shit. I don’t give a shit if you get smoked. I don’t give a shit if you fall under a tree. I don’t give a shit if you get shot at.

Because at that point, I’ve done everything I can with that same circumstance, and run out of resources.

If my concern was “you going home safe,” then I’d just fucking hunker down and die. Because I wouldn’t want that poor responder to endanger himself.

Except, that’s what I pay taxes for, and that’s what you signed up for. Just like I signed up to walk into a potential nuke war in Germany and hold off the Soviets, and did walk into the Middle East and prepare to take fire while keeping expensive equipment functioning so our shooters could keep shooting.

There’s not a single set of orders I got that said my primary job was to “Come home safe.” They said it was to “support the mission” or “complete the objective.” Coming home safe was the ideal outcome, but entirely secondary to “supporting” or “completing.” Nor, once that started, did I get a choice to quit. Once in, all in.

When that 80 year old lady smells smoke or hears a noise outside her first floor bedroom in the ghetto, she doesn’t care if you go home safe, either. She’s afraid she or the kids next door won’t wake up in the morning.

If I call, I expect your ass to show up, sober, trained, professional. I expect you to wade in with me or in place of me, and drag a child out of a hole, or out from a burning room, or actually stand up and block bullets from hitting said child, because by the time you get there, I’ll have already done all that. And there will be field dressings, chainsawed trees, buckets and empty brass scattered about.

I don’t want to hear some drunk and confused guy squirming on the ground playing “Simon Says” terrified you so much you had to blow him away. I don’t want to hear that some random guy 35 yards away who you had no actual information on , may have reached toward his waist band. Or that “the tree might fall any moment” or that “the smoke makes it hard to see.”

Near as I can tell, I don’t hear the smokejumpers, or the firefighters, or the disaster rescue people say such things.

But it’s all I ever hear from the cops. If you and your five girlfriends in body armor, with rifles, are that terrified of actually risking your life for the theoretically dangerous job you volunteered for and can quit any time, then please do quit.

You can get a job doing pest control and go home safe every night.

Until a bunch of fucking pussies with big tattoos, small dicks, body armor and guns blow you away for minding your own business.

Because what you’re telling me with that statement is, your only concern is cashing a check. That’s fine. But if that’s your concern, don’t pretend you’re serving the public. If you wanted to help people at risk of life, you would be a firefighter, running into buildings, dragging people out, getting scorched regularly.

If you’re cool with writing tickets, then there’s jobs where you can do just that.

If you want to tangle with bad guys and blow them away, fair enough. But understand: That means they get to shoot first to prove their intent, just as happens with the military these days. Our ROE these days are usually “only if fired upon and no civilians are at risk.”

If your plan is “shoot first, shoot later, shoot some more, then if anyone is still alive try to ask questions,” and bleat, “But I was afeard fer mah lahf!” you’re absolutely no better than the thugs you claim to oppose. All you are is another combatant in a turf war I don’t care about.

Since I know your primary concern is “being safe,” then I’ll do you the favor of not calling. Cash your welfare check, and try not to shoot me at a “courtesy” sobriety checkpoint for “twitching my eye “in a way that suggested range estimation.

If you’re one of the vanishingly few cops who isn’t like that, then what the hell are you doing about it? If there’s going to be a lawsuit costing the city millions, isn’t it better that it be a labor suit from the union over the clown you fired, than a wrongful death suit over the poor bastard the clown shot? Both are expensive, but one has a dead victim you enabled. So how much do you actually care about that life?

How is the training so bad that it’s not clear who is the scene commander who gives the orders?

How is it that trigger happy bozos who, out of costume, look no different from the gangbangers you claim to oppose, get sent up front to fulfill their wish of hosing someone down because “I was afraid for my life!”?

Why does the rot exist in your department?

If you can’t do anything about it, why are you still in that department?

At some point, collective guilt is a thing.

You’ve probably not been a good cop for a long time.

And I still don’t care if you go home safe. I care that everyone you purport to “serve and protect” goes home safe.

    • A few years ago I wrote to Michael Z. Williamson to ask him whether he could tell me how I may be able to get to ‘Freehold’, the interstellar colony he describes in his novel of the same name (easy to look up on AMZN for anyone wanting to know what it’s about).

Because the society he describes in it is, I suspect, the kind that many here would be happy to swap for the ‘modern’ one we have now.

Ironically, it is also about the closest to how it actually was in the USA/Australia etc some 150 years ago. When people were truly free, and the government was something one would perhaps read about in the paper, but had no personal experience with.

If you like the occasional fiction story, this one is very much recommended.
It is not illegal to dream yet; or is it?

  5. If the case goes to trial, the police department will stack the courtroom gallery with uniformed police officers. This tactic is commonly used when a police officer is in the dock for criminal behavior. The jury will be encouraged to give the officer a “pass”, blaming it on adrenaline, but not the steroids that the police officers ingested prior to the stop.
Steroids, when used by police officers, makes them stupid and unable to reason properly. All one has to do is observe the large number of SWAT “raids” where these stupid, steroid-addled police officers raid the “wrong house”. It happens more often than most people realize.
“Qualified immunity” must be totally and completely abolished. Awards to the citizenry for misconduct should be taken from police pension funds, not from “general (taxpayer-paid) revenue”.

  6. We interrupt this beating with a special news bulletin:

“Ford plans to stop building its F-150 Lightning from mid-November through the end of the year amid lower-than-expected demand for the electric pickup,” Automotive News’ Michael Martinez reported on Thursday morning.

Here’s my demand, Jim Farley: Death to EeeVee pickups!

    • Apparently Stellantis has a better idea:

Faced with low interest in their EV models, they will reduce production and sales of ICE vehicles so as to ‘reduce average emissions’ of their fleet to the EU-approved fairyland standards.

So basically the strategy is that the beatings will continue until morale improves.

If the dirty peasants won’t buy electric devices instead of cars, Stellantis will sell them NOTHING!

There must be some true geniuses in the ‘leadership’ team there…although they are certainly not the only one. Plenty out there seem to believe that while they make a loss on each sold EV, this will be amply made up by increased volumes!

  7. Shoot! Ready! Aim!

You’d think his boss (sergeant?) might hear the call for backup and monitor the situation. Or the “backup” might assess the situation and realize that the guy on the ground wasn’t a threat to anyone. But no, the response was “my buddy is in danger! I must help out my buddy!”

This is what happens when being an employee is morphed into being a member of a “team.” Teams spend a whole lot of time together. Training, working on strategy and planning, two a day drills, etc. They’re set up for us-vs-them competition, a small-world closed test. Only one winner of the Super Bowl, only one winner of the NL pennant. In a way, life-or-death played out for entertainment.

That’s not how the world works. And normal employees who aren’t sucking up to the boss hate the cringe inducing “team building exercises” even when they mean you’re not doing the normal drudgery of work. Maybe we’ll get pizza from the good shop this time. Even police work is not life-or-death for 99% of the beat cops. Statistics show that it is far more dangerous to install solar panels on roofs than it is to be a beat cop. Yet the “coach” of Team Blue tells them they might not come home tonight. They’re wired up to believe that anything can happen even in their dreary little town. They drill and practice and have their team exercises, then are released on to a public that isn’t scary, isn’t aggressive and frankly would rather you just go about your day, thank you. What’s the fun in that?

  8. You are either a sovereign or a slave…

In a confrontation between a slave and a sovereign there is a huge power imbalance.

A king is a sovereign…above the law…they make the law….the only one above them is God. An AGW is a sovereign citizen…the only sovereign citizen.

In a master slave system the slave is the master’s property…he can kill the slave….the masters delegated that power to the AGW’s….the enforcers….to enforce….

the government gives their sovereign power to the agw (who are citizens)…the enforcers…to enforce their laws….(actually…policies, regulations, statutes)

NOTE…They enforce policies, regulations, statutes and other fancy words… but NOT LAW
They use doublespeak / Black’s Law Dictionary Legalese language crap, to confuse the slaves….

When robocops replace the current AGW’s…will they be sovereign citizens too?… like the current AGW’s…have the sovereign’s power to enforce….use lethal force if necessary…an AGW is the only sovereign citizen….so a robocop will be too most likely….

millions of robocops run by AI….hooked into the huge central AI brain….roaming the streets enforcing…coming soon

    https://odysee.com/@januszkowalskii1979:e/Insights-Into-Unidroit-and-Sovereign-Citizens-(Romley-Stewart-Justinian-Deception)-pt1:7

  9. “He shot me with a Tazer!”-the AGW. Well boohoo you maggot, sucks to get a taste of your own medicine doesn’t it. Too bad the taxpayers who are already shaken down to pay this jerk’s salary will also be on the hook for the eventual settlement of the victim’s civil suit. Absolutely agree this thug should be charged criminally and any judgement paid out of his own pocket; make all AGW’s accountable for their own actions and watch the hut-hutting incidents take a nosedive.

    • It’s like the school bully crying “He broke my nose!” after having extorted the nerd’s lunch money all year. In fact, the AGW probably was that school bully before he flunked-out and became a stupid AGW.

  10. So the entire incident never needed to happen. Complete waste of resources, squad cars, backup, admin and court time etc. And police officers in our nearby town did similar to a woman, a black high school principal. Her crime was jaywalking and she ended up on the ground in handcuffs because she was a mouthy black lady. Fortunately for her she knew the police chief and he got a call. He ended up scolding the officer while simultaneously saying she “deserved it” for mouthing off to the police.

  11. I often find one of the biggest aspect of “blowback” of 9/11 and the 20 or so years of war in Afghanistan and Iraq was the militarisation of the police in America…. Maybe it’s just me, but before then AGWs were seen as glorified mall cops. After that, AGWs became “heroes” and many were returned soldiers from overseas, using (and sharing) their methods applied overseas to the domestic “heroes”…. which leads to today – where these idiots feel good keeping the world safe by stopping a guy from crossing the road….

    • I agree, Nasir –

It’s happened just the same – well, similarly – with the white coats, who were also turned into “heroes” during the “pandemic.”

      • the white coats…

        …turned into executioners…with immunity like the AGW…

they always use the doctors to get you….

actually the nurse does it….ordered by the doctor….

      • [It’s happened just the same – well, similarly – with the white coats, who were also turned into “heroes” during the “pandemic.”] eric

        Excerpt from Armstrong article:
“Although there is no global database housing vaccination data, the new treaty signed by the US, Canada, and Mexico will bring us one step closer to ensuring neighboring nations are aligned when it comes to the next pandemic – whatever that may be.”

“Whatever that may be” They’re not giving up. They never do. New and improved tyranny on the way.

AGW’s that intimidated, berated, assaulted incarcerated citizens last plandemic are still walking the streets in full regalia dreaming of the terror they can inflect next plandemic. Now they have locked down the entire continent. No where to run….

        https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/disease/will-the-next-pandemic-come-before-world-war-iii/

    • AGW’s have always been low IQ individuals – long before 9/11.

I was unfortunate enough to have done 4 years in military right out of high school. My job involved directly working with MP’s / SP’s (military police). 99% of them were dumber than rocks and put into that job because they scored poorly on the ASVAB test (vocational testing done at or prior to entrance).

These idiots then get out of the military with no real skills. They are immediately picked up by your local police force.

      They are all goons.

I’m fortunate to have realized who these idiots are and where they come from at an early age. 40 more years of life experience has only further confirmed how low IQ the police really are. They were trained to follow orders mindlessly and they take pride in doing so as witnessed by COVID as well as during the gun confiscations of hurricane Katrina.

Shun all cops and their families. It is the peaceful solution.

  12. “There’s something to be said for a good old fashioned flogging.”

“Enterprise” never got the chance it deserved. The “In a Mirror, Darkly” episode — where the clip originates — in particular is “must see” if you are a fan of the old series since it serves as both a sequel to “The Tholian Web” and a prequel to “Mirror, Mirror”.

Fortunately, all of the classic “Trek” runs six nights a week on the H&I side channel network. You may even be able to receive an affiliate out in The Woods.

  13. It’s not enough to be fired & for the taxpayers to compensate his victim. The AGW-SOB needs to spend time in jail. Guessing next to child molesters, bad cops get treated very badly in jail.

  14. Another one of those ‘the beatings will continue until the morale improves’ situations.

Another sadist on the job doing what sadists do best.

    Not much more than that.

You would think that with a cry for help, the officer would be there to help, not hinder.

Karma will make sure justice prevails.

      • All that has to be done to avoid Lusk in Wyoming is to build a bypass so you won’t be subjected to an obvious speed trap.

The law enforcers in Wyoming would rather you be a victim of their forced interventions.

We are here to be in your face and don’t try anything funny. The attitude is obvious.

All I am doing is traveling through, so get off of my back.

What I fear the most when traveling is an encounter with law enforcement goons, not anything else.

And goons are what they are.

“We have to protect our phony baloney jobs.” – Gov, Blazing Saddles

      • Hi Eric.

A little background on the video.

Delaware State Police troopers are in hot water after they harassed civilian Jonathan Guessford multiple times for expressing his free speech rights, even going so far as to hand down bogus charges just to show Guessford who’s really in power.

Not enough punishment for the thugs though. CBS later reported Guessford won $50k judgement against these officers, not enough compensation either.

  15. And, if anyone had come to this man’s defense, they too would be beaten and charged with interfering with an AGW.

“Conservatives” love the cops. You see them flying blue line flags and “Back The Blue” stickers and yard signs. But, when the demo-bolsheviks finally order guns be seized it won’t be Kamala or Timmy, Barak or Hilary knocking at your door, it will be thugs in blue that will demand your obedience.

And if you don’t obey? See the above video…while you can.

    • Exactly, Mark!

It wearies me trying to make this point to my “conservative” friends. I ask them: Who enforced the “lockdowns” and Diaper mandates? The same people who will come to take their guns when told to do so by the government they work for. Because that’s what their job is.

It is not to protect our rights – or to keep the peace. It is to enforce laws – whatever they say they are.
