The Therapeutic State

The Supreme Court – a simple majority of the nine members thereof – will shortly issue a decree regarding their affirmation or not of the federal government’s lawful authority under the Constitution  to compel every man, woman and child in the country to submit under duress to the unwanted taking of therapeutic medicines (plural, since the power to coerce being sought does not end with one dose of these medicines but rather asserts open-ended power to coerce the taking, ongoing).

Therapeutic in italics to emphasize the distinction between that and prophylactic – a very different thing. Very much as a “case,” medically speaking, is a different thing than the cases! the cases! breathily “reported” by the PR organs of the pharmaceutical cartels styled “the media.”

Vaccines – as they have been defined until now – are prophylactic in that they prevent the vaccinated individual from getting or transmitting a given sickness. A person who has been vaccinated for, say, malaria cannot get – or give malaria.

He has immunity.

This was the basis for the Warp Speeded approval by the FDA (the federal adjunct of Pfizer, et al) of the “vaccines” the federal government asserts it has the lawful authority under the Constitution to compel every man, woman and child in the United States to submit to.

In air-fingers quotes to emphasize the fact – now admitted to – that the “vaccines” under consideration by the Court do not immunize. They are not prophylactic. They are therapeutic.

Temporarily so.

They are like aspirin, which does not prevent you from getting a headache but can temporarily alleviate the symptoms of a headache. They are also something worse in that a headache is not transmissible while the sickness a “vaccinated” person can get can also be transmitted others  . . . and it is a reasonable argument that a person who doesn’t feel sick – or not very, on account of his therapeutic “vaccination” – is probably more likely to transmit it than the person who feels sick enough (not having been “vaccinated”) to stay home.

Interestingly, we don’t hear much all of a sudden about the “asymptomatic spread’ that was so rabidly asserted as a Major Danger before the  “vaccines” were Warp Speeded into existence.

Even more interesting is the fact that before there were “vaccines,” an “asymptomatic”  person was far less likely to be a spreader of sickness since he was probably not sick.

As opposed to the “vaccinated” person who doesn’t feel sick.

But what’s about to be decided by the Court – meaning, what the Court will decide you’ll do, according to what they say – is whether the Constitution empowers the federal government, via the regulatory apparat (OSHA) to coerce every man, woman and child in this country to submit to the taking of therapeutic medicines.

The implications of this are stupendous. They go far beyond the “vaccines” Warp Speeded into existence. If the Court finds that the Constitution endows the federal government with the power to compel every man, woman and child in the country to take a medicine that may make them feel better – or which (secondary argument presented by the lawyer-things arguing the federal government’s position) reduce the putative “burden” on the “health care system,” then very soon thereafter, Doctor’s Orders will become literally that.

The range of such orders is essentially infinite – since almost anything can be therapeutic. It is good for you to eat more vegetables, for instance. There is a therapeutic benefit to regular exercise. How much (and what type” of foods will you be allowed to eat? Will you be compelled to take psych meds, if the doctor so orders?

It might even be argued – it is almost certain to be argued – that birth control is therapeutic, whenever the government asserts that having children “burdens” the system.

It will also almost certainly be asserted – if the Court affirms the principle of it – that government has the lawful authority under the Constitution to require that every man, woman and child in the country submit to some kind of app – or even a chip – that continuously monitors their health and transmits data regarding it, to the government or its designated corporate functionaries, for therapeutic purposes.

To keep you “healthy” – just as government keeps you “safe.”

Most people aren’t lawyers and even fewer think like lawyers. Those who do understand that in court, case law – precedent – is everything. Once a court decides that “x” is lawful then it is already decided that “y” – the elaboration of “x” is also lawful.

Prior examples of this include the courts deciding that the Constitution – the Bill of Rights – does not protect people who haven’t committed any crime nor given the slightest reason to suspect they may have committed one from being compelled to halt their travel, at random checkpoints, present their “papers” and establish their innocence of the crime of “drunk” driving . . . because they are using the public right of way and because the government has a “compelling interest” that countermands the precisely stated prohibitions on the exercise of government power in the Bill of Rights.

The court having decreed the “constitutionality” of that, it was inevitable the government would assert the lawful power to have its agents put their hands down your pants at airports and other “public” places.

This is what’s up for deciding now: Your right to not take drugs – or do something – on the basis of government’s assertion that it is “good for you” . . .

We’ll soon know whether we will henceforth be living in a therapeutic state. And whether the Constitution has any prophylactic powers against such a state of affairs.

  1. I have to let you all know about the latest in covid19 insanity.
A local hospital fired all of the healthy unvaccinated workers So now the vaccinated staff are getting covid, but there is staffing shortage.

MILDLY SYMPTOMATIC CONFIRMED INFECTED STAFF ARE BEING ASKED TO WORK IN THE HOSPITAL! Sick workers have to work. (unless fever)

To keep you safe from covid, super infected staff will handle you. Cause remember they are all vaxxed and boosted, many are taking z-pac, so anything that breaks through 3 vaccines and several antiviral meds in someone under 50 has to be intense.

But they arent going to invite the healthy unvaxxed to work. All of the government is vaxxed & boosted and sick

The narritive is about to change

    • Hi James,

Of course. And why? Because this has never been about “health.” It has always been about obedience. The sick-Vaxxed are obedient, so they can work. The healthy un-vaxxed are disobedient and so are barred from working.

The common thread through all of this is . . . obey. Submit. That is all.

    • At this point why would anyone, patient or doctor or nurse, want to step one foot into a medical facilities that are now viral vector super incubators? The only reason I’d go to a hospital today is if the choice is strictly life-or-death and even then it’ll probably have been made for me due to being unconscious from a massive accident.

    • I should have clarified, fired for not taking the toxin, I mean specifically but really anyone who values their health. And anyway, even if I *was* facing death I’d probably still hesitate and try just about anything other than hospitals and medical centers at this point.

  2. Maybe 60% injected is enough to carry out this step of the cull…….

    virus/5G/shearing/blame purebloods

    A) create a panic, a cgi virus this gives government the authority to mandate/force extermination injections which includes metal nanoparticles. Some people die from the injection quickly, the others they can get later.

    B) 5G turned on then when needed, cranked up to 60 mhz, this causes shearing.
the combination of injecting metal nano particles and then applying high intensity 5g emf which makes the metal move around to cause shearing (shearing rips apart your organs).

if you turn 5g up to 60 ghz (some people call this the kill switch) it makes the metal bits move around, oscillate, causing shearing, tearing your organs apart, it is like a ball bearing flying around inside a watermelon, but it is your brain or other organs.

    C) Blame the purebloods for all the deaths, now you can get rid of them too.

    • Different cull methods in various countries:

In the third world countries (lots have extermination injection rates under 1%) the people are too smart to line up for the extermination injections (in the developed countries 50% will) so an easier method for a cull is starvation.

This was Mullin’s prediction for Africa:

      The African tribes
will be heavily armed, and allowed to settle their ancient tribal rivalries,
resulting in their almost complete extinction with conventional weapons. The
few survivors will be allowed to revert to their primitive conditions, which will
      reduce their numbers even further.

23 Million Afghans On Brink Of Starvation As Media Has ‘Moved On
unprecedented levels of hunger and starvation for which U.S. sanctions bear important responsibility.”

      https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/23-million-afghans-brink-starvation-media-has-moved

    • It is logical to start in the western G6 countries, get rid of the hated whites, (eventually everybody not chinese will be culled), plus the main reason….all the pension money was stolen, so you have to cull the herd before they figure it out.

    • The interesting thing about this is big pharma has no liability for injuries/deaths from the extermination injections. 5G suppliers are 100% liable for deaths/injuries from 5G, the insurance companies won’t insure them, what does that tell you.

Life insurance companies won’t pay if the death is caused by these injections because they are experimental.

Big pharma denies any claim of injuries/deaths connected to the injections, 5G suppliers deny any connection to deaths/injuries caused by 5G.

The government sides with big pharma and 5G suppliers against you, making sure you don’t get one cent for deaths or injuries, get rid of the government, they are working against you.

  3. Fortunately we have the right to keep and arm bears. I am arming all my bears. We have enough armed bears to take on the Army, Air Force, Navy, CIA, FBI, the armed bureaucrats and Bill Gates. Do not fear, we can but die.

    • thank you anon1. If it comes to it I’ll take what I have and go to Mexico. Im in a border state so I’ll take my crosstrek, marry a national, and call it a day. THATS a bugout strategy. I’d rather take my chances with the cartels and plenty of bribes than the pharma miitary communist hellhole we’re becoming

      • ‘The reasoning behind the ruling is obtuse’ — eric

From the dissent by Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan:

‘The Standard also has the virtue of political accountability, for OSHA is responsible to the President, and the President is responsible to—and can be held to account by—the American public. And then, there is this Court. Its Members are elected by, and accountable to, no one.’

That’s an absurdly long chain of accountability: an executive agency issues a sweeping rule under the nominal leadership of an elderly president who was questionably ‘elected’ and may not even run again. What does he care?

And then there is this Court. Damn them both, say I.

        • What nonsense.
Biden ran on ‘no mandates’. Then ‘changed his mind’ (aka lied during the campaign) and put out a mandate. But according to these 3 that’s just fine because there will be another election years down the road. Sure that’s just fine irreversible medical procedure or job loss and potentially not finding another until a different president is elected years later who also might ‘change his mind’ once in office.

There’s no accountability here. The only security people have is a president and government all the way down to the lowest level not having such powers. But at least on the lower levels people can move as bad as that is.

It is bad that they kept the medicare funding coercion method. Straight out of the 55MPH NMSL. Of course this may be an opportunity where we can start getting a different medical system that doesn’t play with fedgov. However given the AMA and state laws that’s still a mountain to climb.

          • ‘The only security people have is a president and government all the way down to the lowest level not having such powers.’ — BrentP

I endorse this comment 1,000%. Strictly limited government (that is, what the constitution actually stipulates) is the only enduring refuge from abuse of power.

        • OSHA is responsible to der Führer, und der Führer is responsible only to himself.
Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

        • If only the Founders had conceived of a body of people we elected to represent us as part of this government. If only. They could have made them responsible for making the rule, let’s call those laws. Then another group could be responsible for implementing them, let’s call that executing the laws. If only. Then they could have set up a third group who’s job would be to make sure each of the other two parties only do what the document said they were supposed to do. If only.

    • But the 9 Oracles decided it was OK to force medical workers to take them. As usual with the black robed eminences, their loyalty is to their false gods of precedent and expedience. Also note that the usual suspects did vote (Sotamayer, Kagan, and Breyer) that it was absolutely OK to force Americans to take the prick. Wait until they pack the court!

      • mandating what? no vaccine for these new variants, was made for A variant only, they don’t give a shit……

the A variant is long gone now so all these injections are useless now, they do nothing at all zilch……..there is no point in getting them, refuse them they are useless, worse then useless they will make you sicker.

the predominant variant now is the omnicron variant, all these vaccines are useless now, no help at all with that new dominant variant, they weren’t designed for the omnicron variant,

The old useless vaccines are now assisting those who were vaccinated at developing more severe symptoms and developing higher viral loads for the variants, because of this useless vaccine they become variant factories, super spreaders, the new zombies……(that was probably their objective)….this is why it is called an extermination injection, people think it makes them healthy…haha

these vaccines were NOT designed for the omnicron variant, so they become a virus helper. you are worse off, getting more sick, and spreading to the un injected purebloods. gate’s depopulation wish becoming a reality…..

ATTENTION: they know this so that is intent to harm. depopulation agenda

  4. Mixed bag … but in terms of number of employees affected, a win:

‘The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked the Biden administration from enforcing its sweeping vaccine-or-test requirements for large private companies, but allowed similar requirements to stand for medical facilities that take Medicare or Medicaid payments.

‘The court’s 6-3 conservative majority expressed deep skepticism about the federal government’s move.

‘Chief Justice John Roberts, who was appointed by President George W. Bush, said during arguments that he thinks it’s hard to argue that the 1970 law governing OSHA “gives free reign to the agencies to enact such broad regulation.”

    https://www.cnbc.com/2022/01/13/supreme-court-ruling-biden-covid-vaccine-mandates.html

Let us be grateful for this tactical victory, even as we gird for the next battle.

    • cnbc misspells “rein” in typical fashion.

This holding has minimal practical impact, of course, since all the compliance-minded employers already forced the shot on their employees anyway, the mandate having gone into effect the preceding Monday.

So basically, the Supreme Court gets to maintain a modicum of “mystique” by issuing a four-day-late-billion-buck-short symbolic opinion.

Clever robewraiths…masterfully manipulating the foolish gelflings once again…

  5. Black humor from the Lügenpresse:

The mother felt great relief when COVID-19 shots were authorized for kids aged 5 to 11 in November, and her 8-year-old daughter could finally get vaccinated.

But her son, who is 4, still can’t get inoculated against the virus, leaving him unprotected. [!]

“I would be less distressed if both my kids were vaccinated,” said Liza Papautsky, 42, who lives in the western suburbs.

Should she have her unvaccinated son in a swim class where he and other unvaccinated kids won’t be able to wear a mask?

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/anxiety-and-pandemic-fatigue-are-spiking-amid-latest-covid-surge/ar-AASJiz2?ocid=uxbndlbing

Should she … or shouldn’t she?

Nice little son you’ve got there, Karen … errr, Lisa. Be a shame if he were to drown or something in that soggy mask. 🙁

    • Jim – some days ago a girl I went to school with posted a picture of her youngest daughter having been just vaccinated. She further added how thankful she was to the doctors who worked hard to ensure everyones safety and that now her whole family was vaccinated…. I was so angry. you just cant help feeling sorry for these kids who are being put into this medical experiment….

      • If it makes you feel any better, the average child recieves 60 poorly tested and not even theoretically necessary shots. Covid shots are Unironically safer for children than HPV shots. Hepatitis almost never affects children. Yet newborns are given 3 hep shots that wear off before they are 12 years old. These shots are proven to have severe adverse reactions and kill more babies than the number that might aquire the condition. Antibiotics are smered in the eyes of every child because they treat stds that most women dont have at the time of birth. Vaaccine manufacturers have zero liability for injuring children. Any family that gets money for vaccine injury is paid directly from the government. And unvaccinated children are far healthier. Look at the Amish community- hardly any chronic diseases. People vaccinate cause they worship doctors. They act as if doctors are gods.

        • Hi James,

Indeed. RFK, Jr. points out that he knows essentially no one in his age cohort who had autism or other formerly uncommon in kids problems, such as severe allergies and auto-immune disease. Me either. I’m younger than RFK, Jr. – a Gen X’er rather than a Boomer – but it’s the same for both our cohorts. People in our cohorts can readily attest to the same thing – that when we were kids, kids were almost always healthy, almost never had severe allergic issues or autism – which was unknown when I was a kid. I never heard of a single “case” when I was growing up. Now? It seems as if every other family has a kid with autism, or some other crippling cognitive/behavioral or physical issue. What is the common denominator?

          Vaccines.

Those of us born before the ’90s are generally healthy – probably because we got fewer vaccinations and the ones we got weren’t pumped into us several at a time to the degree that they’ve been pumped into the bodies of Millennials and up.

Yes, there may be other factors. But the vaccination thing is an obvious one that is studiously ignored.

Like you, I have noticed that the kids of my home-schooled friends are fit and healthy. The kids of my friends who went to government schools and got all their “shots” are almost all obese and plagued by health problems…

          • Even boomers may experience general vaccine injury. There is correlation between the increase in vaccination and increase in related disease. My rheumatologist practically insisted I get a flu shot. Rheumatoid arthritis being the result of immune system attack on one’s own joints, I pointed out that my immune system was stimulated quite enough. All conventional vaccines contain Mercury, Aluminum, or both as adjuvants. That is to stimulate an immune response to a thing that is not dangerous, as in the dead or modified virus. What the Medical Industrial Complex conveniently does not consider is the cumulative effect of multiple vaccines. Each containing enough adjuvants for itself alone, and added to the same in other vaccines, which are not needed since the previous vaccine has enough for all. Massive doses of Mercury and Aluminum serving no purpose other than to keep them from having to calculate what is needed.

            • Just dawned on me. Perhaps he encouraged a flu shot so my symptoms would worsen and I would yield to the preferred prescription for the disease, called biologicals, that cost about 60k per year. Which I refused. Even if someone else will pay for it, because someone else IS paying for it.

              • being called an anti-vaxxer is a political/religious thing, best to be avoided.

if a vaccine is safe and effective and has been through double blind peer reviewed studies, most people would be ok with it.
NOTE: this has never ever happened yet in history for any vaccine ever.

until this happens the people who believe in vaccine religion can inject themselves, for the others wait for scientific approval, not fake science.

However, in spite of the widespread notion that vaccines are largely safe and serious adverse complications are extremely rare, a close scrutiny of the scientific literature does not sup-port this view

note: For example, to date the clinical trials that could adequately address vaccine safety issues have not been conducted (i.e., comparing health outcomes in vaccinated versus non-vaccinated children).

The lack of such controlled trials may be because historically, vaccinations have been assumed safe . read again….assumed safe.

There is also a view that conducting such trials would be extraordinarily difficult or unethical; the first is simply not correct, the second is not a scientific issue per se.

It is also often assumed that vaccinations face a tougher safety standard than most pharmaceutical products. However, according to the U.S. FDA,

“Historically, the non-clinical safety assessment for preventive vaccinations has often not included toxicity studies in animal models. This is because vaccinations have not been viewed as inherently toxic” .

This is a startling admission from an Agency which according to its own mission statement is ”responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs”.

Essentially, what the FDA workshop revealed is that not only are vaccinations not adequately evaluated for toxicity but also,

that the reason for such an oversight rested on a belief rather than scientific evidence. Science is not a religion in which dogmatic statements of faith can replace adequately powered, controlled, longitudinal vaccine safety studies in animals and people.

Furthermore, such assumptions of safety, in the absence of actual experimental data, are not only dangerous but have historically hampered serious scrutiny of potential vaccine harms.

another reason not to trust blindly any company currently producing vaccinations in the United States. Each one of the four vaccine producers “is a convicted serial felon: Glaxo, Sanofi, Pfizer, Merck.”

“In the past 10 years, just in the last decade, those companies have paid 35 billion dollars in criminal penalties, damages, fines, for lying to doctors, for defrauding science, for falsifying science, for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans knowingly.”

Science is not a religion in which dogmatic statements of faith can replace adequately powered, controlled, longitudinal vaccine safety studies in animals and people…
so if you believe, go ahead get injected…for others show scientific proof

vaccines are not backed by science only by belief, so it is a religion only

          • That is interesting. Are these shots mandatory in the US? for example in the UK, they are not. I did get most of the shots for my kids (again this was ages ago before I started looking into it), but I doubt I ever will again, including taking the flu shot myself. I guess the one good thing about the rona con is that its woken so many like myself up to the fuckery of the medical establishment. I mean I would like to think I was awake to the fuckery of other parties, say central banks, MIC, governments, etc etc – but medical profession I did trust, perhaps because I always had so many doctors around me in family and friends circle. But no longer…..

          • japan just dumped millions of doses of the injections because they are contaminated with metal, (japan does their own testing after they receive the vaccines, they don’t trust big pharma)
they stopped complying, they are using ivermectin only now, no more killshot very smart………

it is hard to exterminate the japanese with the experimental gene therapy extermination injection, they are too high IQ. japan has no injection mandates, in the U.S. children are mandated 72 injections, in japan none, send your child to japan……. japan will survive, the whites won’t.

“Cancer was practically unknown until the cowpox vaccination began to be introduced … I have seen 200 cases of cancer, and never saw a case in an unvaccinated person.”
Dr. W.B. Clark, New York Times, 1909

            • in the U.S. children are mandated 72 injections, now they have tons of chronic diseases, a customer for life for big pharma, now they can sell more useless remedies, drugs made from oil that cause cancer…..great health care….and you actually have to pay a lot of $$$$$$$$ for this abuse/assault, poisoning.

        • Covid shots are Unironically safer for children than HPV shots.

          that is bs….

covid shots have killed/injured more people then any injection in history

  6. The constitution was thrown in the woods long ago.

People expecting relief from a court will be disappointed. If the supreme court had been set up to strike down unconstitutional laws (it wasn’t), it would be striking down almost everything passed in the last one hundred years. It clearly hasn’t, at least not very often.

The idea of judicial review arrived in 1803 in Marbury vs. Madison. A political appointee denied his office sued to get it. The supreme court used it to expand it’s power to strike down laws. An early use of a constitutional crisis to increase government power. Just because some last minute political hack didn’t get his office (the federalists were packing judgeships as they left office when Jefferson became president).

So the more things change, the more they stay the same.

  7. These mandates are trying to attempt to say that the coof is a workplace safety issue. As such it is a direct attack on productive people. People on welfare? Still no withholding of the government check if they don’t get jabbed. People who live on interest, dividends, etc? Again, no jab. Only people out there working and producing are being coerced into the jab. There’s something very deliberate about this.

      • Engineers tend to “think outside the box”, it’s called INNOVATION.

So many “stars” of the Soviet-era aircraft design bureaus ended up in the Gulags, especially under Stalin, in part b/c rivals would spuriously denounce them for “anti-Soviet” behavior. This tended to put the “damper” on anything new, or in bringing foreign, “capitalist”, or, once the Nazis were running Germany, “Fascist” ideas. What’s interesting also is that once things got stable after the Russian Civil War, the German military, what little was allowed under the Treaty of Versailles, and the Red Army had a very close and productive working relationship in testing and development of heavy artillery, anti-aircraft guns, tanks, and combat aircraft, things all “Verboten” to Wiemar Germany.

        • Engineers, and the mechanics that put engineering together, do not have the option of not recognizing reality. Which most definitely put them at odds with the Bolsheviks.

Not until you drive far enough south to reach Peace River do you feel how far away from civilization you really are. Road, mountains, caribou in the middle of the road, mountain sheep standing in the middle of the road, you have to stop. You will see a moose here and there.

There are no farms, no ranches, there are stops out there for recreation and fueling, then all wilderness. You wake up at 2 am and it is light outside because it stays daylight all day long above the 60th parallel for the most part. Uninhabited forest as far as the eye can see, you see a swan in the middle of a large pond.

You will come across a forest fire ignited by lightning, too far north to matter, it just burns.

A trip through the Yukon sounds downright serene. Do you think Canada would stop us at the border and check our papers before they allow us to find sanity? They can’t have guards lined across the entire Alaskan wilderness, right?

      • When you go through Canadian customs in The Yukon Territory, you are probably 25 miles from the border with Alaska. After you travel west from there, there is plenty of gravel road, although the Alaska Highway is still a big road.

Anchorage to Fairbanks is a long stretch, there were forest fires back in 2004, the smoke from the distant fires went on for probably 400 miles.

Vast amounts of prairie and forest yet to be tapped to its full potential stretches across the Canadian western provinces.

Vancouver Island would be a place to be, hands down.

If you defected into Canada during the Vietnam conflict, you, as an American, was a lucky political refugee. These days, you are an unwanted untermensch. lol

The Canadian government will want to know your net worth and will charge you accordingly. Not worth it, once you find out what is really required of you to be a Canuck, you’ll give up fast. har

The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down – The Band

        • Hi drumphish,

It sounds like a place I am going to put on my bucket list. Maybe rent an RV with the hubby and take a summer trek one of these days. I am not a fan of cold weather but do love nature and to find peace from all of today’s madness sounds like a welcome release.

          • Raider Girl, I saw an RV with a diesel motor limping along at 15 mph 250 miles from any chance of repair. Any kind of mechanical failure is a serious risk. The distances are to be taken seriously.

Fly to Anchorage, rent/lease or buy a vehicle for sale at a bargain basement price and go from there. You’ll get around Alaska up to the Yukon River, you won’t regret the trip. The Soldatna River region will feel just like home like in the beautiful foothills of Virginia.

The Matanuska glacier will take your breath away.

Drive the SUV back to Anchorage and return/resell it, you’ll be happy you did.

Fly back home or to Seattle and have some fun there. Lots to see and do in Seattle. Go have some pizza at the Olympia Pizza and Spaghetti House. You’ll be glad you did.

            Most of all, have fun.

            • ‘buy a vehicle for sale at a bargain basement price’ — drumphish

After the Biden Bust … sounds good … though the seller may demand silver coins instead of Kamala Konfetti. 🙂

          • RG, not to discourage you and yours from making the trek across one-quarter distance of the planet. By all means, go for it. Have your passport and all your papers in order. You can do it!

All of the expense of where you are now will be the same someplace else.

Consider it an Oregon Trail experience for once in your life.

            • Hi drumphish,

I love to travel, but it will only be by car or boat. I don’t expect to get on another commercial air flight ever again, hence the RV.

    • Therapeutic, meaning your body “belongs to the state (and its medical agents) and that, in the name of treatment (defined by physicians and politicians), doctors may do anything necessary to it.”

The quote is the idea first propounded by the late Thomas Szasz, the great anti- psychiatry psychiatrist who for over fifty years exposed the quackery of psychiatry.

      • “The Manufacture of Madness”. Opened my eyes way back when. Not a single psychiatric “disorder” has a single clinically provable aspect.

  9. The Supremes are only there to give the appearance of legitimacy to whatever the PTB want. Thus we have “qualified immunity” for law enforcement and other minions of the state. They also know who provides their salaries and perks so expecting them to do the right thing is a fantasy. This is the hill I’m willing to die on, anyone trying to forcefully inject me with anything will in turn be injected with lead.

  10. I read through the oral argument transcripts. The plaintiff is asking the court to rule on a procedural challenge, not a constitutional one.

Courts generally limit their rulings to the basis of challenges. If you do not ask the court to rule on the basis of a certain amendment, or protection, they wont. If we want to assert that the OSHA regulation violates Roe v. Wade, then you must find enough similarity between Roe and what you are asserting, then show how the OSHA regulation violates the court’s finding in the previous case, Roe.

We all know, or suspect, the supreme’s decide how they feel about something and vote based on their political leanings, then find justification after the fact.

This OSHA reg is so obviously illegal on many levels. Right now, the challenge is based on the original intent Congress had when it created OSHA, the scope of the injection mandate, and whether the asserted problem the regulation is supposed to mitigate is actually a work-related harm. Ah whatever….lawyers…. like a toilet plunger. Super useful when you need them, totally useless otherwise.

    • They’re useful when you need them because someone has hired one to attack you. I think they are a net loss. We should bring back dueling. It worked for Aaron Burr disposing of the original progressive, Alexander Hamilton.

      • Dont forget Andrew Jackson. I once read a book about the ailments of presidents, can’t remember the title. But Jackson dueled alot, and carried at least one ball in his chest his entire life.

Would be so refreshing if judges allowed parties to come up with their own method for deciding grievances…checkers, dueling, coin flips….or whatever.

    • “the challenge is based on the original intent Congress had when it created OSHA”
Would it not be a hoot if SCOTUS saw the light and ruled OSHA to be unconstitutional.

  11. It was weird that they pretended to need a week to decide. I’m sure they were told how it was to go from the get go. Hope I’m wrong. If the osha injecticide is allowed to stand it will serve as the last sign post on the road to hell, welcome to the jungle compadres.

Holy crap, and those eyes, reminder to the very young guys, never eff with crazy. It’ll be fun for awhile, but in the end could very well make your life hell. Most of all don’t make babies with creatures like that.

      • Hi Publius,

I noticed your sentence was cut off. Damn Word Press. If WP hadn’t shortened it, I am sure it would have read:

“I have yet to meet a woman who isn’t completely batshit” except the women on EP Autos who’s brilliant, thought-provoking posts, non-willingness to get a jab or wear a mask, and their ability to shoot a gun straight should be an example to all women everywhere.

        You are welcome. 😉

  12. I wish I had the money to file another legal challenge, this time on the basis that the Supremes already decided in Roe that we have ultimate discretion over our individual bodies.

Just as liberals are Pro Choice when it comes to abortion, I am Pro Choice when it comes to injections. If the court can find a Constitutional protection for the mass murder of babies up to the point of birth,- and, in some cases where the baby survives the abortion- beyond, then it stands to reason that our Constitution protects an individuals right to make decisions about their body, even if that decision is to end a life. How much less injurious to the lives of others is the decision to NOT be injected? Much less so than the choice to kill a pre-born.

This is why I have absolutely no respect for the supreme court. They ignore stare decisis when they want, and invoke it when they need to. The entire history of the u.s. supreme court has been one of finding a legal permission slip for whatever their political masters have already decided to do.

God help us all if this OSHA regulation is allowed to stand, as is. Two steps from hell, indeed.

On a personal note, I’m sending in my letter of protest to my employer today. Thankfully, my company does not intend to require injections on their own, however, they are going to enforce legally required mandates. I am going to ask for accommodation, which, I hope, will give me time to find an alternative. If there will be one. My father is also considering ending his employment, since his spineless church he works for is demanding compliance. He believes he can still live in peace on his acre of land in retirement. I opened his eyes up a little; his social security, his medical coverage could easily be denied based on his pure-blood status. I am so glad that neither of my adult children have been injected, or my grandchildren.

  13. Q: what is the difference between government and drug cartels?

A: while both of them are organized crime, at least the drug cartels don’t force you to take their drugs.

    • The elite nobility on the top of the power pyramid run the drug trade, cartels are just a lower level part of the organization, the current royal family at the top made a lot of their money off the drug and slave trade. The development of N. America was financed with the drug trade.

  14. “In legal terminology, that’s a bright-line violation of the Fourteenth ‘equal protection’ amendment, whose spirit absolutely forbids arbitrary exemptions for privileged groups.”

They are privileged because we allow them to take our money for their paychecks, security, and lifestyles.

    • What would warm the cockles of this cynical old heart would be an urgent news bulletin saying that gunfire erupted in the court chambers as the debate grew heated, and one of the pro-mandate justices was carried out on a stretcher, still shouting ‘Give me vax or give me death!’

Paramedic Jim would admonish, ‘The appropriate conjunction is “and,” not “or,” your honor.’ 🙂

  15. The convolutions of legality abound. Asset forfeiture is not deprivation of property without due process, because it is civil action against the assets, not criminal action against the owner. Even though that’s exactly what the effect is. Really. That’s the reasoning. Just like the penalty for not complying with Obamacare was a tax, not a penalty, even though a penalty was exactly what it was. Just like a farmer growing grain on his own land, and feeding it to his livestock was considered having an effect on interstate commerce, and brought him under the jurisdiction of the Feds. And everything you do has an “effect” on interstate commerce, including how many sheets of toilet paper you might use. Or be permitted to use. Since it did not prevent, nor can it reverse the tyranny we suffer, the Constitution is an abject failure.

      • No, their intention is to *create* reality. GFL.
        Sorry, folks. F=ma, E=mc^2, S=klogW, PV=nRT, etc., etc.
Physical law cannot be legislated, although political oppression can.

        Note to politicians:
Sufficient political oppression can lead to interesting science lessons regarding practical thermodynamics and the toxicity of lead.

  16. ‘The Supreme Court – a simple majority of the nine members thereof – will shortly issue a decree.’ — eric

What do you want to bet it drops at 5pm Friday, the usual time for issuing controversial announcements while few are paying attention.

    • No way!! I’m sure it will be 6pm.
Perhaps without much effort, a correlation could be established, regarding exactly what time such is published and the level of tyranny it expresses.

    • I can issue a decree too, what makes the ones authored by the Nazgul so special?

Really only because people listen to them. Give me one good reason why they shouldn’t listen to someone else instead.

  17. At the hearing last Friday, ‘Justice’ Sonia Sotomayor — who fatuously claimed 100,000 children are hospitalized with covid, when the real number was around 3,500 — reportedly hunkered down in her chambers alone, attending by video link.

Understandable, perhaps: Sotomayor has at least two comorbidities — age (67) and obesity. One would not be surprised to learn that she suffers from half a dozen or more; everything from diabetes to depression to STDs to toenail fungus.

But mandating upon everyone the extreme precautions Sotomayor feels obliged to take, in light of her sadly neglected and deteriorated meat sack, is the essence of projection.

It’s also the essence of hypocrisy: the judiciary is entirely exempt from vaccine mandates, and thus has no skin in this game.

In legal terminology, that’s a bright-line violation of the Fourteenth ‘equal protection’ amendment, whose spirit absolutely forbids arbitrary exemptions for privileged groups.

Principle no. 1 of the wildly successful Contract with America in 1994 was ‘require all laws that apply to the rest of the country also apply to Congress.’

If the hacks in black choose to ignore Amendment XIV, and the basic sense of fairness, equality and universality that underlie it, the people will speak this November as they did in 1994: Republicans gained 54 House and 9 U.S. Senate seats, flipping both chambers.

I’m no Republican, mind you. But our current abusers, the DemonRats, must be ejected in favor of ‘any animal but a donkey.’ FJB.
