“Check The Air Cleaner “. . .

The communists’ choice for vice president recently published a “Pro Tip” on X about maintaining an old vehicle that strongly suggests he knows next to nothing about maintaining an old vehicle.

But he’d very much like people to think he does – because then they might vote for him, thinking he’s more like one of them.

Paraphrasing Aldo the Apache from Inglorious Basterds, he ain’t.

The clip shows him in a very scripted way removing what appears to be the already loosened wing nut holding down the air cleaner lid atop the engine of his old International Scout. Which he lately likes to be seen in, much as Senator (and actor, but I repeat myself) Fred Thompson liked to be seen in his old truck. More finely, liked to make sure the rubes whose political support he was courting saw him in an old truck. So they’d see – and believe – he’s a “regular guy,” just like they are.

That’s what we’re seeing here.

Walz removes the air filter and explains: “You can always tell something about somebody’s maintenance when how clean their air filter is.” Behold a product of government schools who was a teacher in those schools – who seeks to be one heartbeat away from controlling the government. It is almost as marvelous as “rarely is the question asked . . . is our children learning?”

Walz continues: “Look, to be able to work on this thing, you’ve got a manual”  . . .  like Trump’s manual, Project 2025. He segues from one to the other as seamlessly as Sean Hannity works a plug for dubious car repair warranties into his pro-Israel commentary.

Back to what Walz said.

“It shows exactly what to do to fix things on this,” as he fiddles with a Johnson Rod.

It reeks of being staged because of course it was. Of the Fake and Gay, which it seems that practically everything we see has become. It’s all contrived, a pose to impress the rubes. Like George W. Bush’s Texas-isms. He may live there but he’s not from there. Just as Walz – who bought the ’79 Scout he likes to pose with didn’t become an “old car” guy until he himself was middle-aged.

That’s not usually how it works. Usually, one becomes an “old car” guy when one is still one young. Is there any evidence that Walz was into old cars – or cars, at all – before he himself was getting old? Prior to the Scout, he owned a minivan.

It’s what you might call a clue.

“Donald Trump and J.D. Vance have a manual, too. It’s called Project 2025 and it’s a way to stick it to the middle class while giving tax cuts to the wealthiest.” Oy meet vey. This from a lifelong tax parasite who has never held a job outside of government. But the Scout gives him cred – with the credulous media. Vanity Fair says Walz is “an honest product of the Midwest” and that he is “rugged and reliable, but inventive.”

Well, the latter part is certainly true.

Keep on mind that Walz and his running mate insist there is an existential crisis caused by the rest of us owning and driving vehicles with engines. Never mind old vehicles that have engines that don’t have computers, like the ’79 Scout. Of a piece with Joe Biden’s ’60s Corvette. And John Kerry’s private jet.

“Look, they didn’t give me manual for this,” he continues. What is it with all this looking? Take note of the lecturing-aggressiveness of his language. As in, look – you’re too dumb to see.

Except we do.

“Look, they didn’t give me manual for this, if you didn’t plan on using it to fix your truck,” whatever this is supposed to mean. Remedial English grammar and composition might help and keep in mind, Walz was a government school “teacher.”

What he was trying to communicate, I suppose, is that repair/maintenance manuals were written to provide service information. Just like Trump’s manual, you see. The whole thing is just a prop for Walz to go after Trump’s supposed playbook in a homey, just-folks way. It reeks of patronizing falsity.

“If they keep a clean air filter, they do good maintenance,” adds toward the end of spiel.

No one who knows old cars talks like this. It’s like John Kerry talking about getting him a fishin’ license. And Kamala’s situational blackness.

People who know old cars know that a clean air filter is the first and easiest thing someone who wants you to think they “do good maintenance” would replace, to fool a rube. Look here! See how clean it is? Never mind checking to see what the brake fluid in the master cylinder looks like or whether there’s varnish on the oil dipstick (which Walz probably requires a manual to locate).

Walz’s “Pro Tip” is to “clean” your air filter. Most paper air filters are not cleanable. You replace them when they are dirty. Some air filters are oil-impregnated and can be cleaned an re-used. People who know old cars know this. Walz does not explain about this. He briefly holds onto what appears to be a brand-new air filter, probably installed by whoever works on his old truck.

Probably the same person who restored it, too.

Who wasn’t Tim Walz.

  1. I was looking at “The Manual” on YT, and I somehow managed to watch the whole thing without puking! “Look ‘Murica! Even though I don’t know jack shit about cars, I STILL get to have a REAL SUV, while you proles get nothing but electric cross-dressers!”. To say that I was dismayed at the comment section would be a HUGE understatement. Every comment that I saw was POSITIVE (didn’t bother looking at the rest of them, as I was just too appalled). Ditto with Kamal-toe’s “blackness”. Hell, the skank even looks like a damn villain in that dress! And she cackles like one, too!

The dildos who “vote” for these sadistic creatures are in for a SERIOUS reality check, because that’s the ONLY thing that’s going to wake them up. Oh, who am I kidding? We’re talking about people who are SO DESPERATE to escape reality, that they will literally BEG for the guillotines! And they will make sure that the rest of us get it too, because “equality”.

    • Good stuff, Anne!

He’s definitely an odd duck; but then, aren’t they all? The profession attracts pathological types. The handful of exceptions I can think of at the federal level include Thomas Massie and Rand Paul. Politics otherwise empowers metastasized busybodies.

      • Honestly, I wouldn’t even trust those two, as NOBODY gets in without screwing us in one way or another. They could potentially be actors, pretending to believe in morals and ethics. And even if they ARE legitimate people, it doesn’t matter anyway, because the self-proclaimed “elites” are going to carry out their agenda, come hell or high water.

  2. “Check the Air Carrier” …

‘During his first day in a busy week traveling in the US, Ukraine’s President Zelensky was in Pennsylvania on Sunday. He was flown there on a US Air Force C-17.

Policy consultant Dan Caldwell pointed out, as Zelensky attacked Trump’s running mate Sen. J D Vance, that “The Biden-Harris admin is using military assets to fly a foreign leader into a battleground state in order to undermine their political opponents.”

This is a scandal which the mainstream media is dutifully ignoring. The blatant conflict of interest is out in the open. “They’re implying their war creates jobs, and are forcing Z to attack Trump & Vance,” Joe Lonsdale wrote. “Literally funding a foreign leader and using the military to bring him to campaign with them in a battleground state.”

    https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/zelensky-uses-us-trip-attack-jd-vance

This is straight-up banana republic thuggery. Lawyer Kackala declares that it’s ‘all legal.’ AG impersonator ‘Garland’ [not his real name] concurs. Federal Election Commission chairman Sean Cooksey was unavailable for comment, while undergoing an emergency procedure to extract his thumb from his ass.

Rule of law: remember that sh*t?

    • Indeed, Jim –

And: We are lectured that Zelensky must be supported “because Democracy” – yet no mention in the media of the fact that this poisonous dwarf is a dictator who cancelled elections.

    • I think I have been naïve for too long. I am truly starting to think that half of the world are truly disturbed.

Maybe I am just watching too many documentaries of the Sean Combs fiasco. There are some sick, sick, people floating among us. This Varma dude is just one of many.

      • Amen, RG –

The Freaks are more than most of us had any idea. Of course, the Freaks are also in charge – and so that prevents most of them from being held accountable for anything.

  3. Subconscious alarm bells are a-ringing when I see these posers poorly acting out a human being.

I’m starting to contemplate that maybe, just maybe we are in the midst of “Body Snatchers”. Could half the population have been turned?

    Why aliens gotta be evil?

Ohhh I believe there are aliens among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above
They come to you and me in our darkest hour
To show us how they live
    Infect us and our kids
To guide us to the dying light

  4. Insightful article re: Presidential elections, by Jacob Hornberger:

    The Future of Freedom Foundation
    https://www.fff.org/

    Excerpt:

“Unfortunately, the presidential race is devoid of any discussion of
what is actually the most important issue facing the American people:
whether to continue the political and economic systems under which
we have all been born and raised — that is, the welfare state, the
national-security state, and the regulated/managed economy — or to
replace this way of life with a system based on the principles of
economic liberty, voluntary charity, and a limited-government republic.

The assumption is that our statist way of life is now permanent
and that we are consigned to living under it forever. Therefore,
the mindset is that we just need to elect the best person to oversee
    and run it.”

Thus, it has become standard for presidential candidates to
present their plans on how they are going to reform, fix,
streamline, and improve this statist way of life. Most everyone gets
all excited over what his or her particular candidate is going to do to
make things better. But no matter who is elected president, the
system will just keep getting worse and worse, as it has after
each presidential election for the past 70 years. That’s because
it is an inherently defective system. Everywhere you look there is a crisis.”

  5. Granted she wasn’t going to pick someone good to be her VP, (I thought she would pick Michigan’s witless Wittier)but she sure struck out on picking Walz.

He probably needed the manual to find the air cleaner……

    • Hi Rich,

Walz strikes me as poseur – as well as a pathological personality. Of course, all professional politicians are exactly that. Note that Walz hold a degree in “social studies.” Oy Vey …

      • Sounds just like the kind of person that boobus americanus loves! Look at the celebrities they adore. That man (and his keeper) is going to win! [I feel sick. Then again, I’ll feel sick regardless of the outcome of the November clown show).

  6. This guy is getting to be as funny as Mr Joke B. was. They’re just trying to make us feel better about the fact that Joke B left the building, since we are all sad about losing that comedy show… so now they gave us another comedy show to replace the old one — they really are nice people and care about us.

I just skimmed over the GOP 2024 platform/agenda. Each headline sounds good, but it’s reallly just a wishlist, because when you read the details about HOW they’re going to accomplish their wishes, in alot of places it’s pretty lame — it’s mostly patronizing BS with NO real action on how to make these wishes a reality. No laws, no law enforcement, just vague words that aren’t really an actual actionable thing. And it’s all dependent on the “republican party” which is 90+% RINOS, IOW the democrats. So we’re supposed to vote for this wishlist that is supposed to be implemented by the democrats, and not only that, but the way they’re going to implement these wishes is by patronizing placating vague-itites (IOW BS).

I will still submit a ballot for Trump though because obviously he/they have a better wishlist. ~40% of our Trump votes will be changed to the democrat candidate, or deleted, but this is the deep doo doo we let go on since before we were all born.

  7. Speaking of the clown show which are these quadrennial campaigns, I was taken aback last weekend while visiting my parents. My father had the radio on, and some Rush Limbaugh-esque talking-head who was cheer leading for Mr. Wonderful Drugs was stirring-up fervor by mentioning how Senile Joe ruined the economy by printing-up $2Trillion -to which my dad, whom I thought was cured of Trumpism, yelled “Amen!”. I asked him how it was that Pedo’s $2T ruined the economy, but Mr. Wonderful Drugs’ printing of $4T didn’t? He had no answer. (Maybe Pedo should have printed more? LOL).

People want to believe, and they have very short memories. The media whips them into a frenzy of feel-goodism, where their guy can do no wrong, even if it’s the very same thing (and x 2) that the other side did. And that’s how they get a guy who lives on a $1600 a month Socialist Not-So-Security check to send money to a BILLIONAIRE!!! The televangelists couldn’t get my dad, but a politician manages to…

I still feel sick (And it ain’t “The ‘Rona”!) To think, except for brief glimpses of light on sites such as this one, I don’t see anyone calling out these blatant absurdities. Absurdities which a fairly average 10 year-old could catch, I’m sure.

  8. “Just as Walz – who bought the ’79 Scout he likes to pose with didn’t become an “old car” guy until he himself was middle-aged.”

Eric, I’m not going to vouch in any way for Timmy “The Toxic” Walz, because I think you’re right in that he’s full of shit. I only need to see him speak in his vindictive, patronizing way, and tell us that his mantra is “Mind your own damn business!” when his actions have reflected just the opposite.

But I will say that some of us might’ve had trouble acquiring or refurbishing classic vehicles due to life circumstances. I’m not really what you might call a “car guy”, but I’d love to rebuild my ’90 Silverado into the beautiful monster it could be, for example. I’d love to have one of many of the old muscle or pony cars, but this isn’t the ’80s, and such things are prohibitively expensive, even in horrible condition.

I’m finally building a garage, soon, but never have had one in my life. That truly helps with one’s vehicular ambitions, though I worked on my vehicles the entire time in whatever driveway or parking lot was available. Maybe my life was a little too nomadic for a while, but even when I bought my former house, there was no garage.

In summary, I don’t really see it as an anomaly that, these days, a man might not buy or rebuild a “dream vehicle” until he’s in his middle-ages. Red-faced Tim Walz can bite the big one, however. I’d say, if you have an air-filter as clean as the one he showed, you don’t drive the vehicle.

    • Same here. I played with hotwheels in the dirt as a kid in the 70’s. I learned to drive in the 90’s in a 75 Dodge Dart, my first car, which I inherited from my great grandpa. After high school, I swapped the slant 6 for a 360 V8 and gave it a paint job. After I got married and sold the car, I was sans cool car for 20 long years until I was finally able to get what I wanted around age 42 or so. I’m not a good mechanic, but I try.

  9. The two worst candidates in Amerikan history are squared off, it’s a (completely fake) neck to neck horse race. One day Trump is in the lead, the next day Kuntmaulus. In the last debate, the Orange CLOWN intentionally walked into “the migrants are eating the cats” trap – he intentionally made himself look bad (or he is incredibly stupid politician).

The choice between two Jew WHORES is no choice at all:

America’s Choice- Zionist or Communist Police State
    https://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/?p=295314

The collapse of Amerika IMO is a stage managed production, and they intend on milking us for every penny for their insane wars – and blaming any sane person/patriot as an antisemite deserving the death penalty.

IMO if you take part in this farce, you are a fool. Neither candidate should be elected. Neither candidate is sane, both are rabid whores, both are mentally deranged lunatics. Bothe will wreck the nation in their own way.

  10. Did anyone else notice his Scout is an automatic? Can he even shift gears? Let alone pull away smoothly from a stop going uphill?

I know you call a phony prick a dildo but, what’s the term for “phony douche bag”.

    • This comes to mind:

“The term poser is slang that refers to an individual who pretends to be someone they are not, particularly in order to fit in with a specific group. Posers are most commonly found in middle and high school, where individuals are still searching for their identity and seeking acceptance from their peers. Posers often try to integrate themselves into a group by adopting the group’s language, clothing style, and mannerisms. They may attempt to appear as jocks, goth punks, skaters, theater kids, or brainiacs, among other groups. However, posers are generally viewed negatively because they are seen as individuals who “talk the talk” without actually “walking the walk.””

      https://fluentslang.com/poser-meaning/

  11. Timmy boy, you’re going to have to do much more and better than that to convince us you are just “good old boy”. While you may be old, and yet a boy, it’s quite obvious there’s nothing good about you.

  12. Reminds me of Pocahontas Warren’s “I’m gonna drink me a beer” act. And of Hillary’s fake Southern accent / fake southern black accent.

Reagan chopped firewood. Who can forget Dukakis poking his head out of an army tank? And John Kerry looking like an oompa loompa while wearing a cleansuit & touring a space shuttle.

The point is this is nothing new –northeastern snobs trying to appeal to rubes and wannabe midwestern snobs trying to appeal to rubes.

  13. Walz’s ignorance precedes his arrogance. Which does explain his incompetence, although, I won’t rule out malice.

There is an excuse for ignorance, but not for stupidity.

Every car owner in Cuba is also a mechanic. They would all laugh and point at Walz.

A woman teacher I know always smoked some pot every day before reporting to her teaching job.

Another old friend who was a school teacher, history, smoked pot every day of his life after 20 years of age.

Postal workers too, pot smokers in those employed ranks of the USPS.

Phil Jackson, the former head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers is/was a cannabis researcher, er, smoker.

Walz is as useless as a teat on a boar.

You can’t have a VP that will be able to think, they’ll figure out they’ve been duped.

Walz is the perfect bozo on the bus to be VP.

    • You forgot the late Carl Sagan, liberal scientist hero, who infamously penned an essay detailing his personal experiences with weed under the pen name “Mr. X”, published in a 1971 book “Marijuana Reconsidered”.

Sagan imbibed through most of his professional life.

    • One of my in-laws taught school for about 15 years near Detroit. Smoked pot multiple times every day until he was caught by another teacher. He claimed innocence (that the other teacher was lying) and asked to take a polygraph to prove his innocence. He got stoned and passed the polygraph. A few years later he retired from teaching with a nice pension ($50k+) and moved to AZ to sell elder care insurance to wealthy retirees. Gets stoned every day and continues to be a parasite.
MI and, thanks to CA, Michigan, and Illinois retirees, now AZ are leftist s#it#oles who steal elections to cover up their incompetence at everything productive.

      • ‘He got stoned and passed the polygraph.’ — John Galt

AH HA HA HA! Sounds entirely plausible … if one doesn’t succumb to the awful temptation of woofing down the officers’ donuts in a mad feeding frenzy.

Y’all got any Doritos? Otherwise Ima chomp your desk … Sir.

  14. I like the filters that use that puffy white polyester media. Every oil change I saturate them in dish soap and water. When I’m done with the oil change I blast the poly filter material from the clean side with the garden hose and follow up with compressed air. The filters last a long time before the fibers start letting go or matting down. This is especially true for cabin air filters.

  15. There’s been a lot of fear mongering from the Deranged Left about “Project 2025”. However, they DO appear to be supportive of “Agenda 2030”, being pushed by technocrats & billionaire sociopaths. I’m more afraid of “Agenda 2030” than of “Project 2025”.

Another talking point they’ve concocted is “We’re not going back!” Is that to say they don’t want to go back to a time where Americans actually had FREEDOM & CIVIL LIBERTIES instead of out of control government censoring free speech, trying to force Americans to take experimental Big Pharma products, devaluing money, engaging in endless wars, and other deranged things government has done over the past few decades?

    • RE: “We’re not going back!”

Made me think of that other bizarre Waltz moment where his wife was instructing the audience to, “turn the page” while doing an idiotic Romper Room Tomahawk Chop trying to get the audience to do a new ‘thing’.

      Again, Idiocracy.

      • Hi Helot,

People who screech “We’re not going back!” are likely the same ones who screeched “Pandemic of the unvaccinated!” & “The pandemic would have ended if everyone was masked & vaxxed!” These people have definitely become members of a cult while calling Trump supporters “Members of a cult”. I suppose next, they’ll push BS narratives like “Climate change will end when EVERYONE who drives a gas vehicle gives it up for an EV!” or “EVERYONE is eating bugs and fake meat instead of REAL MEAT!”

  16. Cleaning and re-oiling an old air filter is something that is tough to get right, hence the reason that disposable filters became popular.

I doubt Walz has ever attempted the job in his entire time as an “old car” guy.

    • Walz is an actor in a political commercial. He is wealthy, being governor, he has a chaffeur or a brand new car. I have turned wrenches since I was 12, I am damn sure that rich prick never opens the hood, NEVER, not even to check the oil. Someone like Walz leases a new car as often as you change the oil. He is not a good ole boy, he is a rich political prick lining his pocket with your money. He despise “the people” especially any “low life” who works any honest job, like a Jiffy Lube oil changer. Walz is a professional liar, he knows how to work the audience to stay in power (and thus never has to have a real productive job).

  17. Forget the weird accent in that video. Do you think Kamala is wearing a tacky dress like that anywhere other than a Congressional Black Caucus dinner?

  18. Sad to think this guy is going to be a heartbeat away from the presidency. Good thing we have the Deep state to run things and el presidente is little more than a figurehead

  19. Just the fact that he said “clean” your air filter proves he has no clue; as Eric pointed out you replace it when it gets dirty. If you have an air compressor with a blowgun attachment you can blow it out from the inside but that doesn’t really do a great job.

  20. From the Project 2025 web site:
Project 2025 is a historic movement, brought together by over 100 respected organizations from across the conservative movement, to abolish the Deep State and return government to the people. Project 2025 is not partisan, nor is it secret. Project 2025 does not speak for any candidate or campaign, in any capacity. It was stood up in 2022, before any major candidate announced a campaign, to assist the next conservative president.

This is the old guard Republicans’ last ditch effort to remain relevant in DC. The people behind it is the Heritage Foundation. Saying they’re affiliated with Trump is like saying our libertarian car guy is going to be setting policy in Case Oliver’s White House.

But all this is just more projection of themselves onto Trump. They have lots of manuals…

    The Communist Manifesto
    Das Kapital
    Mao’s Little Red Book
    The Principles of Communism (Lenin)
Why Socialism? (by Albert Einstein of all people)
The State and Revolution (by Vladimir Lenin)
Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism (by Vladimir Lenin)

I’ve read a few of them, but couldn’t finish any of them due to outrage. In true Communist style, I borrowed from the library of course. IIRC the copy of the Communist Manifesto was pretty beat up and highlighted, because I guess that’s ok when everyone owns nothing.

Thing is, all these manuals spell out exactly what we are seeing happening today. History doesn’t repeat itself, but the Communists do. First they end democracy, then they kill the intellectuals and professional classes, and then they kill the rest of us. Just like the manuals say to do.

  21. By the way, what’s wrong with Timmy’s left jaw? Looks like he’s got a golf-ball sized wad of chewing tobacco concealed in his cheek.

Or maybe he’s just gathering nuts for nuclear winter …

  22. ‘The clip shows [Walz] … removing … the air cleaner lid atop the engine of his old International Scout.’ — eric

“Ford’s in his flivver; all’s well with the world,” wrote Aldous Huxley in Brave New World a century ago.

“Tim’s in his Scout; all’s well with the war,” we might assert today, as ‘our’ glide bombs blow up apartments and tank farms in Russia and Lebanon.

Elect Tampon Timmy, so he can draft your daughter. Then we can scribble new doggerel on transgender bathroom walls:

    ‘Arielle’s in her JLTV
    Driving Palis into the sea.’

Think I’m joking? ‘Israel’s new order of Joint Light Tactical Vehicles from Oshkosh Defense will keep the company’s production line open into 2025, longer than originally planned.’ — defensenews.com

Meanwhile, the skies keep darkening for Volkswagen’s white-elephant, ersatz Scout plant in South Carolina. VW bought the badge name, evoking grateful cries of recognition from drooling Boomers banging their spoons on their breakfast bowls in nursing homes. But VW put a stupid battery in it. Dummköpfe!

And the sign said, the words of the prophets
Are written on the subway walls
    And tenement halls
And whispered in the sounds of silence

    — Simon & Garfunkel, The Sound of Silence

    • Indeed, Jim –

The idea of a battery powered Scout is as absurd as a $40 meatless fast food “hamburger” that you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get. The whole point of old machines like the Scout and Bronco and so on was simplicity, ruggedness and affordability. I had friends in high school who owned old Broncos and so on. Who will own the $70k-plus device called “Scout”? Rich Leftists like Walz, that’s who.

    • Veering off topic, a bit:

Try the Disturbed version, The Commander doesn’t like it but I found it very powerful.

I told her it beats the hell out of her Barely Manenouff fandom. (Barry Manilow)
