I’m looking for the ultimate, i.e. most powerful SUV to tow a travel trailer. I work as an engineer for a major oil company, so I’m not worried about how much mileage it gets or doesn’t get. Basically, I’d like it to be able to tow anything. I’m thinking a 2000 to 2002 Ford Excursion, 7.3 litre turbo diesel. I’d like to not be limited by what I can tow. In other workds, if I want buy a 40 foot travel travel with four slides, I don’t want to have to buy a new vehicle to tow it.
