In an epic standoff that Infowars reporter David Knight described as being like “something out of a movie,” supporters of Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy advanced on a position held by BLM agents despite threats that they would be shot at, eventually forcing BLM feds to release 100 cattle that had been stolen from Bundy as part of a land grab dispute that threatened to escalate into a Waco-style confrontation.
Looks like we were correct to be concerned about the BLM surrender being merely a strategic pull-back to regroup.
I just now read this at LewRockwell.com.

Bevin, here’s an analysis of Cuffy Meigs: the man impervious to thought. He carried an automatic pistol in one pocket and a rabbit’s foot in the other. Cuffy is disrespectful and ready to knock heads together, and the other looters seem scared of him:

“You’re Terminated, Tookie” – Governator

The thing is, these systems, these utterly contrived political actors, and these mass governing delusions persist. I take a position and strategy in regard to them, in the way Eric might write an article about the history and future of Rap Music. From a perspective of utter disgust and contempt.

Bevin, I wonder if there’ll be a profitable model of free market diplomacy. You have a rare knack for seeing what is right about situations, and what is lacking, and then choosing a course of planned action based on the known facts.
The Diplomacy of Micro-states

Ideally, we are talking about creating an anarcho-capitalist micro-state.
Micro-states are the smallest, weakest members in the international states-system. Without sufficient political or economic power, diplomacy remains the only means through which these states make impacts in the international system.
Micro-states focus on a narrow functional and geographical range of issues, and keep low levels of engagement in world affairs. Accordingly, they have a limited number of missions which they maintain abroad.
The government is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.
“Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox News to denounce the federal government’s operation against Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, asserting that BLM agents should have been arrested for seizing his property and that the case represents a “line in the sand” for Americans who have had enough of big government tyranny.”

Not dead Helot. You can’t clean the toilets and cook their food if dead. Just a willing tax paying slave to the money masters.

Reese: Listen. Understand. The Governator is out there. It can’t be reasoned with, it can’t be bargained with. It doesn’t feel pity of remorse or fear and it absolutely will not stop. Ever. [It will eternally subjugate you.] Until you are dead.

Notice how they make the Governator the good guy, in the later movies? They think of everything.

Dear Tor,
When Ah-nuld was still only a body builder, I read how he made a fortune in SoCal real estate. That earned some grudging admiration for him. I said “Gee, so he wasn’t just a lunkhead muscleman after all.”
But after I learned about his political ambitions, and how they were utterly disconnected from human rights or individual liberty, I realized he was essentially Ayn Rand villain Cuffy Meigs, a mindless thug.
Ah-nuld is basically the kind of conservative authoritarian cronyist most of us on this forum detest.
Looks like Obama & Co. missed watching John Wayne movies growing up.
What bell will now toll?
