  1. Are you kidding Mr. TV reporter? If we had to have video of the violation the defense may use it to prove his not-guilty case. No way dude.

The “war on drugs” and the RICO Act have killed this country’s judicial system.

  2. Let’s see what the scriptures advise:

    KJV Romans 12:14 – 13:7
Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

    – I know the scriptures well,
been surrounded by them my whole life. I’m comfortable scouring them for guidance and with discussing them with others from similar backgrounds.

I wonder how much good it would do us, to start a campaign to correct the book of Romans and to bring it in line with the humanist principle of self ownership?

= I know a lot of you know a lot about politics. And you’ve been following them your whole lives. You’re comfortable reading editorials and writing analyses of newsworthy events to critique the government and its leviathan of agents, especially cops.

But I think you’d agree, you have no way of changing their methods and playbooks. Any more than a deist has of altering an institutional document such as the bible.

Where that leaves us then, I believe, is at a blank page in the coloring book of human cooperation.

Both the church and the state are too flawed for our purposes. There is no right way to connect their dots for us. To color inside their lines and create the future picture we’re all envisioning and hope to see in our lifetimes.

What that leaves us then, is exposing the flaws in the other two pictures.

And at the same time offering our own picture. Adding some dots to a clean blank page. Adding and then connecting some of our own dots with our own lines. Coloring our pictures with our own crayons.

It’s straightforward and well within our abilities to do.

1 add the dots to the page, and number the dots
2 connect the dots by following the numbers
3 coloring in the picture we ourselves have made
4 placing our pictures on our own fridges
    5 admiring them
    6 being inspired by them
7 doing all we can to make these pictures a reality, out in the real world.
8 bringing our visions of self ownership to life and then enjoying our precious limited time living those visions.

    • A good way to use scriptures are in court Tor.

Think about it. The word of God transcends ALL man made laws. Argue that they’ve gone against the word of God and, if they want to proceed and find you guilty of a victimless crime, their actions against the very bible you swore on constitutes a massive fraud against God and the judge’s Oath of Office, because he/she swore on it too when becoming a judge.

Although I consider myself a scientist and an atheist of the highest order, such things can be used against them.

As an aside, think about swearing on the bible in court. The implications are massive (note that I’m not against anyone’s beliefs here):

      1. There’s no known or proven origin of that document
      2. There’s no wet-ink signature in order to make it a legal contract with anyone
      3. It’s been translated and rehashed many times without so much as an official record of changes
      4. There’s no evidence of the occurrences contained within it

It’s a disaster and essentially legally impossible to be charged with perjury.

One case I was in court for, naturally the bailiff asked if I would swear or affirm. I told them that I couldn’t swear on the bible under any circumstances. I was surprised when the judge asked me why, as there’s no law a grabbermint could make for a religion.

I pretty much told them the above and they treated me with kid gloves after that. It must have put them on notice that I wasn’t to be trifled with. I won the case anyway (red light offence – no camera) as it was full of suppositions rather than evidence.

      • You are right, ЯΞ√. It is through agorist type tactics, that you stick it to the man. Well done.

The word of God transcends ALL man made laws. As does the word of Government transcend ALL individually man made transactions and agreements.

Sadly you and I are not so pure as we’d wish either. We too have only inadequate language and sense measurements with which to get to the truth of things.

Which is one more reason why self ownership being achieved, even in some limited place, would be such a boon. We could finally get beyond knowledge and achieve understanding, once we were no longer restrained by the herd.

Such assumed irrational things as courts and human bigotry masquerading as law can and must be used against themselves.

Socrates was on the right track, until they made such menacing threats, that he drank hemlock rather than see them go through with their madness.

Wittgenstein proved the irrational nature of language serves to limit language. Einstein, Schrödinger, Maxwell, and many others proved the irrational nature of how we perceive and describe the matter and energy our senses can perceive.

All human knowledge not yet proven to be understanding by building technology based on it. Is rife with rationalizing tautologies. And irrational assumptions.

Until you can show it, you can only make idle claims that you know it. Ancient Greek atomism, can only now be said to be understood.

The creation and use of nuclear energy is the final proof of what Democritus only imagined to be the case, so long ago at the dawn of science.

The tautology of Govt swears on the tautology of God’s official scripture. Tautological scripture claims to have put the Govt in power. And gives sanction to its tautological laws. It’s turtles of tautology all the way down without end.

The word of God is irrational. A believer will always win when using him in an argument. God enjoys complete consequentialism. Look at his great works. He created Heaven and the Earth. Blessed be he.

The words of government are irrational. A believer will always win when using it in an argument. Government enjoys complete consequentialism. Look at America’s great works. It has created the freest and most prosperous land the world has ever known. God bless America.

Institutional God and Institutional Government are different punchbowls, plagued by the same scoop of turds. I advocate we make and serve our beverage at our party.

          • Good stuff.
            1) I always invoke that I’m late for important work,
            2) or family stuff,
when I’m being detained and not yet freed to go.

I’ll prattle on and on about all manner of mundane details about them as if me and the revenuer are pals from the old days.

            3) last gimmick, is my necessary paperwork is always in my trunk. A trunk has all manner of things in it, I pretend to rummage thru there as long as I can get away with it, just to see if he’ll give up and just give me a warning.

While back there out on the noisy street in front of all the gawkers, I also pepper him with all kinds of personal questions about how exciting it must be to be out on these dangerous roads.

It doesn’t always work, but at least I make them earn the giving of a ticket.

            4) This religious stuff looks to be another good tool. I’ll throw in that I’m heading to church instead of work or to pick up the kids.

Those in authority will probably become hesitant and very impatient when confronted with the true believer. Jesus didn’t have an ID.
I wonder if he’s familiar with the idea that it’s really God who detains us. And God who tells us that we are free to go.

    • Pirates used to be found in the ocean looking for easy plunder. Today, they can be found on land patrolling the interstates. A Landshark.

How many innocent victims? Think of the children when money and/or resources are stolen from their parents. The children are victimized.

If one life can be spared this devastation.
