Take-away:
When you see a pig, burn it to death (or kill in whatever way is useful.)
Example near me: Keane, NH.
A bearcat, a SWAT team, and some ridiculous number of cops – also, mostly bankrupt, IIRC.
For comparison, Wakefield, MA. If they were the last police in the country, I’d say leave them alone… No injured party? No crime. So no problem. (And somehow, they’re not bankrupt, despite the city being crooked… Makes you wonder, but if they’re running a balanced budget, not stealing from and extorting the citizens…? We can worry about them later. Much later.)

Mr. Rivera (and many others that have not harm another individual and/or their property) is the victim.
Apparently Extortion is legal in all 50 states.
Perhaps this badge should be issued to help clear up any confusion with the public.
