Gets very interesting at ~4m 25s. The hero goes bat shit crazy and unnecessarily escalates things, and also broke a few laws in the process. Of course the steroid addled thug will face no conscequences.
Also note how the other heroes just stand around as the aggressive hero clearly violates the law.
