A Way to Save More Than Just One Life

Whenever a new saaaaaaaaaaaafety mandate is proposed, we’ll hear that it’s necessary and justified (no matter the cost in dollars or liberty) . . . “if it saves even one life.” In which case, the air bag mandate should be repealed immediately – since it would save several lives.

But we’re not even allowed to disconnect air bags the government admits are lethally defective and which have already killed at least 241 people.

Autopiloted cars have killed, too. Yet they continue to Autopilot.

The federal government – or California, which seems to have become the federal government – decreeing that all new cars must average nearly 50 MPG five years from now will certainly cost some lives, too – because it will be necessary to make them smaller and lighter (and thus less safe) in order to save gas.

Because the logic (such as it is) only works in one direction – that of more government control, irrespective of the lives lost. This tells us all we really need to know about the “saving lives” bleat; i.e., that it’s just cognitively dissonant window dressing.

We could save thousands of lives just by leaving peaceful people alone. Well, we already do that – most of us. The problem is that armed government workers – aka, law enforcers –  don’t.

Which results in about 1,000 people being killed each year by these AGWs. That’s about 10,000 people over the past decade.

Granted, some of these people were not peaceful – but more than just one was. The infamous case of Daniel Shaver comes to mind. He was peaceful – and innocent. He had broken no laws.

But he experienced murderous enforcement.

There is also the case of Sandra Bland – who was also peacefully going about her business when she was violently accosted by an enforcer – over some trivial infraction of law her enforcer refused even to articulate. He then ordered Bland to stop doing something entirely legal – smoking a cigarette – and attacked her physically when she asserted her legal right to continue smoking.

Bland later “committed suicide” while in jai.

And of course, tens of thousands of people are violently accosted every single day in this country over trivial (manufactured) “infractions” ranging from not wearing a seatbelt to driving faster than a sign says is permitted.

Or having a burned out (or broken) tail light.

Like the 65-year-old Oklahoma grandmother who found herself accosted by an armed government worker for this “offense” – and became upset when the AGW handed her a piece of paper ordering her to hand over  $80 (plus “court costs”) for a dead bulb that could have been replaced for 50 cents and a friendly – nonviolent – suggestion to do so.

Each accosting is dangerous for the victim as well as the AGW – as they themselves constantly bleat. Everyone would be so much safer if – rather than law enforcing – we went back to peacekeeping.

The distinction is an important one.

Peacekeeping is an inherently limited and moral concept while law enforcing is unlimited and amoral in concept. You’re either peaceful – or you’re not. If you are, then you have a right to be left in peace.

Simple, easy to understand.

Law enforcement is mindless – and thus, vicious. It doesn’t matter to a law enforcer whether you’re peaceful; the fact that you’ve not harmed anyone will not persuade him to leave you in peace. All that matters to a law enforcer is “the law” – whatever it is – and his “duty” (really, his sick lust) to make sure it’s enforced.

No not-sick person puts his hand on his gun (much less pulls it and points it) on a peaceful person on account of some “law” having been broken. This is pathological. The man who does so is at minimum a nihilist – “the law’s the law, I’m just doing my job” – and at worst (and often) an outright sadist, the sort of person (the same person) who found a home in the Soviet Cheka or the German Gestapo or the Red Guards of Mao’s China.

The underlying principle – Do as I Say or Else – is the same.

We should not be surprised that law enforcement takes so many lives – and so much of our freedom.

Lots of factors have coalesced to create this ugly mess – among them the militarization of police and the state-sponsored deification of anyone wearing a uniform. This latter is overtly fascistic – and it began in earnest under Ronald RRRRRRRRRRReagan … which is ironic given that he is considered an icon of “small-government” conservatism.

What defines a free country is that you are free – to go about your business, in peace. To live your life, as you like and free from any threat of government/legal violence (i.e., law enforcement) so long as you remain peaceful.

This doesn’t mean submission in the face of threats – which is how law enforcement defines “peaceful.” The German/Soviet/Chinese enforcers of the law agreed with that definition, too.

It means not causing harm to others or their property. Simple, easy to define. You either did – or you did not. Which makes it clear who’s in the wrong, morally speaking. Which ought to be the decisive factor for determining whether a man’s right to be let alone should be respected.

It’s a peaceful act to disconnect an air bag. To sell a new car without one – if the buyer prefers not to have one. To not wear a seat belt, if that is your preference.

To make your own choices, do what you want to do – so long as whatever you’re doing hasn’t harmed others.

But we’ve completely strayed from that crucial principle; probably two thirds or more of the laws being enforced are enforced upon peaceful people who’ve caused no harm to anyone.

That is the source of our woes.

Returning to the principle of keeping the peace and abandoning the idea of law enforcing would reduce dangerous and needless interactions between armed men and frightened, nervous people.

This would almost certainly save lives – more than just one – on both sides.

It would absolutely save something even more valuable than a single life, too.

Our freedom.

  1. It’s clear that the police violence against We The People is out of control. Just look at the numbers of cops killed, and then the number of non-cops killed by cops.

But the rest of this article seems to infer we have lost control.

We have not lost control at all. Many have just given up the fight.

When I was a teenager I made a concerted effort to avoid all laws and rules whenever possible.
Now that I am an adult nothing has changed.

The focus of my life has been to keep the freedoms I enjoy, and to find new freedoms to take from the oligarchy. And with no more effort than anyone else, I have found it is easy to be free.

Of all the things mentioned in the article, only not wearing a seat belt will get you an actual penalty.

You can, in fact, do just about everything mentioned in the article and the police can’t do one thing about it.

    My air bag is disabled.
My 3G is blocked and the antenna is grounded.
My display is OFF when I drive the car, as well as the traction control if the roads are dry.
My ECU has been reprogrammed for better performance and a much higher top speed.
I changed my braking system so that it worked better and did not require OE parts.
My suspension has been modified to make the car handle better at speeds over 80mph.

And if you have vehicle inspections, they will not find ANY of the above if you do it correctly.

For my friends I have also done the following:
    – Disable black box on GM and Dodge.
    – Modify lane-change warning sensors to think there is no one in the lane.
    – Disabled the fake engine sound that comes out of most stereos.
    – Bleed brakes on Fords where they tell you that a special tool is needed.
    – Modify or disable rear lidar on demand.
    – Ensure dash lights are in the desired state.

And when I find other things which can be usurped, then they will be.

You don’t want to do anything which will get you a penalty or jail-time.
Other than that, there are no actual restrictions on how much you can rage against the machine.

    Make yourself free.

    • If you’re going to remove top speed limiters, then make sure the drivetrain can handle it, as that’s apparently a somewhat common reason for speed governors. Look up something like “V6 Mustang driveshaft failure” to see why. Someone deprograms the factory 112MPH limiter, takes it out for a rip to test it out, gets it up to about 130 MPH and suddenly there’s a driveshaft flopping down the freeway.

  2. Germany actually didnt have lots of police. Far fewer than we do per capita back in the 30’s. it was a high trust society which didnt require it. those days are gone. Here and there.

  3. How fitting that the officer who murdered the drunk man used a German MP5 sub machine gun. The only thing missing were the jackboots and Stahlhelm.

    • Interesting, ain’t it… how “THEY” tell us that “nobody needs an assault weapon” and “weapons of war don’t belong on our streets”… YET, all the cops now have them. (They used to only have revolvers and pump shotguns back in the day… didn’t they?)

Are we to infer that the job of the cops is to “assault” people with “assault weapons”? Are we to infer that the cops need “weapons of war” because they are at war with… whom?

      Us?

  4. Crime, which is mostly a function of how many 20 year old males are in the village, is way down overall. So AGWs are bored. There are far too many of them, thanks to the War On Terror™. If they don’t crack down hard on grandma, they might not get the numbers they need (but remember kids, they don’t have quotas) to show how hard they work. Modern managers are nothing more than accountants and spreadsheet jockeys, turning to “hard data” to measure employee performance. There’s no reason to think that doesn’t apply to the public sector. In fact it is probably much worse in the public sector thanks to the intrenched unions and culture that encourages lawsuits for “wrongful” termination and perceived harassment. So the productive cop is the promoted cop. You don’t get credit for being nice, only racking up numbers for the spreadsheet. Far easier (and safer) to go after lots of easy stuff, and blow off the hard stuff, since it is all about volume.

    • RK,

AGWs have to fill out tally sheets. Dale Carson, in his book Arrest Proof Yourself, he shows the reader a tally sheet. DC was a former cop & FBI agent turned defense attorney. Anyway, on these tally sheets, they list the traffic stops, misdemeanors, and felonies that the AGW worked on a given day. They get points for each infraction, each ticket, and each arrest. The more serious the violation, the more points. Also, if an AGW can get MULTIPLE felony arrests, that’s a gold mine of points! The greater the points, the happier the AGW’s sergeant is; the happier the sergeant, the more likely the AGW will be promoted. That’s how it works at the local level especially.

On the state and federal level, a cop or agent isn’t graded on arrests. It’s the quality of FINAL CONVICTIONS that matter. Therefore, you’ll see fewer BS arrests; the state cop or federal agent will want something solid to take to the prosecutor, so it’ll stand up in court.

I’d encourage everyone to read DC’s book. It’s an eye opener! You’ll NEVER look at AGWs the same way again; I guarantee it.

  5. The smartest thing anyone can do is to avoid any and all police contact. Mentally deficient steroid addled psychopaths with semi-automatic weapons and qualified immunity are to be avoided at all costs. Innocence is no defense from them.

If it is impossible to avoid contact with them, understand that you will not win any encounter with them. Accept your mulcting and do nothing to invite further outrages. The alternative is to be armed and at peace that what is about to transpire has been preordained by Jesus Christ and you are doing his work – still to go that route the IRA tactic of visiting RUC terrorists in their bedrooms is a far more effective usage of Christ’s mandate for you. Intelligently Channeled mandates from Jesus are the greatest exhibitions of love for him.

In the coming American Balkanization, it will be so exhilarating to exercise a bit of payback for these outrages before they ultimately come for you.

    • TC2084 is right.

Unless you are mentally and spiritually prepared to die, right here right now, any encounter with a cop is to be avoided at all costs.

      Do not call them.

If no choice is given, make any encounter brief, arid and cool.

      • I agree, AF.

Regard AGWs as you would a lethal, aggressive reptile or other dangerous animal – which is what they are. Avoidance is the best policy.

        • When forced to deal with dangerous animals there are things you can do to mitigate worsening the situation.

Each video I watch of someone being pulled over ends up escalating many times due to the victim mouthing back, being nervous, overly apologetic and the worst of all: TALKING TOO MUCH to the cop.

Ex-cops tell us – never talk to them. They aren’t your friends, if they approached you they are looking for a reason to arrest you. Don’t give them any.

The other route is one to consider – as most motorists haven’t a few dead hookers in the trunk, 100 kilos of Peruvian flake, nor the final assembly for a B61 and aren’t on a wanted list – there isn’t any reason to.

If however you have decided to be a cosmic avenger….

          • “Each video I watch of someone being pulled over ends up escalating many times due to the victim mouthing back, being nervous, overly apologetic and the worst of all: TALKING TOO MUCH to the cop.”

Then you should look through a few of these. Plenty of violence over doing absolutely nothing to provoke.
            https://thefreethoughtproject.com/

            • Good site. I never suggested that cops don’t attack without provocation. I merely stated not to give them any excuse to once you are in their midst.

I am from Brooklyn, you needn’t tell me how corrupt and sociopathic they are.

I loved a Jersey City police video from a few years ago where a man was recorded being beaten by cops with his hands placed on his dashboard while the cop kept screaming “stop resisting – STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY GUN.” That one was pretty eye opening into the mentality of a sociopath, that they rehearse these things

                • I have wondered that here too Andy. Not sure the mode I use with a cellphone nor the way to access the internet with a camera although I guess getting a card from a major carrier might do it via Verizon, ATT, etc.

Of course where I live it would be iffy and any place without 30 miles of me also.

    • Not that your assessment is wrong when it comes to self preservation…….

      But this.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

      ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn

      Note the last line.

Does anyone think they will treat us better if we bow piss and shake like a submissive dog? Or will they feel even more empowered to fuck us over?

  6. The whole Sandra Bland ordeal started because she failed to signal while changing lanes in a sparsely populated county on a light traffic road. Zero care given by Cuntservatives about that. The media hopped on the whole race riot shtick and off they went! Murican Police versus the crazy BLM. No one cared about the insane infraction of changing lanes with no signal! (officer can you point out the victims of my crime?) Maybe she had a heart attack in jail overnight, who knows. She might have been alive today if she wasn’t pulled over then. PVAMU (an HSBCU) renamed a street near campus for her.

  7. This is the problem I have with so-called “conservatives”, they are mostly all bootlickers. They also get very angry when I suggest the cops need to follow the same laws as the rest of us. Amazing.

  8. I can’t watch that video, makes me throw up. What makes me even more disgusted is the justification by that drooling moron, the so-called “use of force expert” who stated Brailsford acted “consistent with his training”. Hey imbecile, if your pigs are running around gunning down innocent family men in their underwear, do you think that maybe, just maybe, your training SUCKS?!!!!!!!!

    • Whenever I hear some miscreant festooned with attire that resembles a South American Tin Horn Dictator say the killer cop “acted consistent with his training” you know one of two things for certain. They’re either lying or telling the truth. I’m not sure which scares me more.

Also, after a SWAT raid that ends up with somebody dead they say it was “suicide by cop”. They have such a lack of self-awareness it’s appalling. They don’t realize that statement says more about GovCo AGWs than it does about the mindset of those they gun down. I imagine that Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot are screaming from the depths of Hell, “Why didn’t I think of that?”

  9. The Number One Son driving the Tesla in the video looks like he’s faking being asleep in order to obtain the exact reaction exhibited by the people who shot the footage.

    • Mark, here’s what they should have had. No more “papers please” just somebody reading a scanner and gunning you down or clobbering you from behind for inspection and jail.

Here’s people who voluntarily did this shit. I think they’re crazy, but the pols think they’re “just right”, as in when you’re cooking. https://bigleaguepolitics.com/mark-of-the-beast-workers-in-wisconsin-wear-i-got-chipped-t-shirts-celebrating-new-implants/

This is what they really think about the “common” man.

Edward Mandell House, who had this to say in a private meeting with President Woodrow Wilson:
“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being [un]able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”
      Edward Mandell House

      • Pretty sure anyone still in North America and Europe five to ten years from now will be forced to be chipped. Not as in, “you have to”, as you will still have the option of not having one and being a non-person unable to interact with the rest of ‘civilization’.

Plan to get out soon or plan to never be able to do so.

Yes, anywhere you run they will eventually get to you but if you are old enough, good chance of shuffling off before they do. At this point, best you can do is delay the inevitable by heading somewhere too poor to implement the electronic cage.
