Christmas Hut! Hut! Hut!

A California armed government worker has been placed “on leave” after Hut! Hut! Hutting! the victim of a carjacking – who ended up dead after having his skull slammed into the car’s door by the AGW, who then put him in a “carotid hold,” shutting off the flow of blood to the now-dead victim’s brain.

Another AGW applied a Taser multiple times, just in case.

Apparently, the AGWs assumed the now-dead victim – 52-year-old David Ward – was in fact a “perp.”

Ward apparently made the mistake of “resisting.”

After the AGWs have Hut! Hut! Hutted! Ward, another AGW informs his counterparts that Ward had no reason to run because he was a carjacking victim, not a car thief – to which Blount responds, “Oh well.”
Seconds later, the body camera video shows police saying “He’s not breathing anymore,” and Blount orders another AGW to begin CPR.
The killer AGW will remain on administrative leave “until the investigation is completed” and all appeals have been exhausted, the sheriff said in a Friday video statement.
“What our deputies did not know at the time was that Mr. Ward was not only the owner of the car, but the victim of the earlier carjacking,” Essick said. “The suspect had pistol-whipped him and stole his car. Mr. Ward had recovered the car but failed to report it. It remains a mystery as to why he fled from our deputies.”

  1. There’s got to be more to this story. Carjacked, then gets his car back somehow? Not pulling over? Not following commands or getting out of the car? That doesn’t excuse the officers from the excessive force that killed him, but it didn’t help the situation.

  2. A very Merry Christmas for those killer coppers, especially that 5 star MacArthur wannabee. Yaaaaa,,, Got our rocks off,,, whoopee!

Now to spend a relaxing day with family and other gang members.

Mr. Ward…. Oh well, too bad for him and his no account family.

    • “a mystery as to why he fled from our deputies.” Translation: “It’s a mystery that anyone has noticed that “law enforcement” frequently physically abuses innocent citizens, too frequently killing them.” They obviously had him stopped or they couldn’t have murdered him. Why the escalation when the guy had already been injured in the real crime of having his car stolen? There are unusual circumstances here, such as how did he manage to get his car back. Are unusual circumstances justification for murder?

      • Depending on who you are/who you work for, justification for murder is also quite simple…just ‘fear for your safety’ and you are cleared hot. If this principle were applicable for all parties, then any citizen involved in even the simplest of traffic stops would be, upon ‘fearing for their safety’…permitted to shoot the AGW immediately.

        • Hi Pyrate,

Naturally! But application of principles only gets applied in the direction favored by those with the guns and the badges, eh?

AGWs are terrifying precisely because of their impunity. I have a concealed handgun permit. It was made very clear to me when I got it that if I ever so much as display a gun in a threatening manner, I’d better be able to produce credible evidence that my life was in mortal danger. Saying I “felt unsafe” doesn’t cut.

Why should it cut it when it comes to the government’s armed goons?

          • Yeah, what a f’n joke this all is…albeit a serious one.

With regard to the concealed carry permit in these modern times of big data, I no longer see it as a safe thing to ‘carry’…the permit that is. You can imagine the scores of ways they will manufacture a stop. Perhaps a license plate reader hit that pops up just as the computer informs the AGW that they are behind on their daily number of ‘contacts’ made with the public….oh but looky here boss, coo coo coo, that plate’s owner is also a gun owner…hut hut hut!

The end of that pier is getting a little bit closer…

            • Hi Pyrate,

Yup. I sometimes regret having a CC permit as it does “mark” me as a definite Deplorable. But it’s a Catch 22 situation. Without the CC permit, I am vulnerable to a possible fatal Hut! Hut! Hutting! just transporting a gun (legally) in the open, as on the passenger seat of my truck. There’s no good option here, really. The only proper solution is a reboot of the situation such as that AGWs cease to exist and we return to peace keeping and decent people who carry can do so without fear of being Hut! Hut! Hutted!

              • eric, I know I sound like a broken record but I’ve had some scrapes in life that were dangerous but at no time did I ever desire the presence of a cop.

If you want to go from the frying pan into the fire, call the cops. I guess women in general will never get over that “need” to call the “authoritahs” till the person that sought help for is dead.
