Diaper Report 7/24/20

Resistance is not futile, I am pleased to report.

I visited a local Kroger – which is one of the big chain supermarkets that, in lockstep with other big chain stores – recently decreed Diapering for all customers. Kroger – those in my area, at least – was very heavy about it, initially. They posted billboard signs by the doors declaring “local ordinance” required Diapering (it does not, the store is merely asserting a policy, which lacks the force of law) and posted a Diaper Dispenser by the door, who would thrust one at you if you weren’t Diapered and recite some gibberish about the “ordinance.”

The first time I crossed the boundary into the land of the Diapered Undiapered, ignoring the Diaper Dispenser – who seemed almost hurt by my demurral –  I was followed by a second Diaperer, who tried to foist a piece of paper at me, apparently under the impression that I obey pieces of paper thrust at me by store clerks.

I didn’t – and was not further harassed about my failure to join this cult of sickness.

Others I know – and have encouraged – have also refused to join the cult by behaving (and shopping) in a healthy way. As by walking in and shopping – without donning the uniform of the cult, i.e., the Face Diaper.

Courage is, indeed, contagious – and others have caught it.

While most of the people within my local Kroger have been infected by Sickness Psychosis – transmitted by CNN, MSNBC and NPR – there was a heartening number of not-sick, not Diapered people within.

And the Diaper Dispenser at the door disappeared.

One may just walk in now without having to deal with what is very much like the Hare Krishna cultists one used to encounter at airports (this was before the TSA became the cult one must deal with in order to fly).

This may have been a shift change when I happened by – and not a dial back. It is hard to know for certain but I will continue to report. What I can report for certain is that the Krogers in my area are not enforcing the Diaper “ordinance” – by denying entry. This, of course, may change. It is likely the pressure from the corporation will increase – for the same reason that the pressure from CNN, MSNBC and NPR will increase.

They have to keep the Fear Burner on high – the cases! the cases! – fingers crossed that fear will prevent most people from thinking and then resisting on account of it. They are desperate to conflate the cases! the cases! with death – but that’s a physical problem because of the absence of corpi delicti.

The bodies aren’t stacking up – again.

Remember the ululations about the millions that became (quieter ululations) hundreds of thousands to just over one hundred thousand (60,000 “confirmed” – the rest “presumed” and god only knows how many of those manufactured) now and almost never ululated anymore?

People might begin to notice and the thought might cross some of their minds that they are being played.

Which plays right into this Diapering thing – the pressure to get people (everyone) to Diaper, which is necessary to keep everyone afraid, in order to keep everyone from not thinking.

By not Diapering, you not only show that you do – you encourage them to.

Which is why – again – it is so important to not buckle to this pressure. Think of it in schoolyard terms. A bully’s power lies in his ability to keep the other kids afraid. If one of them isn’t – and shows it – the others lose their fear, too.

Speaking of losing. In a previous Diaper Report I detailed the loss of my dentist – who insisted on a Diaper for the sake of appearances (the ten yard walk from the check-in desk to the chair where you get worked on, without a Diaper) which means the sake of the ritual of this cult. Since I’m not in it, I didn’t perform it – and thus left without getting my teeth cleaned.

But loss is also gain. I kept my self-respect, for openers. I didn’t degrade myself for the sake of  . . . clean teeth.

Even better – here comes the gain part – I have found a new dentist, who isn’t a member of the cult. He will clean my teeth without demanding I surrender my humanity – or play Kabuki.

I will not name him, for all the obvious reasons but I wanted to tell you about him so you know that not everyone has joined the cult. That there are “heretics” out there who are willing to treat the not-sick (in the body) normally because they are not sick in the head.

And more, because they are sick of Sickness Kabuki, including this toxic miasma of social pressure and shaming to get sane and healthy in the body people to join the cult of sickness of the head by denying them service if they refuse to play along.

Don’t give in. Because that is how they win.

There are more of us Wrongthinkers out there than you may realize. And they don’t want you to realize it.

Which is why I wrote this, so you’ll know they’re wrong – as well as sick.

    • One day they stick a gun to our heads, the next day they’re like “meh, whatever”. Lives turned upside down for WHIMSICAL FANTASIES. [You can’t even catch a virus, nor is a virus an organism — it’s just broken ‘parts’ floating around due to cells being damaged by a poison/toxic chemical — BTW a good analogy for a virus would be like the rust on your car — it’s not the cause it’s a symptom of the iron-metal being exposed to water plus the metal has to have lost it’s paint/coating too, and your car can’t catch rust from another car].

There’s real problems in the world — nuke plants storing waste onsite [they’re all shut down BTW] & polluting ground water, cancer epidemic, natural disasters, election counting fraud (and voter fraud) is so bad it’s a joke, useless wars, poor ppl living on SSI/SSDI can’t afford food every month, slave labor, human trafficking, gmo’s, lack of soil nutrition for food quality, etc. OMG we’d all be better off listening to a bunch of drunk circus monkeys. FIRE THE DAMN GOOBERMENT — ALL THEY DO IS HURT PEOPLE. NO GOVT = NO MORE TAXES ON ANYTHING EVER (can you imagine how much that would help people) and people can vote for US Treasury to print up free grant money for whatever they need/want.

  1. Regarding the ADA, I’m guessing many of the diapering establishments have made a judgement call that diaper > ADA. Exhibit A is American Airlines, which has announced that they no longer recognize any medical exceptions to the diaper. Diaper on their planes or no fly list for you. See, they figure they’ll take their chances, and no one is going to sue them or call them out. They’re correct. Expect other illustrious corporations to follow suit.

This whole diaper cult is puzzling. But ironic in a way; bunch of bed wetters losing their humanity in diapers.

    • Hi BAC,

Flying presents different issues than working or getting food; it is generally an optional thing not a necessity. Don’t fly. I haven’t since 2016 – when I made an exception to get to AZ because my dad died. And don’t obey the Diaper decrees in stores and such unless they physically debar you entry. Push back, as they are pushing us.

  2. Gentlemen, honestly does anyone know of an effective, greedy, ambitious lawyer who wants to get rich, along with the client? I mean, the court cases in VA alone will amount to tens of millions.

    • Since he says he will represent you for free, he might not be that greedy but his tweet indicates that he’s a possible resource.

I’m in DC, but have fellow conservative attorneys across the country that I can work with on cases in other states. Our Constitutional rights are more important than pandering to fear.

  3. Home Depot here in Corona, CA 92882 is also pushing the “local ordinance” *LIE*.
I know for a fact there is no county ordinance, because I watched all eleven hours or so of County Board of Supervisors discussion & public comment on the issue, the net result being the Supervisors slapped down the “public health” Fuehrer, whose name, appropriately enough, is Kaiser, and our outstanding County Sheriff declared unequivocally he would not enforce any such “mandate.”
We have only the (likely illegal) Fuehrerbefehl from Gov. Nuisance in Sacramento to attempt “keep us in line.”
The Nuisance has decreed that gyms are not allowed to open anywhere in the Peole’s Republic of California.
But I Know one which has, and good for them, too. Hope they don’t get busted.

    • Hi Turtle,

Amen – and in re the gym: I hope the members organize and stand with the owner and be willing to fight, if need be, to preserve their right to live.

No more giving in. I’m not, at any rate. I don;t say that as a keyboard tough guy. I’m not tough. But I am tired and sick of being pushed around and it’s now at the point where if I continue to let them, life will become not worth living. And I want to live – not exist.

For that, I will risk my life, if it comes to it.

  4. Loved the op-ed and glad I’m not the only one who resist the mass diapering crazy. Seems like something a parent would reply “if all the other cool kids were gonna jump off a bridge would you too?”

  5. I think someone said on this site, plus I heard on a radio show (the host had a guest that seemed credible, I forgot details), … but they said that the hospitals/etc are counting each single person’s multiple tests as MULTIPLE cases!!!! So each person that tests positive [total horse pucky] has more tests done over time to see if they test negative as time goes by & the person gets better — so they’re counting each person MULTIPLE times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the “cases” number really is probably about ONLY 10% of the number they’re telling the public. HOW DISINGENOUS AND FRAUDULENT CAN THIS BE?????? This is RIDICULOUS! If there really was a pandemic [hogwash] then they’d at least want to have a somewhat accurate number! They wouldn’t out and out LIE to the public! But this is just total FRAUD on the surface! What a joke!

I can’t wait till the diaper zombies find out about this someday — HAHAHAHA they’re all going to feel so stupid that they got suckered. They’re going to be like “Ohhhh, I’m so stupid, all those people that didn’t wear masks were right, noone died from a virus, ohhhhhhhhh, I’m not going to watch the dumb news on TV anymore, dang gooberment lied to us all.”

Oh, BTW, the “pandemic” worldwide death rate is still same or less than the everyday normal average death rate from old age etc. So logic, not me, says that ZERO people died from this “virus”.

  6. I too visited Kroger and was confronted by the idiot dispenser who when told about my choice due to health reasons then informed me she still could not allow me to enter. Instead of making a scene there I just walked out the entrance and walked down and to the other entrance that I noticed from the first was no manned by a dispenser. Went in did my shopping without mask and then walked out the first entrance to my car waving to the dispenser as I left. Next time I plan to inform the dispenser that to forbid my entrance sans mask due to health concerns is a violation of the ADA, which means I will be reporting a violation. Wonder what their response will be since it is in fact completely true. These idiot politicians have passed so many stupid laws that we can now assert a health condition without the need to prove it, thanks HIPAA. We can then assert ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) violations if they then refuse service because you won’t disclose and prove the health condition or if they just refuse service outright because of no mask. It is truly fun to hang these leftists on their own petards !!

    • Hi Woody,

It may be key to just keep walking; ignore them – or just say “no, thanks” and continue. I doubt the usually teenage kid they have dispensing Diapers will attempt to physically bar entry. If so, the next dodge – god help us – is the ADA schtick…

      • The ADA route may not work, I’ve been fighting that via that route for almost a month now. Still no resolution! So I started researching my rights, seems they are limited due to the lockstep nature of this panic-demic.

        https://www.adacovid19.org/

Interesting reading on the link above.

  7. It’s obvious that the “coronavirus” epidemic is a sham of the highest proportion. It is totally political in nature, with “blue state” governors perpetuating business-damaging “lockdowns” in their respective states.
Both professional and political arrogance is responsible for the present state of the world economy and world population as well.
A common annual “flu virus” was promoted as a “pandemic” by the “smartest” and “best and brightest” people in positions of power, both in the USA and in the rest of the world. It’s actually a “plandemic” foisted on the American public to bring down the Trump administration. It will fail…
These “best and brightest” convinced political “leaders” to impose mandatory business closures, “lockdowns” and “quarantines” on healthy populations, which is contrary to every common sense and scientific principle.
These “business closures” were not imposed “across the board”, but were picked by political hacks as “winners and losers”. Liquor stores, marijuana dispensaries, lottery retailers, and certain “big box” home improvement and sporting goods stores were permitted to remain in operation, while churches and just about all small businesses were forced to close.
In some states, the political arrogance was so great, plant nurseries, seed distributors, and other businesses were deemed “non-essential” and forced to close. Even “big box” stores were prohibited from selling lawn and garden supplies. Many restaurants were also put out of business by these clearly unconstitutional edicts.
Imposing “quarantines” and “lockdowns” on healthy people does nothing to insure public health, and in fact delays necessary herd immunity.
Public health is further damaged by business closures, especially small businesses whose owners rely on continuing business as a means of making a living, both for themselves and their employees.
A major problem is that these “best and brightest” and political “leaders” are so arrogant that they refuse to admit that “they screwed up, big time”. Instead, they “double down” and inflict further pain on the public by refusing to insist that “they were wrong”. None of them will pay personally for their arrogance, stupidity, and just outright dishonesty and criminality.
All one has to do is look at the “coronavirus hospitals” that were created to handle the “overflow” of coronavirus patients which never materialized. These “hospitals” were a waste of taxpayer dollars and did absolutely nothing to promote public health.
At the same time, local hospitals were required to cease admissions, even for those of an emergency nature. Although not specifically stated, people with real health problems were covertly “encouraged” to avoid hospitals at all costs because of the phony “coronavirus” claims.
Health professionals are also responsible for the current state of affairs, also refusing to admit that “they screwed up, big time” as well, and continue to insist that this annual flue is a “pandemic”.
Then we have the “heavy hitters” with money, such as Bill Gates and Stephen Fauci who claim that they have “solutions” to our (artificially contrived) health problems. Gates is so arrogant the he feels that he can get away with genocide by using mandatory vaccinations to “cull” the world population.
Gates “vaccination” programs in third-world countries failed to adhere to good medical practices, and the Nuremberg principle that “informed consent” must reign supreme in the administration of all medical procedures.
Gates’ “vaccination” programs introduced polio into children in India for which he and his program were banned from the country. Gates’ African “vaccination” programs surreptitiously introduced sterilization and birth-control compounds as part of their vaccination program without gaining “informed consent” from the recipients.
According to these moneyed types and even “health care” officials, we are to be branded, tagged, and treated like cattle with no means to make informed choices about our health or health care decisions.
Wearing masks and “social distancing” are no different than the “security theater” that we experience at airports with the TSA.
It’s “medical tyranny” at its best and scientific dishonesty at its worst.
There are no valid reasons for “mask-wearing” or “social distancing” for healthy people. In fact, in the coming months, look for an increase in respiratory illnesses affecting mask-wearers, especially those who are forced to wear masks for extended periods of time. In hospital settings, masks are supposed to be worn for only 10 minutes at a time before they are replaced.
“Lockdowns”, “business closures”, and “quarantining” of healthy people is being used for “control” and nothing more. The “powers that be” are desirous to see “how far they can go” to get the world population to accede to their demands.
Fortunately, there are a lot more of us than there are of them. We (still) have the power of the internet to bypass the “filters” that they put in place to keep us from seeing their “real” motives.

    • This farce may have initiated in the blue states, but most red states have now caught on. And even in the few that haven’t, there are countless local napoleons laying down tyranical edicts that would’ve been unthinkable at any other point prior to the beginning of this year.

If you think you can run, all the other civilized countries have got the same or worse controls. Assuming the other countries even let us in, as the US is considered by many to be too filthy by virtue of our plethora of “cases”.

Also, for something that was conceivably brought in to destroy Orange Man”s tenure, it is extremely disconcerting to see him now bowing to this scam-demic. Either way we vote, we’re screwed.

Actual laws don’t matter in the face of this agenda, nor does any real logic. This is a truly worldwide tragedy that I’m convinced is meant to reset society back to zero and place us entirely at the disposal of the elites. There is no other logical way to view it, yet nobody around me can see this. I also suspect in the not too distant future that the mere expression of a contrarian view will be jailable under “hate speech”. It pisses me off like nothing else, to see us heading off the cliff and not being able to do a single thing about it.

      • Hi Rich,

I try to assume that appearances aren’t everything; I hope that many of the people I see who are Diapered are only Diapered under duress. This is suggested by obvious partial Diapering and also by conversations I have had with the Diapered. There is a lot of hate for the Diapering – but individually, people feel defeated, alone.

Our job is to let them know they’re not.

        • I really wish it were all appearances, but the longer this carries on all I’ve noticed is the compliance rate going way up almost to 100%. In many respects, if you’re the sole unmasked person in a store you have the potential to come across really really badly.

I should’ve known something really bad was afoot when my workplace told us to start working from home. In my virtual conferences, I can tell that most of my coworkers are true believers, and I have to be extra mindful not to put my views on full display as I need to maintain my gainful employment. When the time comes to return to the office, they’re also going to force me to wear a mask. I will try to continue working from home as long as possible, so I can at least breathe.

I really do wish I could protest the masking outright, but in the end I need my job, and I don’t want my employer to get word that I made any type of scene somewhere. I do try to maintain the no-mask principle as much as possible for my situation, but that usually involves leaving the city and going to the next smallest town to do my shopping as long as they’re still willing to accept me. But with the mask mandates going up even in the most rural of areas, this is getting harder and harder.

Unfortunately, it’s rapidly becoming where if we don’t mask etc. we will be forcefully being excluded from society. Hopefully, you can still understand why many of us have to cover up and shut up even though we certainly don’t believe in the sanctity of it.

          • Hi Rich,

I do understand, absolutely – and sympathize. I also think that we need to realize it will not end with Diapers (not “masks”). I think many people want to believe this is just a short-term thing, that it will be over in a month or maybe a few. No. It is simply the means by which the populace will be conditioned to accept forced vaccination and tracking and a cashless society – in other words, a life (if you can call it that) of abject and total submission in order to be allowed to work and eat… as they say, when they say, how they say.

And this is why I suggest that taking a stand now is so important, even if it costs a job. Because if we Diaper up to “get along” and “just for now” it is going to cost us everything.

We literally have nothing left to lose – and the sooner people come to terms with this, the better the chances we won’t lose everything.

            • Yep. That’s why it’s important to form shopping posses. When it’s just me in the Kroger showing my face I doubt it makes as much of an impression, but if there are a dozen of us it breaks the illusion of conformity.

BTW Eric, I found a barber here in Franklin County Virginia that doesn’t do diapering. I was finally able to get a hair cut after six months. I can email you the info if you are still in the market for a hair cut.

              • Remember Flash Mobs?

What if we did the same? Just hit up the local mandatory-diaperer retailer and just bum rush in and go peacefully up and and down the aisles saying “hello” to every one.

                • Hi J,

                  Yes, precisely!

I’m trying to get a group organized in the Roanoke, VA area. I figure a dozen or so will be sufficient. I’ve got a few lined up already; anyone who’s in the area and interested, holler!

            • Thanks for the sobering encouragement, Eric. Your site has been the defining red pill for me, whilst I’ve become ever more surrounded by the blue pill zombies. Having grown up in a moderate left leaning world, I never thought I could ever ascribe to a libertarian mindset. But then again I never thought that society would all be reduced to soulless diapered masses in a mere flash.

BTW J, undiapered mobs are the best idea I’ve heard in a while, if only we could get multiple souls together in my neck of the woods as we’d all have to combat our fear first, myself included…

              • Hi Rich!

I’ve long thought that well-meaning liberals and Libertarians are natural allies. We value many of the same things, especially individual civil liberties. The elaboration and application is where the schism often occurs. Libertarians hold that civil rights are a function of individual rights and fundamentally an elaboration of property rights, which trace to the individual’s ownership of himself. This idea serves as a kind of vaccine against the assertion – in whatever form – of ownership of the individual by others. It neatly dissects those ugsome creatures – “society” and “the public good” and disarms the busybody/control freak/nascent tyrant who claims to “represent” these rhetorical constructs.

                Stand fast!

                • Well said, Eric.
I’ve often thought that political “space” is curved, and the so-called “far right” and the so-called “far left” actually have some things in common. Maybe they meet somewhere on the “Dark Side.”
Dark Side of the Moon, if you like.
Difference being, as you said, that libertarians believe you own yourself, and are responsible for your own actions, whereas lefties believe that “society” (whatever that means) owns you, and must “take care” of you.

          • Yep, they could terminate you for “failure to follow company policy,” or some such. But, looking at it from a corporate P.O.V., it may very well be the case that (at least some) corporate arseholes are puckered by fear of lawsuits. There is something called OSHA, after all.

So, working from home may be a win-win situation. I look for that trend to be a long term result of this craziness

For my own self, rather than have “battles of wits with unarmed persons,” I have chosen to up the ante, by deliberately attempting to provoke fear in the “minds” (or what passes for them) of the “maskerati.”
            1. Full head covering, a.k.a. balaclava, in black, with two small eye holes.
            2. Black t-shirt, long or short sleeve, some with Arabic writing.
            3. Wraparound mirror shades.
            4. Optional black neoprene gloves (concrete placing gloves, halfway to the elbow).
At 5′-11 and >200 lb., it is amusing to watch dweebs scatter in front of me, and have bank manager complain I scared her.
            Good, I say.
Maybe acquire a a silver totenkopf pin as accessory for the forehead of the balaclava, or learn to wrap a shemagh Bedouin style for a change of wardrobe.

          • I too have to wear the damned thing for my job, which I need (if I were closer to retirement I could just quit…). I push back when & where possible, but this can be politically problematic so one has to be careful.

Here’s a tactic: When headhunters contact you, tell them you would only be interested in working for an employer who does not require masks. I made this clear in no uncertain terms to one today. She hasn’t called back. My experience and credentials are impeccable…I wonder why that is?

            • The government destroyed a significant portion of the economy, and many of these jobs are never going to be coming back. This is why the job market is in the toilet. Still the vast majority of plebes will never realize that it was the government who forcefully shut them down, how silly. “It’s because of covid”, my ass. It’s no coincidence that you’ll probably never get a callback with a no-mask basis. Most folks in our shoes will need to continue to do what we need to do in order to hold on to what we’ve got, even at the sacrifice of some of our principles. However, I present the caveat in that if the economic constriction does end up reaching your field and/or if the currency is rendered completely worthless by way of hyperinflation, then you would no longer have anything to lose so all bets would be off….

I keep hoping this is all a nightmare and that I’ll wake up, but when I pinch my arm I only feel real pain….

              • Hi Rich,

The Diaper is just the prequel. If they succeed in getting practically everyone to Diaper then the logic of getting everyone to submit to vaccination is ineluctable. Are you willing to be shot in the arm with whatever they tell you is for your own good? How about the tracking/permission slips sure to come with it?

This is why I won’t Diaper, come what may.

I say that as someone who desperately hopes to avoid a fight; who only wants to love my life peacefully, without harming anyone. But that isn’t enough anymore. In which case, what can one do?

Submit – and feel like the slave you’ve become.

Or do something – by not doing what they say!

            • Hi Publius,

A tactic that may serve is to use their own weapons against them. For example, the Americans with Disabilities Act, which many are using to escape Diapering as customers as well as employees. The ADA prohibits “discrimination” in employment and access on account of a person’s disability – which is not limited to obvious physical handicaps. The really choice thing is that, on account of another federal law – HIPPA – one is not obliged to disclose the “condition” that has disabled you. One can sue an employer or “public accommodation” over ADA/HIPPA “violations.”

The question at hand is whether the fear of lawsuits is enough to counterbalance the lust to virtue signal obedience to the Diapering regime. But it’s certainly worth a try.

              • That opens up a lot of cans of worms in my case, because I have to have an annual physical that proves I can wear a half-face respirator for spraying isocyanate containing paints. If I can wear that, how come I can’t wear a face diaper? Better not to go there.

        • I often wonder if the sheeple will ever get truly sick and tired of this fraud diapering. I mean, they can’t all be masochists? Right? I also often wonder where are all of the ambulance chasers. I mean this could quickly turn into a legal damages panacea for the excessively greedy. What did they used to say? “Greed is Good”

            • Or compensate for their inadequacy in other areas.
              For example:
              https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMlWmg3kfqI
“Pathetic” doesn’t begin to describe this poos bastard’s attempt to throw a baseball.
And now, Tony “Phony Baloney” Fauxci has got his revenge for not *ever* being chosen when the fellas chose up sides for a pickup baseball game.

              • At least Barack Hussein Obama, though he threw like a girl, got the ball near home plate! Dr. Fauxci threw far to the left, just like his politics…

  8. Ditching the diaper at Walmart –
Short answer – calmly, politely say you have a religious or medical exemption (though I personally don’t think you should have to justify jack diddly).

    Ref: https://www.lewrockwell.com/lrc-blog/anti-maskeraid-from-all-over/

    Quote:
Your Role as a Security Guard Providing Mask Screening Services
    – Welcome customers as they approach the entrance to the store.
    – Remind customers of face covering requirements and ask that they comply with local mandates.
    – Remain calm and listen to customers concerns or questions.
    – If a customer expresses that they are not required to wear a face covering due to age, religious beliefs, or health conditions, respond with “I understand” and thank them for shopping with us.
    – If a customer that has not expressed age, religious beliefs, or health conditions refuses to wear a mask, allow them to shop.
    – Alert a member of management that a customer is entering without a mask and without an exception.
    – If police have asked to be notified when this situation occurs, Management will call the police…
    – Never physically engage a customer.
    – Never stop or block a customer from entering the store.
    – Never ask a customer to explain health conditions, religious beliefs, or other reasons for not wearing a face covering.

So in essence, a non-requirement requirement. Just theater.
Pretty sure your can hear a mooing sound wafting through the air in all Walmarts … and pretty much everywhere else, unfortunately.

  9. Speaking of getting played, Bloomberg weighs in with an editorial comment about Tesla’s modest “profit”:

“[Tesla’s] profits are more than accounted for by $1 billion of regulatory credits that Tesla sold to other carmakers during the 12 months to June, including $428 million in the latest quarter.

“It’s only able to earn this income because rivals haven’t gotten their act together yet [sic] on building enough electric vehicles and have to buy credits from Musk’s company to satisfy emissions regulators. Tesla acknowledges this good fortune won’t last forever.”

    ————

So now, in the hive mind of woke journalists, not producing “enough” EVs means “not having your act together” … and paying a billion dollars tax to Citizen Elon at dotgov gunpoint.

This year, President Trump relaxed the tightening of federal carbon dioxide emission [sic] standards. But the gov-subsidized EV scam plays on, side-by-side with the ethanol scam, which at least incentivizes the corn lobby to help keep IC-engined vehicles on the road.

Should DemonRats take control of the Senate (never mind the presidency), one can easily imagine them doubling down on “regulatory credits” and channeling even more ill-gotten loot to fine corporate citizens such as Prophet Elon and his wunderkind little brother Trevor Milton of Nikola.

Too bad nobody can name yet another electric vehicle company after Tesla’s wife — he didn’t have one.

But he once claimed he fell in love with a pigeon. He developed an unusual relationship with a white pigeon which used to visit him every day. “I loved that pigeon as a man loves a woman, and she loved me.”

No doubt Tesla’s white pigeon could make a deposit on a Nikola truck, if it actually existed.

  10. I think I’d be more inclined to listen to these experts if they’d just say three simple words:

    “We don’t know.”

We don’t know how the virus is spread, but we have a few hypotheses.

We don’t know why some people respond to some therapies and some don’t.

We don’t know why some people can have the antibodies and no symptoms.

There’s no shame in not knowing about something new that comes along. It happens all the time. We never could even see a virus until IBM put one under an electron microscope in the 1980s. Now everyone is afraid of admitting they’re not Dr. Kildare and this story won’t be tied up in a neat plot twist in the third act. Fauchi, you need to show some humility and admit that you’re not a god and I’ll start to listen.

And that goes double for that bureaucrat Cuomo too. Now he’s defining what counts as food to determine the difference between a bar and a restaurant. Chicken wings? No, I’m sorry, that’s not food. Deli sandwich? Now that’s food.

    • Isn’t it nice that the goobs and their “scientists” know everything there is to know about everthing? They always have the perfect answers for everything… and they themselves are PERFECT, they’re perfect moral angels, surely better and smarter than all the peasants. Our leaders, our bosses, our owners, THEY decide everything for us, because they’re always PERFECT. They always have the PERFECT speeches for everything too.

      • In 1906, the National Weather Service said they knew everything there was to know about the weather. Just days before a hurricane hit Galveston and killed 8000 people. The Cuban weather service warned the NWS that there was a particularly severe hurricane on the way, which was ignored by the NWS.

A few years earlier, a noted physicist named Simon Newcombe was watching the Wright brothers fly airplanes at Kitty Hawk. “Look at those men, they think they can fly airplanes. What a waste of time”.
