Election Day Diaper Report (Part I) 11/2/21

Today is the day.

Selection Day, here in the state of Virginia where I live. On the touchscreen is Republican offering Glenn Youngkin, who seems preferable to the Woke Authoritarian Leftist Terry McAuliffe.

WAL is the party that replaced the Democrat Party sometime after the ‘Rona hysteria erupted and which has become the rallying hysteria of the WAL, along with encouraging confused adolescent boys to “identify” as adolescent girls, in order to sexually assault them in the girl’s bathroom at government schools.

Anyhow, I will touch the screen for Youngkin for the same reason I’d drink from the creek than the toilet if those two were the only options for a drink. Youngkin may prove to be better than he looks.

McAuliffe is certain to be worse than he looks.

So in the spirit of buying some time – not a bad thing when the world is collapsing – I will venture down the road to the local elementary school to touch the screen. And without effacing my face.

Which brings up the subject of this report.

The school – it is a government school – forces the inmate children who are forced to attend to efface their faces. If they refuse, they are suspended – which is frankly a get-out-of-jail card I would play, were I a youth prisoner of this Gulag Archipelago for the under-18.

But I am a full grown man and not worried about being suspended. Will they attempt a Diapering, it being a government school? The government having decreed that Diaper-wearing is mandatory within?

I know a man who was barred from entering another school in the same county, where a school board meeting was under way. This man wished to speak his mind regarding the WAL’s “critical race” theory and also the equally interesting “theories” regarding sexually fungibility.

Which by the way are theories in the way that politicized “science” is science.

The word (“theory”) is used scientifically to denote a postulation that has objective evidentiary support; it is still open to challenge – via contrary facts – but a theory is considered probably true because there is sound reason for so considering.

The WAL’s positions on sexual fungibility and “critical” race are more like religious hypotheses. In the same sense as geocentrism. They are asserted – forcefully – with questioning forcefully suppressed. That being the opposite of what a theory is, in the scientific usage of the word.

But we get the political-religious usage – of a piece with the use of “cases” as metrics of a “pandemic.”

Before this “pandemic,” a “case” meant an individual under medical care, who stood a good chance of dying absent medical care. Put another way, someone seriously sick. By that measure, there is no “pandemic” because almost everyone isn’t seriously sick and the bulk of the “cases” reported were nothing more than positive test results – on a test jiggered to produce as many positive results as possible.

By the standard used to define this “pandemic,” there is also a “pandemic” of overgrown toenails.

Regardless, fomented hysteria has made people afraid and many of them feel better if they were a disgusting, schnott-suffused “mask” over their face – in the manner of an anxious child clinging to a special stuffed animal that makes him feel better. The anxious child, however, lacks the power to force the adults in his vicinity to also cling to stuffed toys – whereas the children of the WAL do, or think so.

I am going to find out about this in just a few hours from now, after I do my weekly radio show with Bryan Hyde and head out to the school down the road to tap the screen for creek rather than toilet water.

Will there be WAL acolytes there to try to Diaper me, it being a government school? I have no idea but intend to find out. Whatever happens – stay tuned for Part II – I will not be Diapered, certainly not for the sake of drinking creek rather than toilet water.

However, this is not a school board meeting. It is Election Day and as depressing as it is to have no other choice than creek or toilet water, exercising that choice is a constitutional right – period.

It cannot lawfully be denied on religious grounds, which is what this Diaper-wearing thing is just as much as the wearing of holy undergarments is for Mormons and the yarmulke for the orthodox Jew. With the difference being that neither insist I wear their religious devices in a public setting, as the condition of exercising a right guaranteed by the Constitution.

I don’t expect any trouble. There wasn’t any last time. Just one fearful old bag at the desk – obese, of course – who proffered the filthy rag. Which I not-nicely declined. Not-niceness being obligatory when confronted with evil, even if the person confronting you believes they are on the side of the angels. So did the people who Sig Heiled their Fuhrer.

I react to the Diaper the way a Jewish person should react to the armband, for they represent the same thing.

I told the obese Diaper-peddler: “I don’t wear those filthy things.” Not prefaced by “sorry” – because I’m not.

I’m angry.

We’ll see how it goes this time. Stay tuned for the report!

. . . .

(Update!)

I successfully drank from the creek rather than the toilet! No overt attempt was made to Diaper me, though there were lurid (large, red) signs outside of the polling place stating that “Diapers (masks) Preferred.”

Well, not by me!

Sadly, almost everyone else was Diapered and I even overheard one man ask whether “masks” were required – which got me to thinking why it is that so many people still Diaper, even in the absence of “mandates.” They are so used to it – so beaten down by it – that they assume they must Diaper and will continue to Diaper or incline toward it, unless someone actually tells them – hey, you don’t have to wear the stupid Holy Cloth over your face anymore.

I told the man that – on my way out.

I wasn’t able to do much about the people inside, almost all wearing their vestments. But just as I was about to leave – at the last station of the cross, where you insert your ballot to be scanned (no touchscreens, this time) the old man who was supervising began speaking, even though I hadn’t.

He told me he felt like he was back in time, after the big war, when they walked soldiers through the camps to see what had happened… and that he felt like it was happening again. I commiserated with him for a bit and then left, no filthy rag having touched my face.

Not once. Not ever.

Never again.

  1. While, I was happy with the results of the Virginia gubernatorial election this past Tuesday. I’m not optimistic, we did dodge a bullet but not because he was good candidate, he was just less evil than the other guy.

Youngkin’s surprise comeback can be attributed solely to the freak occurrence of the issue of critical race theory arising at just the right time in just the right place to swing just enough votes his way. Terry McAuliffe made the mistake of clearly articulating the progressive views that parents have no say in the education of their children or in the selection of textbooks. A single issue, that he may decide to fight once in office, or slow track it to some “underling”

Will Youngkin keep his campaign promises (doubtful) and take on critical race theory in schools? And even if he does, how many RINO’s like Mitt Romney/John McCain were elected and will sit in this upcoming 51-49 “R” slim majority legislative session

Roughly half of Virginia voters apparently have no problem with their kids’ schools operating as racist indoctrination centers. Some of this apathy could be that parents really didn’t know before Louden events and CRT became more public.

To the extent that future elections still have any lingering ramifications for the voters, the Left will use whatever 10PM “wins” to their advantage, but this is mainly for show. They will continue to attribute any and all losses to racism or voter ignorance, spend a day or two ranting and flapping their arms about it, and then continue to plow full steam ahead with their agenda as if nothing happened. The message of the Left is: Attack on all fronts. Attack, attack, and attack some more. Double down. Triple down. Attack as hard as you can and don’t ease up. Don’t budge an inch. The radical leftists were proud to announce that they will increase the amount of CRT, social justice, and BLM educational materials in classrooms across America, including Virginia. (https://lockesociety.org/educators-double-down-on-crt-after-youngkin-victory)

CRT and ‘social justice’ initiatives are already in your child’s classroom. This is true regardless if your child goes to a public, private, or charter school… ‘Social justice’ and CRT (DEI, SEL, CR-S, etc)are built into almost every professional organization that provides exceptional teacher training, professional development, and resources.” Its now afflicting the Boy Scouts of America

    • Hi damion,

I agree with your post in its entirety. Youngkin was the lesser of two evils, but if we are able to retrieve any ounce of our freedoms back it is a start.

The libs overplayed their hand by painting parents as the bad guys. This gave the Republicans an opening which now portrays the Left as anti parent. When I began homeschooling my children (2012) the US average was about 3.3% of all children. It increased to 5.4% in 2019 and was now 11.1% for the previous 2020-2021 school year. I am projecting it will be about 16% for 2021-2022.

As parents become more disenfranchised with the public school system they will look at alternative methods of educating, with homeschooling showing the greatest potential because of its affordability. Private schools are expensive and the classrooms can only hold so many students.

As Americans try to regain the freedoms that have been withheld from them expect a resurgence in parents being more involved on what their children are learning. This does not favor CRT or the indoctrination of our youth.

  2. Everyone should listen to this man Eric! After we take over all the TV airwaves, we’ll put Eric on TV alot. Maybe he’d be willing to have his own talk show.

  3. One way in which a “win” via electing the Less Bad Candidate is inferior to a “win” via ignoring these creeps is that when the LBC is elected, there is sure to be a nasty backlash from people on the bigger-government side.
It happened with Trump, and I suspect it would have happened even if a real small-government candidate like Ron Paul had been elected. Demagogues on the bad side yelp about how we’ll be stepping over bodies in the street, and the next election goes back the other way, only even further.
In my mind, the only way to eliminate these swings back and forth (which always seem to go forth much more than back) is to change hearts and minds so eventually most people will ignore politicians except to laugh at them. With ignoring comes disobedience, and with disobedience comes liberty.

    • Roland, there really are no swings- The only differences over the last 100+ years have been in words (So as to create a pluralistic system which gives the illusion of a two-party system in which each side is supposedly opposed to the other), while the only differences are in the smallest matters which TPTB couldn’t care less about- such as cultural and social issues. And while the people squabble over such “issues” the actual agendas set forth by the global controllers are advanced and maintained by each administration- regardless of who the front man is, or what party they represent.

      Same wars.
      Same welfare.
      Same expansion of tyranny.

Trump was billed as the biggest and most different thing to come along in any of our lifetimes. How’d that work out? Other than by believing the lies he spoke, how could one differentiate him from GWB, BHO or anyone else? Same stimuluses; same raping of the Mid-East; Same felating of Israel and the banksters…and to top it all off: The ushering in or medical martial law.

They don’t care who we vote for- they just want to put on a show to keep us pacified, and create controversy to keep us participating and distracted while they do the same-old.

      • Hi Nunz,

There is a difference – as regards Trump. It’s just not intentional! His election – and what happened after – awakened a new movement in this country. I can feel it. The birth was difficult but the “baby” is gathering strength. Trump – without intending to – has served as John the Baptist figure. Biden has played his role, too.

The next “election” will be very different, I expect.

      • Morning Nunz!
Yes, I’m afraid my comment was not the best: it implies there have been significant “swings,” which of course there have not been. The main difference with Trump was style: he was crude and un-presidential, which made him fun to watch at times and created the illusion that he was sticking a thumb in the eye of the established powers.
I suppose the point that I tried unsuccessfully to make is that any time there is the slightest hint – real or imagined – of cutting anything, it triggers a tsunami in the other direction. If a fake like Trump can set this off, I wonder what the result of a Ron Paul presidency would have been. Maybe we would be in a much worse predicament than we are now.

  4. “America would like to have more choices but the Republicans and Democrats have gotten together, colluded in essence, to keep competition out. If we did that in the private sector, people who did it would be in jail. But it’s almost impossible to get third party movements going now in America because the Republicans and Democrats have rigged the rules.”

    Richard Viguerie author: “Conservatives Betrayed”

My response to the above – I vote against all incumbents, excluding the very rare Ron Paul type. One term in, and out – “get a real job”.

    • Morning, libertyx –

Viguerie is right, of course. But we do what we can with what we have until we have something better. Short and long-term thinking. I see this much as I would the restoration of an old car. Focus on one thing first. Then the next thing. Eventually, you get somewhere. Hopefully!

      • Greetings Eric,

EP: “But we do what we can with what we have until we have something better”
Agree, I ran for office and hold an elected position here in Florida- it’s your turn… 🙂

        • Hi liberyx,

Yeah, I hear you. One thing I have considered (because my county is hiring) is part-time work as a sheriff’s deputy. However, I am stalled by the thought of taking money from anyone and I absolutely will not wear a “mask,” ever.

          • Eric, how could you possibly do that? Drug arrests; traffic stops; unlawful searches/entering/kidnapping, because some judge signed a warrant that doesn’t meet the conditions set forth in the BOR…DUI/safety checkpoints?

I saw a vid about this pig from NY who somehow grew a conscience, and decided to try to work for a sheriff’s office in a small town in N. FL after becoming a Libertarian. He last 2 months before getting fired for not meeting his quotas [which ‘don’t exist’ of course 😉 ] because he wouldn’t participate in the above, and it took them that long to realize it by looking at his evaluation numbers- Most places if the sheriff had an IQ above 6, you’d probably be out in a week.

Can’t change the system by working within it here any more so than you could have in Hitler’s Germany.

            • Exactly, Nunz!

That’s why I thought about it briefly. I’d never involve myself in such (e.g., “Drug arrests; traffic stops; unlawful searches/entering/kidnapping, because some judge signed a warrant that doesn’t meet the conditions set forth in the BOR…DUI/safety checkpoints?”).

              So I haven’t!

I might consider running for some local office, however – in order to get the message out, since it’s doubtful I’d win. But you never know. And if I did, I’d refuse any salary and work full time to dismantle every unconstitutional/immoral power previously exercised!

  5. Hey Eric,

Sorry if a stupid question, but did the old man at the polling station mean that the situation with the masks and the conformity, the beaten-down-ness, and other horseshit reminded him of seeing concentration camps/ a war torn land after WW2?

  6. Whether you believe that voting will improve things or not, one strategy that I hope all libertarians can agree on is to laugh at these ass-clown politicians. Not with old-fashioned Johnny Carson quips, but with relentless, piercing ridicule.
Many of these parasites are completely useless, having never in their lives produced anything that people would voluntarily pay their own money for. Point that out, over and over and over. And let out a loud guffaw every time they open their mouths. It might catch on.

  7. The lesser of two evils was elected. That said, priorities have not changed.

Continue building: your tribe including COMMS (typically patriots’ Achilles Heel), your barter network, your training (solo AND tribal), and of course, self-reliance. Your tribe will be your country.

Lastly, if you’re contemplating moving, do it now.

  8. The latest updates on the “new normal” – chronicling the lies, distortions, and abuses by the ruling class.

“First they came for the grandmas, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a grandma.

Then they came for the marines, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a marine.

Then they came for the kindergartners, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a kindergartner.

    Then they came for me.”

    • Hi Moose,

I don’t believe anyone here is holding up Youngkin as an exemplary citizen. Anyone with as much money and power as he has greased many palms to get there. It takes money to run for elected office and even more money to win elected office….that money comes from somewhere.

I can’t speak for the other Virginians on this board (Eric, cjm, Mike in Stafford, etc.), but I would be very surprised if any of us voted for Youngkin the man. I voted for the lessening of the noose around our necks. I wanted hands off my guns, deregulation of policies that restrict the freedom of choice for individuals and businesses, no masks, no vaccine mandates, and no passports. I don’t need government to save me or even assist me all I ask is that they don’t stand in my way. We have no idea if Youngkin will hold to these promises, but we knew the barrel of the gun we were looking down if McAuliffee was elected….tax hikes, vax mandates, red flag laws, and a further push to divide the state into sects…..the haves and have nots.

      • “I would be very surprised if any of us voted for Youngkin the man.”

Of course not! Y’all voted for Youngkin the Empty Suit!

      • lockdowns are profitable

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said last year via Belarusian Telegraph Agency, BelTA., that World Bank and IMF offered him a bribe of $940 million USD in the form of “C//ov…i,,d Relief Aid.” In exchange for $940 million USD, the World Bank and IMF demanded that the President of Belarus: he refused it, he has more ethics than these other leaders.

        • imposed “extreme lockdown on his people”
        • force them to wear face masks
        • impose very strict curfews
        • impose a police state
        • crash the economy

Overall, the Belarussian approach has been the least authoritarian in Europe. Belarussian football went ahead as normal and fans were allowed to continue attending games. Theatres, cafes, restaurants and other social events continued and there was no shutdown of the economy. Victory Day Parades also went ahead on the 9th May.

England and wales who had lockdowns had more excess deaths per million population than belarus, so belarus had a better outcome without lockdowns.

note: nicaragua is doing great with no lockdowns or masks.

lockdowns don’t work they just destroy the economy, people lose jobs, businesses go bankrupt, the citizens lose all their rights, their life is turned into a nightmare living in a police state

the big corporations owned by the .0001% cabal make way more money, the .0001% get richer. the politicians and their helpers and enforcers get richer through bribes, incentives and bonuses.

the crooked politicians and their helpers took the bribes, if your country has a lockdown the leaders took the bribes.
Some governors were paid 20 million $ to lockdown their states.

Gates and Pharma are finding ways to control people’s health through unelected transnational NGOs which TRY to circumvent our Constitutional rights. money is routed through these NGO’s to crooked politicians

So, Global Canada, an apparently relatively inactive, lightly staffed non-profit, funded by Bill Gates, and run by a World Economic Forum veteran, has taken a its recent grant, and invested it in a new, now heavily promoted, Canada-wide extended lockdown initiative… gates was just in canada to bring more bribe money for more lockdowns, which are happening right now.

How much were politicians), governors, mayors and health officials paid to lockdown, mandate masking etc.? How big is the bonus for the enforcers? How much for forced injection that is coming?
How much is the bonus for businesses, big corporations like walmart to enforce masking?

$940 million for belarus…canada must be worth a billion $ bribe, ask blackface

politicians and their helpers get millions of $ in bribes and maybe offer you a few pennies in ubi to postphone the revolution. while you suffer and go bankrupt.

if you have to suffer through this you might as well make some money….should have been a politician, highest paid job right now, must be nice.

gates has been handing out more bribe money to lock people down.

Potential Generated Crisis #2: Climate Lockdown next…..
more opportunity for huge bribes for politicians and their helpers…….

Another generated crisis could be a Climate Lockdown or some sort of lockdown pitched on the idea that we must all work together to stop an impending climate emergency. This could involve banning red meat, banning people from using gasoline-powered machines or vehicles, and banning air travel.

if you survive the cull….you will own nothing, eat insects, walk everywhere and most important, work for free, this is bringing slavery back, that is the main goal in the entire hoax…slavery returns…. the most profitable business in history…..

It would involve restricting energy use in general. For the average person, the lockdowns were devastating, while for the NWO psychopaths, lockdowns worked very well indeed. From their perspective, why not continue them using a different excuse?

        https://thefreedomarticles.com/crisis-worse-than-covid-coming-potential-generated-crises/

CDC data clearly shows there is no spike in overall deaths from 2019 to 2020 – proof positive that it is a ho….a,,,,x……but…2021
        …after injections deaths increased sharply

      • “I would be very surprised if any of us voted for Youngkin the man.” Spot on, RG. He was an uninspiring candidate, and I expect little good to come from his governorship. At least we are likely to escape (1) state level jab mandates, and (2) state troopers intimidating parents at school board meetings. And we have 4 years to work on the rest of it.

By the way, just as encouraging as the governor’s race was the fact that the Republicans gained a majority in the House of Delegates. Not that having Republicans in charge of anything is in itself a great thing, but with the legislature split it will be hard for any new legislation to pass. And THAT is a good thing.

  9. Up in NY, I too had to vote in a government indoctrination camp, colloquially the elementary public school. It too was plastered with “must mask” signage everywhere, but since the kids aren’t allowed to be in the buildings during voting (for their safety or course).

This policy preceded the plan-demic and was posited around the irrational fear of an adult entering the school to shoot it up or kidnap random kids.

I entered maskless, and many voters did have masks on, but none really wearing them correctly, even if they actually worked. I noticed the School Security guard who was also maskless and smiled at him. Nothing was said, then when others noticed him and I were maskless and nothing was said, others started to take off their mask or make them chin-diapers.

I am sure this is typical behavior when the School Union “karen’s” aren’t waiting to report the school employed maskless. The Union Stewards probably weren’t working that day to rat them out.

  10. Good for you, Eric.
I respect your opinion, but I would put that “I Voted” sticker in the same place I’d put a face rag if somebody handed me one.

  11. Don’t need no stinkin’ selection.

Youngkin can challenge Mcauliffe to a duel, McAuliffe can challenge Youngkin to a duel, settle it the old-fashioned way, out in the woods at ten paces each.

Two bullets is all it would take, not millions of phony baloney ballots. Well, they could use rubber bullets, then the loser wouldn’t be subject to dying, just lose the race for the governor’s office with a good-sized welt on the sternum.

Phony election, phony duel. It could work! har

You will save a lot of time and money, the masses can stay home and do something useful for themselves. Voting is a waste of time for everybody at this juncture. It doesn’t do any good for anybody.

I suppose millions of votes one way or the other does prevent a lot of violence.

Hey, there is humor in anything, there is also corruption in anything.

    • Hi drump,

Looks like Youngkin won, so we’ll be spared McAuliffe! Yes, I’m happy this morning. Not because I regard Youngkin as an avatar of freedom but rather because it means I won’t have to look at that buck-toothed donkey McAuliffe for the next several years.

  12. Managed to vote for the orange man last November without the diaper in a Democrat controlled county (though a otherwise Republican state) with no problems.

Diapers are few and far between here in Indiana (outside of a couple public school districts). Almost no one is wearing them in public. In the last two months the private high school I work at has exactly one case of covid. Just one in spite of the fact, almost no one is wearing masks here. Its been a non issue, we have removed all the covid crap too. Some of the public high schools around us, which require masks, have had lots of cases. Weird huh?

Changes quite a bit just crossing into Illinois which is strange. Lots more masking, much more covid too……

    • Amen, Mister!

It was hard to sit down at my desk this morning; I was certain – almost – that my day would begin with a screen pic of that buck-toothed donkey Jacobin in a sea of Face-Diapered Northern Virginia WALs. Thank God!

      Perhaps there is one…

  13. I looked at a Virginia results by county map in Fox News. The home of my ancestors is divided into counties that are:

    majority carpetbaggers
    majority black population
    carpetbagger and indoctrinated college towns
    Normal people

Thank god for the normal people.

    • ‘Terry McAuliffe, who did not concede defeat in his brief remarks, will not be speaking again tonight, an aide said.’ — NYT

‘Hillary … what do I do now?

‘I’m so dreadfully sorry I failed you.

‘If you choose to excise my manhood and conscript me into your elite eunuch palace guard … it’s your divine right, my queen.’

      • I expect to hear that Putin/Nazis stole the election for Youngkin any minute now.

Listening to NPR the other morning (know thine enemy) they were bemoaning “Trump’s lies” about election fraud last year and that no fraud exists in our electoral system so all these new “Red State” laws to “fix” the process are racist, etc. I wonder how they’ll spin Bucky’s Defeat.

  14. With 31% of votes in, incumbent NJ governor Murphy (D) has an 0.3% lead over challenger Jack Ciattarelli (R).

That’s a far cry from the average 8 percent lead for Murphy reported in recent polls.

Once again — as in Trump’s victory over Hitlary in 2016 — the MSM’s polls have been weaponized to convince dissenters that resistance is hopeless.

But the reality is quite otherwise. People are sick and tired of D-party tyranny.

    • Now, with 55% of votes in, Ciatterelli (R) has a 3.4% lead over Murphy (D).

Looks like the Slimes was just making shit up about earlier results coming from Republican districts.

Even if the Newark/Elizabeth/Jersey City/Paterson/Trenton/Camden fix arrives at 3 am to tilt the scales the other way, the public intent was clear.

  15. Always amazed that something that is “so important” as an election could be counted in a few hours after the polls are closed. Of course this is done for the media so they can play up the counting like it’s Tuesday Night Football. There’s no need for it and I’d much rather the election board take their sweet time counting to make sure they get it right the first time.

    • For the MSM to ‘call’ elections is as bogus as you or me impersonating a police officer. Lock them up!

As 9 pm eastern time approaches, with 64% of the vote in, Youngkin leads 55% to 44%.

It would take some major-league fraud to demolish that margin with the remaining third of the vote.

      I ‘call’ it for Youngkin.

      Oh, and FJB.

      • Let ten thousand snarkers bloom:

        Matt Walsh
        @MattWalshBlog

‘I want to thank the Loudoun County school board. None of this would have been possible without you. Tonight’s result was your handiwork. Congratulations!’

Hey, Matt … doesn’t Uncle Joe get any credit? He heads overseas for a few days, and you’ve already forgotten him. Sad! 🙁

      • Should be inty-resting if Bumpkin..errr..Youngkin wins. I say he has sights set on a national office, given his former association with the Carlyle Group- a firm which made a good part of it’s business acquiring defense industries- which I suppose is where GY acquired his $440 Million net worth. The Carlyle Group had significant dealings with the Bin Laden family, among others.

The NRA woulde not endorse GY because he refused to fill out a candidate survey to detail his 2A positions. He has called for campus police to be stationed at every school in Virginia.

Yep…a real man of the [Neocon] people….. Methinks that creek is a little polluted.

        • Voters are people who have never quite grasped the concept of “Be careful what you wish for.”

Government is a genie that’s always happy to grant wishes…good and hard. (To butcher Mencken.)

        • Morning, Nunz!

Of course the creek is polluted. The question is whether the water is potable at all. Some time was purchased yesterday, I think. I hope. Most of all, the result shows that WAL is not ascendant.

          • Eric, Eric, Eric,

I would have thought that you would have learned after Trump.

Sure, on a superficial level it is great that Hitler beat Stalin….but is such a victory anything more than slightly signatory? Youngkin, like Trump or just about any other politician is just playing the Republican part- but it should be clear from just a casual perusal of his career, that he is really no more concerned with liberty than any other pol. This is just the natural progression in his career, and I’m sure that he represents the interests of the Beltway and the defense industry rather than those of the people who voted for him. As they say, “follow the money”.

Better than McAuliffe? Sure. Will it make any practical difference? I don’t think so. It is not until people realize that their salvation is not in voting (Especially for the usual suspects who are backed by the rich and powerful, who make their fortunes off of wars, taxes and tyranny) and actually STOP PARTICPATING and take back dominion over their own lives, that anything remotely positive can occur. If Libertarians have yet to learn this lesson, all hope is lost for the average schmoe.

            • Nunz,

How does one take dominion over their own lives when the very politicians that are voted in make that impossible? Would it have been better if 25% of Virginians didn’t vote and McAuliffe won? He then could have forced more money out of our pockets, shutdown the freedom of parents to educate their children, and forced a wide spread vaccination campaign throughout the state. Should the typical citizen continue to live in fear that Uncle Sam will come to our door and confiscate our guns?

I am familiar with the four boxes of liberty: the soapbox, the ballot box, the jury box, and the ammo box. Those in VA and NJ practiced the ballot box last night. Should we have jumped straight from soap to ammo? Whose freedom should we be dying for? Those that do not wish to change anything?

Do you honestly believe that they will leave us alone as government becomes more authoritarian? How did that work out for the Kulaks? Apparently, minding one’s own business did not help them. Show me anytime in history where one sat back, did nothing, and how it worked in their favor.

              • Excellently said, RG!

I was discussing the election with someone who has essentially Nunz’s and FP’s view. I asked them why not do everything possible to further liberty by acting to forestall tyranny? Is Youngkin ideal? Heck no! But he is not the point. By rejecting the Donkey, a message was sent – and affirmation given that people – lots of people – do not want the Donkey. This is positive. The Donkey would have been worse than negative. It is probable we’d be facing something not peaceful, soon. If that can be avoided, I’m for it. It may still come, but better to have time to get ready for it – and best of all, to convince enough people that such a thing could lead to a thing far worse than most of us can imagine.

                • Hi Eric,

I think last night’s election in VA and NJ kept us out of a deadly situation. I truly believe if there was another tampering of the ballots someone would have gone off and the Civil War that many of us hope to avoid would have started.

Fairfax County did not stand by their deadline of 8 PM to report the absentee ballots. All of a sudden there were news reports of the thumb drives (that held the vote counts) were erased and they had to rescan 20K votes….sure they did. Due to the great turnout yesterday it didn’t matter. Turnout was high for those that voted red and low for those that voted blue. The absentee votes in Fairfax were insignificant because Youngkin already had enough votes that the Democratic stronghold was not needed in trying to save the McAuliffe campaign.

                  • And mark my words, GY is going to end up in some cabinet position or head some ‘agency’ in a soon-coming R admin. I say he’s being advanced for that very reason by all of his warmonger associates. Watch him become an instant sweetheart, and how the ‘patriotism’ card will be rolled out……

                    • McAwful as “Clinton bagman” keeps getting stuck in my head. Like how people always said DJT was better than Hillary Clinton and we all know what happened under his watch. The deceivers know sequels, the familiar, particularly with the same villain (Friday the 13th, Part 666 now showing), resonate with people. I don’t know much about this Youngkin and it’s not my state, but from the little I do know, I get the sense he is being maneuvered into position for something.

                    • Hi Anon,

DJT’s problem was his thin skin and his inability to see people as they truly are. His defeat was not caused by the Left, but his own ego. Also, he hired and kept on inadequate people whose purpose was not to better the lives of American citizens, but their own personal pocketbooks which usually tied to the needs and wants of the Swamp.

One would think that a man who has been in business and worked with thousands of people over the years would have hired the “best people for the job”, but he didn’t and that cost him.

The good news is DJT has lost the trust of his supporters (oh, there are a few out there still rah rahing, but their number is now insignificant). He will not run in 2024.

                • Mornin’ Eric,
**”I asked them why not do everything possible to further liberty by acting to forestall tyranny?”**

I wish people would do that. (Voting for Swamp cronies who don’t give a rat’s patoot about liberty, but are rather just interested in advancing their own careers and wealth, and that of their associates, is NOT doing that- though some think it is, just because the actors mouth the words required by the part- but I was under the impression that we knew better.)

This is no different than cheering because GWB or DJT won. How’d those work out? Was it better than __x__ ? Maybe in image- but in reality it made zero difference- and actually likely made things worse because all of flag-wavers cheered while failing to notrice that their guys not only did nothing to beat back tyranny- but actually greatly increased it- only such tyranny was more tolerable in their eyes when their guy did it, because it was done in the name of ‘national security’ with thanks to the ‘heroes’ instead of in the name of queers and abortionists.

All hail Hitler because he only killed 6 million[sic] instead of that monster Stalin’s 60 million!

                  • Nunz,

What are your thoughts on the truck driver in NJ who spent $5K of his own funds to run the NJ State Senate President out of town? Is the truck driver not worthy of a vote? He is one of us. Never ran for office. No political ties. Just a man sick of the way that his state is operating. Personally, I would vote for this guy all day long. He is at least wiling to chance the way the system.

                    • THAT is very interesting and encouraging, RG! Dunno what the truck driver stands for or whether he can actually make any difference…but that’s about the most encouraging thing to happen in an election in our lifetimes!

But remember…ultimately, the people all around us, even the ones we can identify more with, ultimately would not tolerate liberty or any attmpts to truly repeal all of th tyranny- they just want tyranny that they can be comfortable with and tolerate- as opposed to liberty.

                  • Hi Nunz,

Much as I like black and white, we’re often stuck with shades of gray. This race amounted to just that. Youngkin isn’t going to do everything we’d like. But I like that he is likely to not do the things the Clinton Donkey promised he would have.

So, yeah, I’ll vote for that.

                    • Hi Eric!

Ahh…the same words used in support of the Donald. Yep…they seem more tolerable and use words that sometimes make us cringe less…but in reality, we are always just as bad off after their terms as we would have been under anyone else’s. It’s theater, it doesn’t matter (And neither do our votes…except that if we vote, we are participating in the highest sacrament of the religion of democracy, and giving our consent).

              • Hi RG,
**”How does one take dominion over their own lives when the very politicians that are voted in make that impossible? “**

Exactly. And when even Libertarians participate in voting them in, it doesn’t help. The way people take back their lives is to stop PARTICIPATING. Stop working within the system, where one has to continue to fund the very system which oppresses them; stop sendng one’s kids to their schools, stop filing forms and using government services, etc.

It seems that with asses like Biden and Northscam around, more people are alienated from the system and start to realize that non-participation is the only true option.

Get a sizeable number of people to drop out, and we become a force to be reckoned with; something -one thing- which can not be controlled by them.

But when they elect other tyrants who just speak more pleasant words, those who might drop out are lulled into staying put….but the tyranny is not rolled back- if anything, it is increased (No matter who is elected)- It is just couched in terms that sound better to more sensible people.

Just as with DJT. Supposed to be the great outsider and cleaner up of swamps, and investigator of vaccine manufacturers…..but of course, none of that materialized (it never does) and instead, we lost more liberty under his regime than even under Obozo’s or GWB’s.

**”I am familiar with the four boxes of liberty: the soapbox, the ballot box, the jury box, and the ammo box. “**

The first three sound more like the boxes of democracy. If one participates in democracy, one gets democracy, not liberty.

No, it is largely too late for the ammo box, and I agree- one can not fight for those who don’t want to change- only against them. I have a feeling more would change though, as we rapidly approach the point where the heat is getting too high for a good number of folks- but sadly, those folks don’t realize that voting for Republican tyrants is little better than voting for Democrap tyrants- but at some point, maybe enough of them will realize that it is best just to be left alone, and to leave others alone.

Libertarians, of all people, should realize this. Why participate in their system and thus consent to it and further it? If we can not even stop participating, what hope is there for others? Thus I see helping to elect tyrant crony-capitalist representatives of the moneyed elite who cajole those who may have at least some things in common with us into being pacified as just perpetuating the system- just as the Massholes did years ago when they elected Mittens as therir governor and got state level socialist healthcare and host of other liberal social programs, so that if one looks back and blacks the column that says D or R, one would think Massoftwoshits has had nothing but a string of liberal D gov.s.

It’s like how some relatives of mine loved DJT, -including my mother. It’s as if they were whipped into a frenzy, thinking that the country could be saved if the R’s just keep winning. It really took me hammering at the facts to get at least some of them to realize the obvious (Namely, my mother, who took down her autographed Trump picture, and one niece…who still kinda doesn’t get it)- but most are still totally lost, because they fall for the Hegelian dialectic being played out, as we lose more and more liberties- to the point where there are just about none left to lose.

As long as they can keep up the charade of D vs. R, nothing will ever change for the better- and here we are as we are sliding into the globalist’s wet dream of world government….and it didn’t matter one iota that an R was at the helm when the first big shove was made…and now the D9ick0 continues along the same path..as will the next player- be he D or R- and as any real news or discourse has largely disappeared as the flu and election-related crap seem to fill 90% of the media now- even the alt media.

tl;dr: It’s too late for all that…stop hoping in lies.

                • I would say Nunz you already have your wish. There are approximately 331 million people in the United States. As of the 2020 Census, 239 million of them were eligible to vote. In the 2020 Presidential election 159 million voted, which is the highest percentage of voting for a President on record.*

*There may be some dead people included in this equation. My paternal grandfather was a staunch Republican his whole life before passing in 2020, he may have voted Democrat for the first time last November though.

This is the equivalent of 66% of the eligible (not just adult) population. One could counter that your wish of 34% of the population not wanting to have a say in the direction of the country should have made the oligarchy stand back and state “We need the rest of America to vote. Why aren’t 34% of eligible Americans not voting?”

I don’t know about you, but I have not yet to hear anyone crying about the missing voters who do not wish to participate. Actually, I would say the Democrat and Republicans Parties love people who don’t participate, because they are much easier to control.

Of course, with a 1/3 of Americans not wanting to participate this just allows the 54% who pay nothing in income taxes and TPTB that wish to do us harm a wider range of tyrannical controls to implement. Those that live off of the government teat will always be wiling to vote for those that supply their milk.

As you claim for me to “stop hoping in lies” I can only hope that you stop living in the illusion that they will not come for you.

                  • Hi RG,
**”I can only hope that you stop living in the illusion that they will not come for you.”**

Oh, I can assure you that I have no such illusions! Which is one of the reasons I advocate dropping out of their economy and pretty much all aspects of civic life- and even physically leaving these shores. The noose is tightening, and no matter who you vote for, it never loosens but just keeps getting tighter- and will continue to do so until we are choked out, because we live amongst a people who no longer value liberty- nor even realize what liberty is. No matter who wins, we lose. One candidate may sound better than the other…but watch what they do.

I can’t bel;ieve that the lessons learned from GWB and Trump are so soon forgotten. Not that it makes any difference, because there was no viable alternative.

        • It’s horrifying Nunz, picture 1 and picture 2 are literally the same picture with the same villains behind both puppets, and what they’ve done by planting these guys in office while razzle dazzling everyone with ballots and elections is just gonna get people even more complacent than they were, cuz this is what they always do, apply pressure, let off when they holler, and then sneak it in anyway while they’re distracted with the next crisis. This event ain’t anything to sleep easier over

          • Hi Moose,

What’s your solution to the issue? What should libertarians and others unhappy with the system do if the ballot box is no longer a form of discord?

            • The solution is simple. Getting enough to participate, not so much. If NO ONE voted, that would be the end of it. They would have no legitimacy. So, what you, among others do is vote in self defense. To keep your neighbors from voting themselves your property. To keep them from voting what you are allowed to do, and not allowed. Voting against your neighbors, instead of convincing them to stop voting against you. As I said, not so easy.

              • Hi John,

You and I are both aware that people will always vote in their own self interest. What you are alluding to with never happen. I see no other recourse, but to continue to wipe out my neighbor’s vote.

              • How long though before they stop craving the legitimacy of the ceremony? If they cared about the legitimacy of voting they would not do the opposite of what they said upon reaching office. Let’s say they never stop caring and need the affirmation of a ceremony.

If voter turnout dropped to a very low level, say 5% of the population or heading there what is more likely, reform to increase their legitimacy, compulsory voting, or getting rid of voting entirely? I would say 0%, 75%, 25% respectively. I may be overly generous to getting rid of voting.

The vast majority of those in government lack the self reflection necessary to respond to a voting crisis with any other tool than force. Compelling people to vote or else being the more likely result.

                • Better yet, Brent, why don’t Americans vote and refuse to allow incumbency? Why we continue to vote the same people back in again allows them to become career politicians living off of the rest of our dimes. If the individual cannot achieve what they have promised in the 2 years, 4, years, or 6 years they have been there kick their asses out.

The public cries about term limits, but we all have a say in it. We need to stop thinking our representative is the exception. They are all the same. One and done, I say. Let’s move onto to the next person.

                  • Because people by and large love tyranny. They love its promises and what it delivers to them. The incumbents are the most likely to deliver the plunder.

Here in the people’s republic of illinois politicians on the state and federal levels remain for decades so long as they deliver the appropriate scraps to the voters or some political rival or enemy doesn’t take them out with criminal charges, scandals, etc. I assume it is like that in most places.

  16. I voted in Stafford County this morning. No face mask and no hassles. The poll workers had their faces diapered, but only 10-15% of the voters did.

I don’t think for a minute that voting will derail the train of tyranny. My hope in casting defensive votes is to slow down the trend while we attempt to win the battle of ideas. That might be a faint hope, but there are encouraging signs.

  17. Somebody once called the Repubs and Dems two wings of the same bird of prey. While I generally agree with this, one thing we’ve learned over the past 18 months is that your individual freedom is markedly affected by whether your state governor has an R or D after his name.

While the Repubs are dirt bags, I find I can live with them (and seemingly more so recently as they appear to have eased uo on the pro war-on-drugs, pro-anything police and pro-war stance of the past). The Dems, on the other hand, have gone full totalitarian.

    • Are you ignoring Maryland (Triple Chinned Hogan ), Massachusetts (Too Tall Deval), and New Hampshire (Sneaky Sununu )?

      Need I advert to examples?

      1. All bay state executive branch employees must be needle-raped.

      2. All public school matriculants must mask.

      3. All school bus drivers must don a filthy rag.

      Etc., etc., etc.

  18. Some good news from NWFLA. Resistance is building. Folks are voting with action:

Corporate borg propaganda broadcasting equipment in PCB vandalized by single perpetrator and brought down brainwashing signals for a whole day!

    https://www.wjhg.com/2021/11/01/newschannel-7-vandalized-on-air-signal-impacted/

Santa Rosa Beach homeowner flies “trump won” and “lets go brandon” banners, code enforcement threatens fines. Homeowner has hired an attorney to fight for first amendment and property rights.

    https://www.wjhg.com/2021/11/02/santa-rosa-beach-homeowner-flies-trump-banners-code-enforcement-threatens-fines/

Voting is good and all when the games not rigged but the beast must be taken down by a million cuts and mass noncompliance.

  19. Hi Nasir,

Do I think a rebellion will take place? No. Do I hope a rebellion will take place? Yes.

There are a few things that are occurring in this election that have not occurred in previous elections and I am hoping that is portrays a more favorable (or at least fairer) outcome.

    1. The absentee and mail in ballots will be counted first. In previous years, VA always counted these last. There would be a ballot dump around 10 PM and it would skew the results since the red counties (being smaller populations or just that much more organized) would always report first. This way we are going to get out easy. Mail in ballots usually favor the Dems. Get them out early and see if Youngkin can gain ground….otherwise it is an early bedtime for us all.

    2. The Republican poll watchers are outnumbering the Dems 2 out of 3. I guarantee they are all over Fairfax and Richmond.

    3. They were asking for ID at my polling place today. A few people were a bit taken back, but I am glad they are doing it.

    4. We are all expecting them to cheat. Maybe they will throw a curve ball and not really do so. The Dems still hold the VA Senate 55-45 so it isn’t like Youngkin’s agenda (if elected) will get through. This way both parties can hold us up as an exemplary example that voting is “fair” and “your vote matters.”

    • Raider Girl, yes we need rebellion. But don’t hold your breath. Professing patriots have a big dog in the fight but little fight in our dog.

What did we do when the Republicans’ NDAA gutted our Bill of Rights? Jack! Not one shot was fired. That was 10 years ago.

Our failure to understand that Republicans are an enemy of liberty is to have missed the whole lesson of America’s slide into tyranny.

      • Hi Montana,

I hear you. But I also read a lot. Among other things, I read about the way things developed in the colonies over a period of many years as regards the transition from accommodation to revolution. Most people – me among them, I readily admit – would prefer to find a way to peacefully resolve things. To find a way to reach a reasonable accommodation. The problem being that in some cases, this is not possible. But it takes time to finally – resignedly – understand that.

I believe we are not quite there yet. But damn close.

        • Eric, RG, i think ive kindof given up hope at the ballot. I mean its extremely obvious here in the UK where we have Boris Johnson (the conservative) in power, with the opposition being a guy whos from an even deeper part of the swamp (a career human rights lawyer who supports every aspect of the rona con, who came from nowhere to be the leader of the labour party, and oh also happens to be a member of the trilateral commission)….. I dont see any hope we will ever vote our way out of this mess….

        • Eric –

The trajectory of Franklin’s life bears witness to your point.

His position on seceding from the crown was not a sudden transmogrification from loyal colonist to rabid revolutionary; to the contrary, he considered himself an Englishman most of his adult life and he labored tirelessly for WhiteHall to honor the English liberties of its American constituents.

        • Hey Eric!

You have to keep in mind that the colonies were populated by actual human beings who lived in reality- as opposed to today’s two-legged carbon-based life-forms who live in a government-create la-la land with their faces in front of a screen 24/7. No comparison.

People then rebelled over a tiny tea tax. People today pay 50% of their incomes when all is totaled, narc on themselves; will gladly consent to throw you in jail if you don’t do the same, and will vote for even more taxes.
          ________
I have a relative in VA. She voted for the creek too. Said the terlit was only like 8% behind- so I’m assuming that the manipulation was going on even before the votes started coming in, ’cause how could a guy(?) who has to cancel his appearances because he is so unpopular be that close to the creek?! (Or maybe just everyone in NoVa and Richmond votes for the terlit…and the rest of the state doesn’t matter- like in NY. -where the upstaters might as well stay home ’cause every illegal invader will cast his 7 votes for the D.

          • N, you certainly know better than the people rebelled over a “tea tax”. They resisted and boycotted tea, and tax stamps, and lots of other things. The final trigger for active rebellion, was of course gun control- attempting to seize colonial weapons and ammunition at Lexington and Concord.
True, the electoral system beyond small local officials and local issues affecting a few hundred people, is corrupt in almost every aspect. So be it- resist in things great and small and be generally ungovernable.
Most people do NOT pay 50% of their “income” in taxes. They pay far too much, but an awful lot have seceded personally and taken “government” aid rather than work for fascist corporations with their drug tests, masking, and now claiming they somehow have the right to forcibly inject toxins into your veins.

Resistance takes many lovely forms. So an awful lot pay NOTHING in taxes- they get their food, clothing, shelter, and entertainment while adding their weight to the dogpile that will inevitably smother the beast. And then they work for cash for whatever else they want.

Boycotting elections accomplishes nothing. It won’t even be noticed, if everybody boycotts elections TPTB will simply LIE about it.

            • Hey Ernie,
Re the Tea Party: Yes, of course. I agree.

Re 50% taxes: Don’t they? Even if we take those in the lowest federal bracket, add FICA (double that if self-employed!), sales tax, property taxes (5-figures in many places now) all of the “excise taxes” (Gasoline, utility bill, etc.), the cost of tax we pay in prices of goods and services we buy (Ultimately, the customer pays the taxes imposed on the businesses and corporations as a part of the cost of the product or service they provide- including things like inventory taxes, licenses, etc.) State, county and city taxes.

Even those of us who keep our incomes below taxable level…still pay a lot in taxes…most people just don’t notice, as it is taken in dribs and drabs, and or indirectly.

Boycotting elections does accomplish something: Those who do so have realized the futility of trying to reform an unreformable system, and instead of consenting and playing along, become less controllable, as they realize that evading the system is a fairer game than trying to reform it within the bounds of it’s own rules.

THIS [Spreads hands and looks around] is where 200 years of voting has gotten us.

  20. Given that the U.S. and Virginia governments have been waging all-out, merciless war against the populace for nearing two years now…isn’t voting in this election a bit like prisoners of war casting ballots for the position of Staff Sergeant in the work camp?

Rather than drinking from the creek instead of the latrine…this is like voting for Sgt. Schultz over Col. Klink to determine who gets to set your yard-time and ration allotments.

Sergeant Schultz for deputy warden 2021!!!!

    • FP,

You may very well be right, and it may be a waste of our time. Honestly, I don’t dispute that, but when good men (and women) do nothing we cannot expect anything to change. All we can hope is enough like minded people are willing to change the direction that the institution is clearly taking us.

      • But that’s the Devil’s trick here exactly: to get you to dance to His tune, on the rationale that you’re “doing something.” Doing nothing, in this case, is a far better protest than lining up obediently and casting a symbolic ballot in favor of the very demonic mafia oppressing and immiserating you. It’s worse than a “waste of time.” It is an act of genuflection, in which “voters” contribute their own energy and will to the very Machine devouring them. It is an act of surrender and a declaration of acceptance…not so different than the wearing of masks or the taking up of intravenous mutagenic fluid.

Everybody participating in the profane pageant of electoral politics is just a puppet, in a web of puppets all appearing to pull each other’s strings, on a decorated stage of somebody else’s making…of something else’s. It perpetuates the hypnotic momentum of the grotesque illusion of civil society, when really all its participants are inhabitants of a prison-zoo-laboratory. Voters are just pulling a plastic lever inside a Skinner box. Sure, the mad scientists (might) log the data of which dummy lever you pull, but it isn’t connected to anything else! The “results” that will be shown by the TeeVee are already waiting in the hopper, because they are just another episode in an ineluctable Narrative being rolled out without end. The only way out of the play is to genuinely stop playing the role that has been written for you.

        • Hi FP,

I addressed this at length in my recent rant about voting, here: https://www.ericpetersautos.com/2021/10/29/voting/

I disagree with you that voting – to protect rights – is “dancing to his tune.” I understand your position – but it amounts to the same as that of the Mensheviks in pre-Soviet Russia, who walked out of the Duma (legislature) in protest, enabling the Bolsheviks to seize the title – literally – of “majority” and take over the country.

It is not an act of surrender to fight using the tools at hands. I’d rather a rifle than a shovel – but if a shovel is all I can lay my hands on, I will use the shovel. That is what voting against a cretin such as McAuliffe is.

        • FP nails it, it’s a total Skinner Box and we don’t control what comes out of it, just more flavors of govt and propagandized mobs threatening violence against anyone who wants outta their game. It’s a hopeless act

        • Well-said, F_P! As long as it’s “their guy” they can continue full speed ahead with the tyranny- just like Trump saying “Take the guns first, and worry about due process later”, or wanting to vaccinate the population at ‘Warp Speed” via the military….and the same people who normally scream if a D said that, instead continue to cheer and support their R. It seems that it matters little what anyone actually does…just as long as they signal the right virtues via words.

Witness how fast everyone has forgotten about the whole Epstein thing….or the appointing of judges whom they cheered when appointed by Trump- who are now rubber-stamping anything the D’s want to do.

Keep the people busy with these charades, and few will notice what really happens. March ’em to the gas chambers or FEMA camps…and they’ll just say “Just wait till the next election!”.

          • Hiya Nunz!
Good call on Epstein being memory holed; also the so-called Pandora Papers detailing how our overlords hide their money around the world has also fallen off the radar, replaced by the faux outrage over “revelations” from a Facebook “whistleblower”.
Leona Helmsley got it right when she said only the little people pay taxes….except she wasn’t supposed to say that out loud so the PTB had to punish her (and Martha Stewart) to show us serfs what happens if you get out of line.

            • Hey Ya Mike!

Yep, great examples there, re Stewart and Helmsley! But ironically, ‘the people’ remember them, and consider them ‘terrible criminals’.

Re The Clinton crime family and Epstein and all, I think what Trump meant when he said he’d clean up the Swamp, was that he’d sweep the evidence under the carpet!

        • You hold this voting nonsense so dear that you box yourself in being obedient to the rules while the other side is laughing as they look you in the eye and lie. They were plotting how to ignore the rules before the ink was even dry on the Constitution.

    • Hi FP,

No one shares your contempt for politicians more than I. That said, we do what we can with what we’ve got. This does not make us unprincipled or stupid. I am well aware of what’s right – and wrong – and champion right with all my might. But I will also vote when there s a chance that doing so might take some of the wind out of the sails of wrong, as is the case here. It is not that Youngkin is good, mind. But by rejecting McAuliffe (I pray) the people of the state will have in no small way repudiated something very bad.

      • I do not chastise another for voting, but I will make argument against it. Your judgment is not subject to mine. My thanks to you Eric for making this forum available for me to make that argument.

        • My pleasure, John!

I find most of the people who post here to be intelligent, fair-minded people and thus able to converse rather than shout. We don’t have to agree on everything; what a dreary world that would be! I merely hope for common humanity – respect and compassion and empathy for everyone. Live – and let live. That ought to be the sum and total of the law.

          • You have your moments too, like when you make the little green guy in the tiny hat come dancing out to shut down a clover. Haha! I know you have your preferences about style and such when it comes to the rhetoric but these are serious times. The thing for me is that this is a place where men can talk about things like men. Women who can handle that type of thing included, of course. It might get loud or a little nasty at times but none of the modern day queerification applies. ‘Nuff respect due. Keep it up.

  21. Off topic, but apparently I can no longer access the comments page. Is it just me or is it everyone?

What makes this site easy to follow was being able to log in to read via the comments page that most wordpress sites block entirely. Hoping that some flag just got set to default in an update or some such.

      • Odd. I wrote a ‘post’ the other day like I’ve done before, some years ago. If Eric likes them he puts them through to the site. Maybe that broke something for my account, but it’s been a few days.

I’ve found a way in and the edit comments page is now gone from my menu options. very strange.

        • Hi Brent,

We had a “404 error” crash yesterday and were off a couple of hours; my computer guy had to fix/tweak a few things. I’m not sure exactly what. I’ll ask him about the comments thing. Thanks for calling it to my attention!

  22. May the Freedom Fighters win against these Dicktasters

Voted earlier, no rag and took a pic of my ballot to have proof in case there’s any shenanigans, and the canvassers come to see who I voted for.

Either way I’ll have a drink tonight, either to celebrate Jersey being free, or need one if the Dirty Carpet Bagger from Masswholetwoshits wins

    • Good luck, z. Hoping NJ finds it way to the Freedom Fighters.

I plan on having the margarita blender going full force between 7 PM until about midnight. I am going to need a drink one way or the other.

  23. Godspeed Eric!

    Screw their holy rag.

Isn’t this absurd that this is even a thing? I mean if someone were to have written this was going to happen 2 years ago they’d think you were insane.

And now they’re all insane.. Clown World.

  24. Eric – they say its going to be a close race…. I wonder whos counting the votes (hopefully not dominion). Well best of luck reaching the creek….

    • Thanks the for the kind words, as always, Mister Liberty!

I just got back – and voted without Diapering. Some interesting news to report; I’m uploading a video… stay tuned…

  25. If club-footed Dr Goebbels were still around, he’d probably be executive editor of the New York Slimes. Today that paper’s frayed-collar flacks have truly outdone themselves, in a way that would make old Joe proud.

In an article about the UK’s persistently high covid ‘case’ rate (ranging from 400 to 700 per million since July), the ‘paper’ proposes reasons for the UK’s plight. Number one on the list … wait for it … ‘Not enough vaccinations.‘ No, really, I couldn’t make this up!

And the second reason? ‘Waning immunity.

Now ‘waning immunity’ might seem to directly contradict ‘not enough vaccinations.’ But not if you’re ridin’ that Big Pharma booster train.

In fact — as US cases start to rise again too — it’s stone obvious that not only are booster and child jabbing campaigns useless to stop a covid wave, they actually seem to coincide with and amplify covid waves.

As Dr Geert vanden Bossche says,

‘Conclusively, mass vaccination campaigns during a pandemic of highly infectious variants fail to control viral transmission. Instead of contributing to building herd immunity, they dramatically delay natural establishment of HI. This is why the ongoing universal vaccination campaigns are absolutely detrimental to public and global health.’

    • targeting the poor with slow MAID:
the only crime in the world is being poor, fines and taxes don’t effect the super rich.
the poor have been tried, convicted and sentenced. they are not exempt from the experimental gene therapy exter mination injection mandate.

the injection is slow MAID, medical assistance in death, it takes from one hour to two years. assisted suicide. regular MAID only takes 30 minutes.

it is racist they are targeting bipoc the most v. hesitant group and the obese, the weakest group

Dr. Zelenko makes it very clear that, in his opinion, the Cv//19 injections are neither safe nor effective nor necessary and that, in fact, forcing anyone to take the experimental injections equals gen ocide. zelenko said the injection is like the gas chamber and people are running into it.

ATTENTION china is not using the mrna experimental gene altering injections, they have only 3% of their population injected, no mandates, they don’t inject their military (in the next war they will win because their army is healthy).

the experimental gene therapy extermination injection is being used in the U.S., canada, australia, new zealand, europe, these countries have a high % injected, ( lots of countries are below 1% injected).the white people are the target for extermination.

ATTENTION: Places you can work where the jab is NOT mandated

      1. The White House 2. The CDC 3. The FDA 4. The WHO 5. Pfizer 6. Moderna 7. Johnson & Johnson 8. U.S. postal service

ATTENTION: in australia all doctors are exempt from injection.
i would bet the doctors in other countries are exempt too, that explains why they don’t say one word about the injections, they don’t care and are probably paid well to cooperate.

a scientist working on gene modification says he only has a piece of paper saying he is injected (faked)….haha….sounds like the scientists are exempt…
NOTE: sounds like the exempted ones get a passport saying they are injected, but aren’t….so they can dine out etc.

the nurses aren’t exempt, when the population is reduced 90% (the wef goal) less nurses are needed, same applies to enforcers, plus they will be replaced by robots soon, they are cheaper and follow any order. some of them are starting to push back because they are getting mandated now, joining with the little people on the bottom.

The Governor of Virginia is making all Commonwealth employees take the jab or be fired.
attention: but He has EXEMPTED POLITICIANS AND JUDGES, so it looks like that group are exempt too.

NOW ALSO: Members of Congress, their staff, and federal court system employees are exempt from the Biden administration’s new vaccine mandates,

another exempt group: U.S. postal service

      NBA players exempt

NOTE: if you have a lot of money you can probably buy a faked exemption like the exempt get.

NOTE: here is another exempt group….the billionaire elite:

gates and other .0001% rich families don’t va,,,,c……cin,,at//e their own children,

gates, his wife and their children have never been vac//ci,,,na..ted…. gates uses hydroxychloroquine.

elon musk and his family will not be va,,,cc..in//ated

the 17 elite nobility families are exempt of course:
one example of the families: the queen of england and her family (they are at the top of the pyramid of power on the planet at the top of the elite nobility control group, controlling the whole thing), they use homeopathic medicine.

rockefeller who created our worldwide, fake, fraud, j…er..m theory based, allopathic medicine, doesn’t use his own allopathic nazi death medicine, he uses homeopathic medicine.

FAUCI TAKES 6,000 IUs OF VITAMIN D PER DAY. but he tells you to get poisonous va……nes

Dr Suhab Siddiqi, Moderna’s former Director of Chemistry told CNN that he would not allow the v………….ne to be injected into his body

CEO OF PFIZER SAYS HE DOESN’T NEED THE VACCINE BUT WE ALL DO

put in said he will not mandate injection of their military,

(xiden and blackface are owned by china)……..canada and the US will mandate injection of their military, (helping china’s agenda) that will cause them to lose the next war, maybe.

put in also says people should make their own choice for injection or not.

china only has about 3% of their population injected and they do not inject their military…..then they are healthy for the next war. china doesn’t exter minate it’s citizens for the elite nobility. (it had enough them in the opium wars).

whole parts of the globe are no longer complying: China, India, Russia, most of Africa, Japan, Indonesia, US Red states, Denmark, Sweden….North Korea never did and has zero cases and no injections…
japan just dumped millions of doses of the injections because they are contaminated with metal, they stopped complying, it is hard to exter/ minate the japanese with the experimental gene therapy exter/ mination injection, they are too high IQ. japan has no injection mandates, in the U.S. children are mandated 72 injections. japan will survive, the whites won’t.

      what is in there?
      https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2020/04/14/passport-to-the-brave-new-world-the-vaccine/

at the top the controllers the 17 elite nobility families, in the background, always hiding, nobody talks about them, the control group.

one elite nobility family example……..Prince Phillip, late husband of Queen Elizabeth II said ….“In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.”

2nd level the banksters provide financing for the elite nobility
      3rd level more banksters

4th level down the administrators, gates, schwab, etc..

5th level the political prostitutes in the foreground, corrupt , bribed, owned by the elite
the politicians just follow orders from their bosses the elite.

      6th level down the enforcers

7th level at the very bottom the little people, the poor, the common people, paying for everything, used and robbed.

“Cancer was practically unknown until the cowpox vac//ci..nation began to be introduced … I have seen 200 cases of cancer, and never saw a case in an unvac//ci..nated person.”
Dr. W.B. Clark, New York Times, 1909

  26. I am a long time fan of Eric’s excellent writing ability and his great auto reviews. His political rants are dead on,especially concerning our current rapid descent into full blown communism. I have not commented before, mainly because all the other commenters are so well informed and add so much to the discussion.
About today’s Virginia governors election, please go to Lew Rockwell’s site and read an article by Hayden Ludwig, a researcher for Capital Research Center, where he writes how the Democrats plan to steal the election. His analysis is detailed and thorough, explaining how the Democrats will use the same strategy that they employed in last year’s presidential race. If they are successful, then we will know that have corrupted our election systems so badly that we will have almost no chance of ever voting our way out of the Hell they have planned for us.
    FJB

    • Welcome, Kakalakysam. 🙂 We know they have corrupted the system, but as you state….how badly? Could enough people vote the other way to make cheating impossible? We shall see.

    • Perhaps they will have an honest process and save the tricks for another day to give people the illusion of fairness.

Here in Scotland the national socialists-SNP- continue to win. Either it’s all rigged or as I tend to think, the people are simply stupid.

BTW, when I spent 8 years in NC from 1996-2004, I was a Libertarian Party member, alas we don’t have on in Ecosse.

  27. NJ — the other out-of-phase state — has shown itself capable of electing RINO governors from time to time, the most recent one being Chris Christie.

But polls consistently show incumbent Demonrat Phil Murphy ahead of R-party challenger Jack Ciattarelli by high single digits.

Has NJ turned into a one-party socialist wasteland like New York and Commiefornia? This election may tell the tale.

    • The whole country has turned into a one-party socialist wasteland. But here is hoping those who count the votes let us drink creek water, not toilet water. I Voat for Brwando. Lets go Virginians.

If this fails I hope Eric and others vote with their feet. Arizona or Florida would be happy, and lucky to have you.

  28. “So in the spirit of buying some time – not a bad thing when the world is collapsing”. Perhaps, or perhaps not. I’m suspicious it matters not how much time one may buy with an election, the end result will be the same. Perhaps it may be better to just get on with it, and let the Psychopaths In Charge destroy themselves, so we can start rebuilding the collateral damage of their destruction.

    • I agree that this particular election wouldn’t buy time to prepare for a collapse. I’ve already received a mandate and I’ll be mostly out of work come December. Youngkin isn’t going to change that.

At the risk of seeming overly dramatic, this election could save some innocent lives though. Team R is less likely to add covid jabs to the required shot list for K-12 kids here in Virginia. Some parents will jab their kids as soon as it’s “approved” and some will never jab their kids. But there are undoubtedly some parents who won’t jab now, but would if the schools require it. Those kids may be spared some suffering as an outcome of this election.

But for the collapse? The election will have negligible impact. Full steam ahead!

    • Exactly, John. How much time did they buy by voting for Trump? Just enough time for any decent folk to go back to sleep while this whole ‘Rona-theater was erected. The only time it seems to buy, is time for them to do their dastardly deeds, while the good folk are kept pacified. And no matter who is elected, we are always far worse-off after their term is completed than before- just as with Trump- who of course played the role of the “better alternative to Hitlery” (Though he was a lifelong NYC Democrat…)- and by the end of his reign, we had lost more liberty than at any other point in our lives, with de facto medical martial law having been established. If this is ‘buying time’ I don’t want any.

Even when one gets to drink from the creek, someone’s pissing in it just upstream…..

Not to mention that anyone who thinks there will ever be another honest election in this country again at the state or national level is just kidding themselves.

      • Trump was recently on a radio show kvetching that Israel no longer has full control over Congress.

“Israel literally owned Congress ten years ago… And rightfully so!”

        • HAhaha! Yeah, I’m sure they lost an asset when President Kushner failed to win a second term! -Although I dunno- our last three presidents and their contenders all seemed perfectly happy to bomb Syria, and others…..

    • If you think elections don’t have consequences, wait until this winter when your natural gas and electric bills top $1000.00/month, assuming you can purchase natural gas or electricity at all. There is an energy/economic reckoning coming to the United States and the world, but if a vote for certain policies, such as using coal, nuclear, and fracking to increase energy supplies, will postpone that reckoning so that civilization can survive a bit longer, count me in.

Libertarians are the flip side of the WAL. Both are true believers, keepers of the their respective holy grails, no government or all government, both Utopians, but 180 degrees out of phase. Will the elections in Virginia turn the country around? No. But will the make a difference to the people of Virginia? Yes.

      • “If you think elections don’t have consequences, wait until this winter when your natural gas and electric bills top $1000.00/month, assuming you can purchase natural gas or electricity at all.”

So if this happens even if the Repug is elected, I suppose you’ll say it would have been $1,001 per month if those low-down-dirty Dummies had won? And thank god for the freedom to choose the Repug, and save a big buckeroo every month until the next ceremonial ballot-ballet?

“But will the make a difference to the people of Virginia? Yes.”

They’re all just actors, bleating scripted lines to sell an agenda that will remain perfectly constant, regardless of the “winner” installed by the Media-Electioneering Complex. Of course, you can say, ‘O but it would have been worse’ or, ‘O but if only Munchkin had defeated Truman’ or whatever, but you’ll just be reading from the very same script as whichever phony politician has been installed.

        • Hi FP,

I submit – with no offense meant – that you are an example of the perfect being the enemy of the good or at least, the not-worst. The vote is the tool we have shy of violence. I’d prefer to vote. I’d also be happy to prevent more evil – and will not reject the means toward that end because it is not perfectly good.

          • I have always been a proponent of the notion that “perfection” is the deadly enemy of “good enough”. My political views do not deviate from this. While there is some hope among Republican governors resisting the Biden mandates, after reading their positions, its not especially strong. I maintain my libertarian position of not voting, exactly because of that lack of strength. They only kneel on one knee is the difference I see. Being the Ancap I am, perfection is far away from my goal. The general messiness of humanity is exactly what I prefer. Given the opportunity to seek that messiness will guarantee positive results, as it always has. Only by trying a multitude of different plans and objectives will we ever discover what works. The very narrow window the “two party system” offers does not offer such opportunity. Both are dedicated to minor variations of a system that cannot work. My qualifying factor is, “can we maintain a fiat currency based economy?” Of course not. They have always failed. ALWAYS! inflation is the purpose of such. There is no other reason to use one. Which always ends in the financial institutions collecting the wealth of the productive. Until a Republican proposes to dispose of this fraud, as Ron Paul did, and still does, I will not be voting for one. They’re just Blue Light.

          • I have no doubt been less than clear owing to my penchant for purple prose, but I do not only renounce voting as a matter of principle.

What I mean to get across is that I disagree that voting is a “tool” and so forth, as a matter of fact. I have absolutely no empirical basis to say that there is any good-faith “vote-counting” process, and to the contrary I have every reason to believe (based on pattern recognition and strongly-supported inference) that voting results are an entirely choreographed affair, every bit as theatrical as Pro Wrestling. So, I simply disagree that “voting” for the lesser of two Baphomets can or does make any practical difference whatsoever, as a factual matter.

The only purpose to the process is ceremonial. By participating in the ceremony, one only confers power to it. Therefore, my abstinence is not merely a matter of principle either, nor is it a matter of perfect-being-the-enemy-of-the-less-tragic. Rather, it’s a matter of willfully withdrawing all signals of consent, to divest the Machine of legitimacy to the greatest extent within my power. (Which is, granted, very very very very little.)

If someone asks if I voted, I reply, “Good gawd no. Nor did I gouge out a puppy’s eyeballs, which would have been an equally constructive endeavor. I took the higher ground and stared blankly at a wall for a little while.”

[FULL DISCLOSURE: I did vote for Ron Paul in the primaries in 2008…AND 2012. His 2012 run was actually a lot more exciting than his 2008 run! I did not vote in either election, however, and haven’t even considered voting since. Ron Paul was the only candidate who actually enjoyed a grassroots backing of supporters in my lifetime, who supported his candidacy because they already supported him and his principles…rather than a constituency of “consumers” who “chose” a candidate from the slate on the TeeVee.]

            • Hi FP,

I think we’ll just agree to disagree on this one. I voted because the vote will occur, whether I participate or not. If people like me elect not to participate then people like them win – ipso facto. Also, they can claim the right – since “everyone” (who voted) voted for them, since the principled people stayed home.

I understand – and largely agree with – all of your critiques. And yet, the vote is all we have at hand right now. And so, I use it. Until I can use something better.

                • I thought the same way for many years. But consider this: someone attacks you on the street. If you fight back, are you acknowledging the legitimacy of his attack? Will you refuse to use any weapons at your disposal? It’s the same with voting. Other people are trying to take away your liberty and your property. I no longer refuse to use one of my weapons — the vote — in defending myself. It probably won’t make a difference, but it’s better than letting myself get robbed without a fight.

                  • Mike: “If you fight back, are you acknowledging the legitimacy of his attack?”

This is an ill-fitting analogy. A better one would be: Two street toughs confront you on the street and say, “Which one of us do you want to give your money to? That will be the one who will kick your ass if you don’t cough it up.”

I maintain wholeheartedly that if you point to one or the other and say, “Him,” that you are submitting to a vile degradation, and have become perversely complicit in the attack upon you.

                    • No analogy is perfect, including yours. I haven’t the patience to parse this situation. So I’ll leave it at, “I’ll go my way and you go yours”.

                  • Hi Mike,

Newsmax just called the race for Youngkin….looks like he took Tidewater and he was able to get within 10 points in Loudoun and win the Richmond surburbs.

                    • That’s great, RG. As long as there’s no huge ballot drop in crooked Fairfax County, we can celebrate a slight loosening of the noose. I don’t expect great things from Youngkin, but I do foresee horrific policies if McCauliffe became governor again.

                    • Morning, RG!

A good day – for once! Hot damn… the result shows that WAL is not the “new normal” – and that gives me a burst of hope. The WAL wants people like us to believe we are the doomed minority, the “get off my lawn” geezers who refuse to accept the flow of history. I have never believed this. While there are many WALs out there, they are still the vocal minority – and the majority has grown weary of them.

                    • I won’t lie….I am in a pleasant mood today.

I realize I voted to remove the boot from my neck and that same boot is now on my hand, but at least, I can breathe again.

  29. I am not worried about the face diaper. There wasn’t a requirement last November when Covid was the only thing being covered in the news. I see even less enforcement today, unless one lives further north.

This election has the ability to be the “shot heard around the world.” Virginia has always been a state for rebellion from Bacon’s Rebellion in 1676, Yorktown in 1781, and secession from the Union in 1861. Will Virginians create another one today? The media has played this campaign to epic proportions, but it really does come down to the direction of our country.

If Youngkin can pull this off I think we will see an uprising of civil disobedience throughout our land. I don’t think Youngkin will save us, he is just another big business multi millionaire, but the potential to turn a deeply blue state red will send a signal to Washington that we will not stand down.

Our country needs dissidence more than ever. I can only hope Virginians can rise to the occasion and throw off her shackles.
