2007 Chrysler 300

A long-wheelbase Executive Series version of Chrysler's large sedan is available for 2007 with 46 inches of rear-seat legroom. Adaptive Cruise Control, SmartBeam Headlamps, heated rear seats, auto-dimming passenger-side exterior mirror and supplemental turn signal mirrors with courtesy puddle lamps are also available. There are eight new exterior colors for 2007 and 18-inch chrome wheels are standard on 300 Limited, 300C and all AWD models. The high-performance SRT-8 version of the 300C continues for '07, offering a 425 horsepower 6.1 liter Hemi V-8, sport suspension, 20-inch rims and other upgrades. The standard engine on the base/rear-drive 300 is a smaller, more fuel efficient 2.7-liter V-6 engine providing 190 hp. A four-speed automatic transmission is standard. A 3.5-liter, 250 horsepower V-6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission comes with rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive Touring models and the Limited package. 300C models come with the 5.7 liter, 340 horsepower Hemi V-8, five-speed automatic and either rear-drive or all-wheel-drive. Traction control, side-impact air bags and ABS brakes are optional.

2007 Chrysler Crossfire

A newly available monochromatic Bright Silver Metallic paint scheme brings the Crossfire into 2007, along with knee airbags for both driver and passenger. A high-performance SRT6 version of this Mercedes SLK-based coupe and convertible offers a 330-horsepower supercharged engine, along with brake and suspension upgrades and other added features that include an active, speed-sensitive rear spoiler. Base and Limited models continue to come powered by a 215-horsepower, 3.2 liter V-6 that comes mated to either a standard six-speed manual gearbox or available five-speed automatic with manual-shift abilities. The Crossfire's muscular exterior styling is complemented by a twin-cockpit interior that's finished in metallic accents and houses amenities like dual-zone air conditioning and power locks, windows and mirrors. All-speed traction control with ESP stability control are both standard. Available options include a navigation system and two-tone heated leather power seats.

2007 Chrysler Pacifica

Chrysler's six-passenger crossover "sport tourer" wagon is updated this year with a new 4.0 liter V-6 rated at 253 horsepower now standard on all models except base front-wheel-drive versions -- which get a smaller 3.8 liter, 200 horsepower V-6. The new 4.0 liter engine replaces the previous 3.5 liter engine and is teamed with a six-speed automatic -- another new feature for 2007. (Base V-6 versions get a four-speed automatic with AutoStick manual shift function.) The '07 Pacifica also gets revised exterior cosmetics and interior changes, as well as three new exterior colors: Cognac Crystal Pearl Coat; Marine Blue Pearl Coat and Modern Blue Pearl Coat. Side air curtains and ESP stability control are standard equipment on all models; a knee blocker air bag is also standard, as is dual-zone air conditioning. A rear back-up camera system is optional on Touring and Limited models and a larger, eight-inch rear seat video screen has been incorporated into the available rear seat entertainment system. Heated seats, DVD navigation and a premium Infinity Intermezzo surround sound with eight speakers and subwoofer are on the options list.

2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser

This retro hot-rod styled four-door wagon and convertible were updated for 2006, so changes for 2007 are modest and include a newly standard soft-touch electric lift gate and three new color choice -- Pastel Yellow Clear Coat, Tangerine Pearl Coat and Opal Pearl Coat. The PT is otherwise a carryover for 2006. It remains available in base, Touring, Limited and GT trim levels and coupe or convertible bodystyles. A 150 horsepower 2.4-liter in-line four-cylinder engine is standard, with a 180-horsepower turbocharged version optional. Standard on the top GT versions is a high-output turbocharged 2.4 liter engine with 230 horsepower. The GT also includes a heavy-duty five-speed Getrag manual transaxle, sport suspension, larger 17-inch wheels and tires and other upgrades; a new body-colored spoiler on the liftgate is said to improve the GT's aerodynamics. A 368-watt Boston Acoustics premium sound system with MP3 capability is available, as are Sirius satellite radio, 17-inch wheels and side-impact air bags.

2007 Chrysler Sebring

The Sebring is all-new for 2007. A coupe/convertible version should follow later in 2007/2008, but for the first part of the year at least, the mid-sized Sebring is available only in four-door form. In addition to the re-styled exterior and interior, the '07 Sebring offers three new engine choices -- a standard 2.4 liter, 173 horsepower four-cylinder, an optional 2.7 liter, 189 horsepower V-6 and and an optional 3.5 liter, 235 horsepower V-6 coupled with a new six-speed automatic transaxle. Standard safety equipment includes side-impact and curtain air bags; ESP stability control, traction control and ABS are optional. Sebring offers a Harmon/Kardon information, entertainment and safety navigation audio system with 6.5-inch Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Display and touch-screen panel that can support 65,000 colors, providing a three-dimensional appearance to graphics and animation capability, as well as a 20 gigabyte hard disc drive that includes Music Juke Box for organizing music and pictures to the hard drive and USB connection for both MP3 connectivity and downloading of WMA, MP3 and JPEG files onto the hard drive. Other standout features include an optional heated/cooled front cupholder that can heat beverage to 140 degrees or cool them to nearly freezing at 35 degrees.

2007 Chrysler Town & Country

Chrysler's luxury minivan continues for 2007 with minor changes, including three new exterior colors -- Cognac Crystal Clear Coat, Marine Blue Pearl Coat, and Modern Blue Pearl Coat. A "Stow-And-Go" seating configuration is available on extended-wheelbase versions with both second and third row seats that fold completely into the floor. A 170-horsepower 3.3-liter V-6 engine is standard, while the Touring and Limited models come powered by a peppier 200-horsepower 3.8-liter V-6. Both powerplants are fitted to a four-speed AutoStick automatic transmission that can be taken through the gears like a manual. Available conveniences include power-operated rear sliding doors and liftgate, a DVD entertainment system with wireless headphones, navigation system, tri-zone climate control, a removable center console and heated leather seats. Sirius satellite radio may also be ordered. All models include air conditioning, cruise control, remote keyless entry and electric rear defroster. Curtain air bags, reverse sensing and stability control remain optional for 2007.

2007 Chrysler Aspen

The Aspen SUV is a new model for Chrysler. It is based on the full-size Dodge Durango and like that model offers third row seating and seven passenger capability, with both two and four-wheel-drive variants available. Four-wheel-drive models have a two-speed transfer case and Low range gearing. The Aspen is marketed as a features-equivalent luxury SUV that's less expensive than otherwise comparable full-size luxury SUVs. Only one Limited trim level is available and standard equipment includes a 235 horsepower, 4.7 liter V-8 with E85/flex-fuel capability and five-speed automatic transmission with Tow/Haul modes (4x4 models), 18-inch wheels, leather trim and air conditioning. Available equipment includes a power rear lift gate, 20-inch wheels, 5.7 liter, 335 horsepower Hemi V-8 engine, running boards, heated first and second row seats, DVD navigation system, Sirius satellite radio, rear-seat entertainment system and dual-zone air conditioning. Full-row curtain air bags, ESP stability control and Chrysler's Electronic Roll Mitigation system are available safety upgrades. The Aspen has a max tow rating of 8,950-lbs. when properly equipped. There is 68.4 cubic feet of luggage space with the third row folded.
