Similar here in SW Va. The real joy will arrive when inflation bumps it up to $5 or $6 per by next summer...

Same here. The 12-cent gap is nearly universal now.

Here is SSF, 87 is just a few cents under three bucks per gallon. I expect it will hit three bucks any day.

Many gas stations today in this area are now asking for more than three bucks per gallon of 87.

One trend I see here is posting two prices. They are charging 3 cents to a nickel more to use a credit card, even the one they sponsor.

I predict that we're not going to see prices skyrocket this time around.

Sometimes ten cents per gallon more out here. I never understood why it costs more money to process a credit card just because there are higher digits printed on it.

    Gas prices here are this.

Prices in the UK are soaring again, we are now back up to $8 a gallon. Forecasters are predicting that we will be up to near $9 a gallon by Christmas.

We've been hovering in the mid-$2 range for months.

That's just awful. At $8 per, it would cost me about $40 to fill up the motorcycle!

Here, while prices are higher than they once were, I can still fill up my truck for about $30.

Three bucks and some change for 93 octane here in NoVA.
If we should give Abraham Lincoln credit for uniting America, then we should give Adolf Hitler credit for uniting Europe, as both men used the same methods for the same goals.

Our prices dipped over here for a while but our local station is back to 1.139/litre which roughs out at around $8.25 a gallon.

If the forecasts are right - and they usually are - we are heading for the 6+/$10 gallon in the fairly near future.

In central FL, it sits at around $2.59 to $2.70 for regular. Add 20-30 cents for premium.

That's about what we are paying - but I am convinced it will go up again, probably this winter.
