    A little faster ride in the Tub T

    Several people have complained that my previous video was too conservative, so here's another video with a little more loud pedal.

    From the two stops, I accelerated to the speed limit, 55 mph. You do the stopwatch work.

    Thanks for posting. Sounds real good when the throttle goes down. That tub really moves. How much horsepower is your 350 Chevy putting out and how much does your T weigh?

    It dyno'd out at about 210 hp at the rear wheel, which is about right, since it was called a 250 hp engine when it was new in the 1970 Caprice, I believe. It's just about bone stock.

    It weighs about 2100 lbs.
