I assume you mean your browsers 'history' tab?

If so, it depends on the browser.

In Firefox, 'History', 'Show all history' & you can then delete items individually or click on 'Organise', 'Select All' to delete all items. If you go into 'Tools', 'Options', 'Privacy' you can set the time history is remembered - set that to 0 & your history won't be stored.

Internet Explorer only allows you to delete all history files: 'Tools', 'Delete Browsing History'.

To change the length of time IE stores history, go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'General', 'Browsing History', 'Settings'.

    Dave and Don,

I'm referring to Firefox browser History items. No problem with IE's history.I don't see "Show all history"in any drop down menu as you mentioned.

Click on 'History', which is the fourth drop-down from the left; it's the fourth item from the top.

    I'm using Firefox 3.0.5 - if I remember correctly it's different in Firefox 2.
