Here's a stupid law

I cannot believe the Minnesota State legislature has the time to vote on these bills, when they couldn't submit a balanced budget. MN is something like $2 billion in the red!

Yet another example of the 'Nanny' state trying to legislate for what should be normal parental/carer responsibility. Common sense should easily dictate whether protective measures are needed around young children.
