    Sniffle.

Sakes, I don't get here for quite a while and when I do, every thread has new posts but mine. I am depressed. Wait, it's got one now! Yippee!!!

Maybe this'll cause new posts to sprout!

Seriously - it's a lot like watering plants. I post "teasers" (things that will hopefully attract attention and prompt responses) in several boards, as you know. It takes awhile to get people to respond, but if you're consistently putting up new/interesting stuff, they eventually do respond.

The site's traffic is now better than ever; we are definitely getting traction. I hope you'll stick with it!

Sometimes, even on specialised fora, it is hard to find a subject that will provoke regular responses. I'm based in a, mainly, sports/hypersports orientated biking country. In the main, I would guess, the majority of the contributors to 'On Two Wheels' are tourer and cruiser types. Whilst I can find articles and information that are generic to to UK mainstream biking, I find it much harder to find similar data for the US/Aus element of our readers - there I usually have to wait for someone like Jim, Adam, Barry et al to post items of interest. Keep trying "Build it and they will come."

It's a trick for sure. I have another site and I keep the chat simple, silly, and stupid and man does that shet work well! HA

That doesn't work here though. Eric has set the bar too high! So, I just keep my mouth shut and chime in on the Car Care & Repair forum when I have some insight.
