I wonder whether the Scouts even have merit badges for things like riflery anymore.

I'm an Eagle Scout and in "my day," we did. All of us carried pocket knives, too. They were standard equipment. No problems, ever.

This is what comes of letting loose feral savages and their culture of violence.
