I saw something like this in another video a couple of years back. I don't remember what country it was in, but it also was an elevated Parking Garage. This unit was above ground, and was a round building. I don't know how many cars it could park, but it was also automated. I might have it on my hard drive, and I will look for it. I thought it was unique at the time. I like what they have done here. Leaves a very clean city above. Some of these so called engineers could take a lesson from others in planing in a tight Urban boundary world.
I think you have hit the nail on the head there.
Many civil engineers would love to do similar things with some of our major cities if they had the chance.
