That's the part I'm dubious about.
The fine print mentions chaning the 'special ... oil filter element' at 10,000 to 30,000 mile intervals.
I didn't dig far enough to find the price of the filter refill, but I'd bet a syn oil change is cheaper.
They're asking $114 for a set of 4 filters, so almost $30 per filter. For just the filter.

In most cars, the answer is simple, IMO. Few cars can go such a distance without oil being added. So as oil is added, you not only get some new oil, but some new additives. I think they take that into consideration. They claim you don't have to change oil much. They don't say you don't have to add any.
