The impression I got was that the driver of the car wanted to make a left but was confused by the double yellows. He/she had plenty of time to make the turn as there was nothing coming the other way but just sat there with his left hand turn indicator flashing. Looked like the rider was a bit shaken by the way his, previously smooth, riding deteriorated after the incident.Originally Posted by Eric
