Good. I'm looking forward to moving to Texas soon!
My sister's most recent article:
Texas Has Bipartisan Support for Anti-TSA Legislation
http://www.thenewamerican.com/index....sa-legislation
In short: There are currently three bills before the Texas legislature to stop the porno-scanning and sexual molestation by the TSA.
Does your state have similar legislation?
Good. I'm looking forward to moving to Texas soon!
I really hope this (cough) takes off... I hate not being able to use airplanes anymore (because I absolutely will not voluntarily submit to being treated like a felon by low-rent government make-workers).
What really infuriates me - more than the TSA - is the fact that a majority of Ahhhhhhhmmmmeerrrrrikkuns have submitted. If even 50 percent had refused to fly until they were no longer subjected to completely arbitrary, totally unjustified and degrading treatment in order to get on a plane, this TSA crap would be gone already.
Mostly, the American people are idiots and sheep.
Update: The Texas Senate capitualted when the rulers and tyrants in DC told them that Texas would be a no fly zone. I wish they would have done otherwise.
New update: If you live in Texas, call Governor Perry's office and register your support for HB 1937 BECAUSE he can still include it in his special session. Call today! Here is the number:
Governor Rick Perry's office
512-463-2000 or (800) 252-9600
The telephone monitors are registering callers almost as if it were a poll because they are getting so many calls.
I know, I know - there are rumors that Lt. Governor Dewhurst actually requested that the TSA send the threatening letter. If that is substantiated, he should be tarred and feathered and tried for treason. What a bunch of pussies we have for legislators! I wrote my Senator and chewed her out for being a coward; told her to go back to New York.

Here is what I sent to Virginia's governor:
Dear Gov. McDonnell:
I have here an article about the state of Texas opting to enact legislation to stop the Transportation Security Administration's unConstitutional security procedures. You may find out more about it, here: http://www.thenewamerican.com/index....sa-legislation
I hope that you will advance such legislation here in Virginia. Your track record of opposing Obama's unConstitutional 'health care reform' mandates tells me you have the ability and spirit needed to uphold the Commonwealth's motto 'Sic Semper Tyrannis' and use the Commonwealth's resources to fight back against the Federal leviathan. Our fellow Virginians George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would have done no less.
If we should give Abraham Lincoln credit for uniting America, then we should give Adolf Hitler credit for uniting Europe, as both men used the same methods for the same goals.
Cool! I look forward to seeing his response - if you get a response.
I have been busy getting ready to move and have not sought out the issues Governor Perry intends to address in the special session.
Just add it to my list of one more thing to do today.....
