Callaway even turbocharged snails. I wish I had one of these. It has the power of a naturally aspirated 300D with the better handling of the lighter weight 240D.

I mean: 28 MPG and a 15.5 second quarter... lawsee.

A new 330d does 0-60 in, I think, less than 7 seconds and gets 40-something MPG.... progress!

I drove a friends 240D across the autobahns of Germany and back roads of the old DDR (East Germany. Quite funny! Once on the autobahns "You must work the motor in this rev range but once you get into top gear just keep foot on floor" Sluggish getting to speeds but once there just purred along....... I love "tractors"

Certainly faster than the Trabant and Wartburg which I had drivern in DDR!
