No, not for the usual reason (although that's valid, too).
In this case, several wildfires in the Austin area were started by smokers tossing their still-smoldering butts out the car window as they drove.
The Steiner-Ranch subdivision has had 25 (expensive!) homes burn to the ground, with another 25 damaged. 4000 people had to evacuate.
East of here, in Bastrop, three fires have combined, again with many homes burnt, and thousands forced to flee.

Thanks for posting. I did not hear that the teenagers were suspected of causing the fires by smoking...just that the law is looking for them for starting the fires. My sister evacuated from near Bastrop and is staying with me in Houston right now. We can smell the smoke in the air this morning all the way over here in Houston. I hadn't seen those. That's really depressing - I love to hike there. It'll likely be 2+ years before the trails open again.
