Ok - I am not clear on what that article says. Does the legislation impose tariffs on Chinese goods? Won't that negate the terms of the trade agreements we have with China? Especially since the U.S. gave them permanent MFN trade status?
It could be that the Washinton Times is at least open to other ideas on the issue of our ongoing trade deficits.
