How to edit a post when the 'Edit' button doesn't work.

For some time now the edit facility has been non functional.

Here is a work around - fiddly but it works for me.

    Right click 'Edit Post'
In drop down window Left Click 'Open link in new window'
    Edit post
    Left click 'Save changes'
    Close the page.
Back in original thread page Right Click a blank area and
    select 'Reload'

The post should now be edited.

    Hope this works for y'all.

Testing to see I can edit this after I post it.

EDIT: It looks like the edit function was fixed today as it went right to the edit window.

2nd edit. I tried it again the old normal way and this time it did NOT work. So it must be an intermittent problem.

But your instructions worked well. It Works well enough for me.

3rd edit: I had to use your instructions again to re-edit the third time. So it worked the old way only that one time for unknown reasons.

But this new way does the job just fine.

Glad it worked for you, Don. The old way is as dead as
a dodo here - hasn't worked for months.
