I think it is a Kissel. They were manufactured in Hartford, Wisconsin during the years ca. 1905 -1930 anmd were popular among people in Hollywood. Probably the best known of their vehicles was the Gold Bug Speedster, and a color picture can be seen here: http://www.hubcapcafe.com/ocs/pages01/kiss2501.htm. Amelia Erhart owned one of them! Particulary distinctive are the curved radiator and the fancy radiator cap. There is a very cool museum with a number of their cars on display in Hartford, WI. Highly recommended.
