2007 Honda Fit
The Fit is a new subcompact five-door hatchback sedan that slots in below the Civic as Honda's least expensive new car. Designed to be small on the outside, but big on the inside, the Fit has a roomy, five-passenger-capable interior with signature "magic seat" layout that makes it possible to carry objects as large and unwieldy as a standard sized bicycle. It comes with a 1.5 liter, four-cylinder VTEC engine developing 109 horsepower, with either a standard five-speed manual or available five-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. The Fit is a high-efficiency model capable of returning 38 mpg on the highway and 33 mpg in city driving. The base model comes standard with side curtain airbags, front-seat side-impact airbags, ABS, air conditioning, power windows, mirrors and door locks -- as well as an AM/FM stereo with single disc CD player. A Sport model can be ordered that comes with 15-inch wheels, leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifter controls (automatic-equipped models), rear spoiler, body kit, cruise control and a 200-watt audio system with six speakers, MP3/WMA playback and auxiliary iPod input jack.
2007 Honda Civic
A new Si coupe with 197 horsepower, 2.0 liter iVTEC engine bows for 2007, with a sedan version featuring the same engine, chassis and other performance upgrades scheduled to appear this year as well. The high-performance Si comes standard with a six-speed close-ratio manual transmission, 17-inch wheels, limited slip differential and interior and exterior trim upgrades. Stability control, ABS brakes with Electronic Brake Distribution as well as both side-impact and curtain air bags are included. DVD navigation is available, as are ultra-performance summer tires. The standard Civic is available in coupe or sedan form, in base DX, LX and EX trim levels. A 140-horsepower 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with electronic throttle control is standard equipment; the hybrid gas-electric version of the Civic sedan continues to be offered as well. 2007 Honda Accord/coupe/sedan/hybrid
A new Accord Special Edition V6 sedan version debuts for the new model year, featuring standard 17-inch wheels, steering wheel audio controls and six-disc CD changer. Several new color choices are available as well -- including Moroccan Red Pearl (sedan), Cool Blue Metallic (sedan), Tango Red Pearl (hybrid). Otherwise, the '07 model carries over with minimal updates. Available in both coupe and sedan bodystyles, the Accord can be ordered with either a 166 horsepower, 2.4 liter four-cylinder or 3.0 liter, 244 horsepower V-6; Value Package, LX, LX Special Edition (sedan only) EX, LX V-6, SE V-6 and EX V-6 with manual (six-speed) transmission trim levels are available. The gas-electric hybrid version continues for 2007, with its tandem powertrain producing a total of 253 horsepower and delivering the sporty acceleration of the standard V-6 model with better fuel economy (28 city/35 highway) and lower emissions output than the base four-cylinder model. Hybrid versions also come loaded with stability control, power moonroof, restyled rear spoiler, front chin spoiler, tail-lamps and heated rearview mirrors.
2007 Honda CR-V
The CR-V compact crossover SUV is all-new for 2007. Major updates include a new 166 horsepower standard engine (up 10 horsepower from the previous CR-V), standard five-speed automatic transmission and standard electronic stability control. The new model features lower (by 1.3 inches) step-in height and is actually shorter overall than the '06 model it replaces -- but has a roomier interior. The '07 model's 103.1-inch wheelbase is 0.2 inches shorter, the front track is 1.2 inches wider (61.6 inches) and the rear track is 0.8 inches wider (61.6 inches) than the '06 version. The '07 CR-V is available in LX, EX and EX-L trim levels, with air conditioning, power door and tailgate locks, cruise, power windows, tilt and telescopic steering column and 60/40 split sliding fold-and-tumble-forward rear seats all standard. Available options include leather seats with heaters, DVD navigation with voice recognition, upgrade audio with MP3/Windows Media Audio (WMA) playback capability and XM satellite radio. The standard safety package includes front-seat side-impact air bags, side curtain air bags with rollover sensor, ABS brakes with Electronic Brake Distribution, stability and traction control, active head restraints and a tire pressure monitoring system.
2007 Honda Element
Honda's versatile, uniquely styled Element gets a number of updates for 2007, including newly standard electronic stability control and brake assist, standard side curtain air bags, up-rated 2.4 liter i-VTEC four-cylinder engine with 166 horsepower (a bump of 10 hp over the '06 model), new five-speed automatic transmission (replacing the four-speed automatic available previously), standard keyless entry and styling updates for the instrument panel, steering wheel and radio. LX and EX trim levels also get new-for-2007 headlight and grille styling, painted fender cladding surfaces (EX) and door handles. The other big news for '07 is the introduction of a new, sport-themed Element SC -- which features firmer-riding sport suspension tuning with lowered ride height, 18-inch alloy wheels, revised grille, projector beam headlights and monochromatic color scheme with painted bumpers and trim. SC interior features include carpeted floor, a center console with beverage holders, auxiliary audio input jack and copper-hue meter illumination. The Element SC is available in exclusive-to-this-trim Root Beer Metallic paint. As previously, the Element is offered in either standard front-drive or optional AWD layouts.
2007 Honda Odyssey
The Odyssey minivan, like all other '07 Honda vehicles, now comes standard with electronic stability and traction control, in addition to front-seat side-impact and full-row curtain air bags. For the new model year, the seven-passenger, front-wheel-drive Odyssey van also gets a standard tilt and telescoping steering wheel, a center pocket coin holder and a tire pressure monitoring system on all trim levels. Nimbus Gray Metallic and Dark Cherry Pearl have been added as new exterior colors. Otherwise, the '07 Odyssey is unchanged for the new model year. The standard 3.5-liter VTEC V-6 engine delivers 240 horsepower; top models come powered by an i-VTEC version of this engine that generates the same power but includes Variable Cylinder Management which shuts down half of the cylinders at cruising speeds for added fuel efficiency (19 city/26 highway vs. 18 city/25 highway). The latter includes an Active Control Engine Mount System and Active Noise Control technology to help reduce noise and vibrations. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard. The '07 Odyssey comes in LX, EX, EX-L and top-of-the-line Touring trim levels. Power sliding doors are standard on all but base LX models. Air conditioning and a One Motion 60/40 split third row "Magic Seat" are standard on the base LX. A DVD entertainment system with wireless surround-sound headphones and a voice-activated navigation system that incorporates both a rearview video camera and XM Satellite Radio are optional on most trims.
2007 Honda Pilot
Honda's eight-passenger, crossover SUV received a major update in 2006, so changes for 2007 are limited to the addition of Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) on two-wheel drive models and four new exterior colors -- Nimbus Gray Metallic, Dark Cherry Pearl, Aberdeen Green Metallic and Formal Black. Otherwise, the Pilot carries over into 2007. The standard engine in the Pilot is a 244-horsepower version of Honda's 3.5-liter V-6 engine that includes an electronic throttle control system. The Pilot's available VTM-4 (Variable Torque Management-4WD) all-wheel-drive system sends power to the rear wheels automatically when needed; when conditions become seriously slippery, the driver can engage and lock 50 percent of power to the rear wheels. Base LX and premium EX trim levels are available. Three-row side curtain air bags, front-seat side-impact air bags, stability control and traction control are standard equipment. Base LX models also include third-row seating, remote keyless entry, power windows, dual power mirrors, adjustable steering column, front and rear air conditioning with cabin filtration system, an AM/FM stereo with single-disc CD player, cruise control, multi-function center console with cell phone cradle, painted alloy wheels, body colored side molding and Immobilizer Theft-Deterrent System. Available premium features include DVD-based navigation with voice recognition and 7-inch display screen, and a rear-seat DVD entertainment system with a 9-inch screen. A rear-view camera is standard on vehicles with the navigation system.
2007 Honda Ridgeline
Honda's full-size pickup is based on a unibody structure for car-like ride and handling abilities and offers lighter-duty all-wheel-drive instead of the traditional SUV's two-speed transfer case and four-wheel-drive Low range gearing -- but can still tow up to 5,000-lbs. and carry 1,500-lbs. in its bed. For 2007, the Ridgeline is available in a new, value-oriented RTX trim level -- which includes a standard trailer hitch and popular features such as alloy wheels, accessory grill and body-color painted door handles, in addition to a lower base price. All other Ridgeline trim levels (RT, RTX, RTS and RTL) now include a driver side illuminated vanity mirror. Four new exterior colors are available as well -- Aberdeen Green Metallic, Nimbus Gray Metallic, Dark Cherry Pearl and Formal Black. A sunroof and XM Satellite Radio are now standard on RTL models-- which also include a HomeLink remote system, interior compass in the rearview mirror, heated front seats, DVD navigation with voice recognition and MP3/ auxiliary input jack. The Ridgeline RTS adds alloy wheels, a seven-speaker, 160-watt audio system with subwoofer and six-disc, in-dash audio system with steering wheel-mounted controls, dual-zone automatic climate control and an eight-way power driver's seat.
The five-passenger crew cab Ridgeline comes with four doors and a five-foot cargo bed. The standard engine is a 247-horsepower 3.5 liter V-6 engine teamed up with a five-speed automatic transmission. The standard Variable Torque Management system routes engine power to the wheels with the most traction, as conditions demand. Vehicle Stability Assist with Traction Control, front-side and head-curtain airbags and ABS are standard. The Ridgeline features a split-fold-and-tumble rear seat with hidden under-seat storage, a two-way tailgate that can open either from the top or the right side and a unique lockable and weather-protected 8.5 cubic foot trunk that's integrated into the cargo bed.
2007 Honda S2000
Changes and updates to Honda's high-performance rear-wheel-drive roadster for 2007 are minimal and include a new electronic Drive-by-Wire (DBW) Throttle System for the 2.2 liter, 237 horsepower, four-cylinder engine, a new outside temperature gauge, standard stability control system and new speaker headrests. Six new colors are available -- Laguna Blue Pearl, Silverstone Metallic, New Formula Red, Rio Yellow Pearl, Berlina Black and Grand Prix White. Otherwise, the S2000 is a carryover. A six-speed-manual is the car's only available gearbox. Seventeen-inch alloy wheels and performance tires are standard. Four-wheel-disc brakes with ABS, a limited-slip differential and bolstered sport buckets are also included in the car's base price, as are AC, a stereo with CD player, keyless entry and leather upholstery. An aluminum hardtop and XM Satellite Radio are available as dealer installed options. The S2000's engine is capable of spinning to 9,000 RPM and offers the dedicated enthusiast driver a true high-performance sports car experience.
2007 Honda Insight
At the time of this writing, it was unclear whether the Insight hybrid would continue to be available for 2007. The ultra-compact two-seater is capable of 70 mpg, but is limited in terms of its practicality due to its very small size. The Insight is powered by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric motor/battery pack for additional power when needed. Its futuristic LCD dashboard gauges indicate whether the gasoline engine is acting alone or in tandem with the DC motor, as well as current and average fuel economy. A five-speed manual transmission comes standard and a gearless, continuously variable automatic transmission CVT is optional. Air conditioning is the car's only option.

Price is kept down, because it along with Civic, Accord and Jazz are built in Thailand..
