The attached pic of the sign has the road being constructe for zilch dollars!

I guess miracles happen but think this is just the stupididty of a moronic government servant signing off on something.

Probably the Minister in charge won't have noticed.

IMHO It's all part of our Beattie / Bligh wankfest... to create diversions when there are more important issues such as water!

In the U.S., most highway construction is funded at least 50% by the federal government. Maybe this is a deal where for some reason the feds are paying the whole bill? Nah.....
